The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!

It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
