    Greetings to all, this review is for the items l have purchased and the service: This location has a good amount of parking with enough disabled parking spaces for the average consumer. B The selections that they carry at best are marginal, but will get the job done no matter the task, providing that they have your needed items in stock. C+ The value that you get from your items is comparable to the other hardware outlets in our area, so this is a good thing. C+ The Service is another topic that I just can't keep harping on, the more Quality staff that you have, the better customer experience you put out. C For the most part, the items that l have purchased over the past years have lasted as long as the other outlets items; so in overall comparison this location is a solid C+ With room to always get better.

    The Lawn&Garden section is HUGE with soil&landscape-chipping, decorative rocks for garden beds/pathways; Bricks, Pavers, Sand and all sorts of color bursting toughies for less watering and more attractive garden spaces. Great Service from the Wisdom Of Dave at check-out, to Steven&Kim&Sonny with practical and money saving tips for upgrading your front&backyard. They have MONROVIA trees, shrubs, and flowering potted plants ready to get in the ground and improve your FMV (Fair Market Value) $$$ a little investment can go a long way.

    Used to be a huge fan of Lowe's and truly believed they offered good deals on quality products. Until today. If you've read my reviews, anywhere, regarding Sunrun, you'd know how I feel about them as a horrible, unethical company. They set customers up so that batteries they pay for only service the grid and call that correct. Over the last five years of being their customer, I can honestly say, we've thrown away at least $10k because they have us set up to fully drain our batteries to the grid at 5:00pm (only to turn around and buy power an hour later) everyday and then NOT set up to keep our power on when the grid goes dark. Again, Sunrun openly calls this the correct set up of a system they install. OK...back to Lowe's. The reason I no longer believe Lowe's has their customers best interest at hand is because when I walked into the store today, I found a Sunrun rep with a booth selling to unsuspecting homeowners. In other words, Lowe's is allowing Sunrun to victimize their customers. I only hope their rep has a horrible sales day!!! Every day!!!

    These guys work out of unmarked panel vans and have pocket POS Terminals that steal credit card info. Most of the fruit is stolen too.

    Está vendiendo manzanas robadas en el estacionamiento. Stolen apples right from the Lucky's and he's grabbing peoples' credit cards with a pocket POS Terminal, wow ! And when I went into Lowe's, Lowe's Commercial Customer Support informed me and the Manager inside that this is normal, okay and acceptable behavior by Lowe's Contractors soliciting work on Lowe's Property. And guess what, my mom still gave him her credit card. $20,000 stolen in 15 minutes and all her bank accounts locked down. Thank you Lowe's for allowing such people on your property. ice.gov/webform/ice-tip-form

    This is our local Home Improvement store. While we don't come too often, I've been to this location a handful of times over the last decade. Parking is usually pretty easy, as they share a large lot with the Lucky. For the most part, they have a pretty standard selection of home improvement departments and goods. Everything from tools, to appliances, to various materials and supplies. The prices seem to be reasonable; I haven't noticed anything being substantially overpriced. The staff is mostly friendly, with the occasional person going above and beyond, and the occasional person not having a great day. We also like coming here for their garden center! They have a solid selection of plants, flowers, and gardening accessories. We very much look forward to our trips to Lowe's, especially when we're looking for garden additions!

    Houseplants- make a home so welcoming- nice selection of healthy indoor plants. The Bartlett's ferns are very nice.

    Great garden area, helpful staff, easy check out IN the garden area rather than lugging your selections inside the store! A beautiful sunny time now to spend some time in the garden!! Blooming plants will perk up any spot! Great selection of plants at Lowes. Each is clearly labeled with 1-6 to help you get the sun-lovers and shade plants in the right spot. They also have hard-scape pavers : bricks etc. and pots here,

    We needed a part replaced on our Thor range. After filtering for repair services in the area that…read morework on this brand, the list was very small. Several never responded at all. Thor's own certified service providers were no better (one declined the brand, the other ghosted). Gold Standard had 259 five-star reviews, so my wife reached out through Yelp on November 20. It took two weeks and a follow-up message (plus a voicemail) before Cristhian responded. He came out on December 8, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us $272.30 + tax for the part and $310 for labor. We paid $85 for the diagnosis and told him to go ahead and order the part. Then, silence. My wife followed up on December 16. No response. Again on December 18, this time saying we'd find someone else if he couldn't commit to a date. He finally replied, saying the part was backordered and wouldn't arrive until mid-to-late January. We said we'd wait. Late January came. My wife followed up again. Cristhian said he'd call the supplier "real quick." A few days later he reported the supplier wasn't answering his calls or emails. He said he'd look into alternatives. My wife followed up again on February 10, offering to source the part herself if he'd just tell her the part number. No response. On February 28, after three months of this, we sent a final message letting him know we were moving on. Cristhian never replied. Summary: we paid $85 for a diagnosis, got a quote that was never acted on, sent roughly ten messages over three months, and received maybe four replies. The part was apparently never procured. His phone always went to voicemail. I'm writing this because the 5-star rating doesn't reflect our experience. Hopefully Cristhian will respond and resolve the issue quickly, and/or refund the $85 diagnosis fee.

My fridge went down over the weekend and after the repairman diagnosed it, it would cost me $2k to repair. Granted it was a 18 year old Kitchenaide, my wife and I were ready for an upgrade. I called countless appliance stores and most of the reps were good, but were lacking the top tier support you would expect for buying a high end fridge. I called the local distributor and they recommended Millbrae Appliances. Although I reside in the east bay, I took a crack and prayed they had my preferred model in stock. After calling in 15 mins to closing, Michael picked up the phone and was courteous and willing to help me. He happened to receive my exact model and suggested that he can deliver next day! Not only did he pull strings to accommodate me, he worked on areas that he can tweak and provided me with the best price out of all the stores I was quoted. My wife was in awe, I was in awe and we placed the order asap. My subzero arrived in the am and was installed within an hour. He had a professional team of installers that I was nervous about at first, but proved more than capable to carry the work. He has a dedicated install team that only works with Millbrae Appliances so you can expect expert service. When it comes to awesome customer service, I cannot recommend a better person than Michael with Millbrae Appliances. I have a peace of mind on my purchase and Michael made every bit as smooth and worthwhile as can be. I will def go to him for any home appliances I have in the future. Highly recommend, 200x stars if possible.

Jeff helped me out and I was taken away how professional he was initially. He identified they have stock of the washer I wanted but because of the long weekend we weren't able to move further past the process. He promised to reach out first thing Monday. Monday came, no communication from him, just radio silence. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried calling him and leaving him voicemails to call me back so I could make payment and complete the purchase. I was certain he would come through after how nice and reaffirming he was when we met. Alas, he never did reach back out. I'm glad I didn't do business with them in the end if this is how they handle business. The manager's name is Jeff Stern who assisted me and went silent. Please do better with your next customers.

Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.
