I hate to bash an entire store.So I won't.There are some good folks working in the Silverthorne Lowes, however its just another store in this mtn/ vacation housing starved area.I know the dedicated customer service people (there are 5). The remainder pretend to be doing something else as you occasionally have to ask for help.I used to use the contractors pro service the ladies are stone cold great.The 2 or 3 manager guys are aloof and wont open up a service counter even when there are people lined up to the other end of the store. So I reluctantly go get gouged at BRECK Building supply(they have a grumppy ass contractors desk too ) They also are not cash and carry so be prepared to scuffle around the yard looking for stuff and totally loading it yourself.Welcome to the wild west! OMG, after reading the past reviews HOW did this store even have an overall rating of 2 stars? I'm guessing that many employee's relatives are posting fake reviews. My experience: The level of complete incompetence knows no boundary with this store. At a loss for words how difficult it was. Placed an order online and then spent 3 straight days trying to call the store's local number and no one answered the phone OR it would go into a generated hold and then the line would go dead. I live out of state, so I called the 800 number for help. I was trying to get in touch with the store to let them know that my property management company would be picking up the grill for me (since I live in CA) and to give them permission to do so. Even after the person at the 800 number was able to add it to my order, when the PM company went to pick it up they couldn't find my order etc.....for 20 minutes! Who in the hell doesn't answer the phone at their business? I'll be at my place in Keystone, CO in two weeks and will make it a point to GO to this store and speak with the manager about this. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FLOORING. I want to share my experience so that no one may ever have to go through what I went through. it all started on June 29th with Denise Gonzalez at the Flooring table, said 3-5 weeks for materials and install to be done. I lined up a gentleman to walk my home to survey for material/labor on an 1800 sq ft remodel. He seemed knowledgeable enough, noted the types of subfloor in my home in Heeney. CONCRETE in the lower ground level/plywood upstairs. He said it would take 2 business days for an estimate. First red flag, after calling Denise daily it took about 8 days to get the estimate. Her boss Tyler Brendel was not much of a help either because he sent the estimate when she was on vacation and they were wrong. Next red flag, they asked for 100% down -payment up front, my fault for not walking away then. Moving on so we order the 1100 sq feet of flooring, tile for the 2 baths and carpet for the loft. I made it clear that I wanted this job done before 9.1 when we moved. I started to worry after the installing company Said they wouldn't install carpet in a loft, luckily when it arrived before the flooring product I begged and they put it in anyways. Then I was out of town, they wanted to deliver the flooring product after I went to the store and called multiple times to tell them not to deliver it Saturday. I was driving across the Midwest and Saturday afternoon a guy shows up and asks where I am, let the real problems begin. They then show up Monday and the driver doesn't help unload, I had to unload all 58 boxes into my house to acclimate. Okay, so almost 2 weeks later the installing company shows up on the 14th, 2 weeks before I move and they are gone in 20 min. I had asked Denise if the materials were correct, and the installing company said there was an issue with the padding to go on the sub flooring and the glue. Wrong product for the application at my home to make the flooring products work safely on my subfloor. I then asked Allison Tomhave, Tyler and Denise and the installing company to respond in writing what their plan was to get things back on schedule. 2 days later the installing company, not Lowes, responds that I need ALL the product returned and Lowes then says the flooring company just didn't know what they were doing and that a manual had the instructions, but the flooring product was actually the problem here. Making up excuses, blaming the sub, no accountability. Now I wanted to fire them. Not once during this experience did Allison call me to apologize about this dilemma after I spent 25k up front! shame on me for being so stupid. Now - getting the materials off my property. Tyler in flooring acted like I was asking the world to have a flatbed, forklift pallets and 2 guys get it back to Lowes in order for me to get refunded. So I wait 6 days from Monday to have it picked up on my free Saturday. A box truck shows up with no fork lift, pallets, or flatbed. They leave after 10 minutes and I was assured the right stuff would happen Monday. I called Kevin, Sam, Reeve, Luther and Tyler in receiving to make sure this WOULD NOT GET MESSED UP. Monday comes and they do not tell me when they are coming, they leave in 10 min, and also the receiving guys acted like they didn't know they needed the forklift, pallets or flatbed and that I should do it. All along they never planned on helping me, I was firing them and because of their mistake they were not going to make it easy for me to get this stuff back. So mis managed, cruel almost criminal what they did to me. my brother came over today, we loaded up all 58 boxes and glue into our 2 Silverados and drove the stuff back to Lowes so I could get the refund of 25k. We get to the loading dock and no-one comes out to help us unload their mismanaged product. A nice gentleman named Dutch made sure we had pallets and apologized and said that this happens a lot, after 1 hour of unloading by hand the materials were unloaded, I got my money back and may never shop at Lowes again. If I could give this location no stars I would. The absolute worst experience in customer service in my life. Ordered a washer and dryer stackable unit over a month ago at this point. When I ordered the set in store, I set a delivery date for a week later. The morning of the delivery date, at 7:30 AM, I receive a call stating the delivery won't happen because they don't have the washer in store (mind you, the reason I had to set the delivery out a week was so the washer could be ordered from Denver). I asked for immediate delivery of the dryer because that was in store and was told the washer would come the next week. The next week comes and goes and I hear nothing. So a week after that I call and ask where the washer is; explained the situation and received a call back in which I was told delivery was scheduled and I would see the washer on Tuesday. Stayed home all day, didn't receive a call or anything. Called the next day and asked where my washer was. Was told again I would be getting it on Saturday from 12-4. Saturday (yesterday) comes and I haven't heard from anyone. So at 3 I call Lowe's and talk to a manager, though she couldn't have had much seniority because all she did was tell me I would be receiving my washer tomorrow (today, Sunday) and I would receive a call from delivery later in the date to solidify a time. I also asked to file a complaint and my name and number were allegedly taken down so the store manager could call me back. You guessed right, never happen. Never received a call from anyone. Called today and asked where my washer was. Was told, yet again, they don't know why it didn't make it on to the truck but that I could receive it tomorrow. Immensely frustrated I told her absolutely not I need both appliances refunded in full and Lowe's will come pick up the dryer that had been delivered because I've now been told five times I would have a washer and I never got it. The store employee became indignant, stated she would offer a refund but that she wouldn't speak to me anymore because of my attitude and I stated I needed to speak with a manager. I was hung up on and now I can't get anyone on the phone. This is honestly unbelievable. This is the only large home renovation store in Summit County and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. ZERO communication, the employees have little to no knowledge of the appliances in house, no customer service, I mean it's a joke. I will be traveling to Denver for any home needs before I step foot in this store again. They simply don't care and you NEVER get a call back when you're told you're going to. Corporate headquarters of Lowe's really need to revisit this store because the procedures and policies the corporate structure inevitably has are not being applied in this location. read more

I would prefer to rate it at zero. Purchased a house full of laminate flooring including installation and this store's installation contractor lied about the perfect condition of our subfloors, tried calling our modular house a mobile home, then lied about their installation policies Lowe's decided to blow us off and cancel installation, even after their "estimator" had previously inspected and measured the site, finding absolutely no problem with the scheduled installation. We now have a house full of flooring and were completely abandoned by Lowe's Silverthorne. We will never shop any any Lowe's store ever again. I spend a few weeks a year in Summit County. This Lowe's is a lifesaver. I can usually find most any items I need here; they have almost everything that my Lowe's down on the Front Range has. Their staff is friendly and almost always the first person I ask a question to will have the answer. Having just moved to Buena vista, this is the closest Lowes to me. i had previously "checked out" 3 binders to decide on window treatment styles for the new house. When I returned them to get my $75 deposit back, I was told after waiting 45 minutes that noone could help me today. There was some rude rhetoric from some of the employees as I persisted to try to get some help so i could spend a few thousand dollars at tat store. I will never return to that store and i am rethinking Lowes as an option for anything. Be warned that the Silverthorne store is a sh_t show. read more

Boycott Lowes. This store should be closed and everyone fired. Never shop at the Silverthorne Colorado store. The employees are rude and unhelpful and just don't care. This was my second visit to the store to purchase sod. Because I live 1.5 hours away, round trip, I always call in advance. The first time I called to see if they had sod in stock they said yes. When I got there it was all dead. This time I called again and after the phone range about a hundred times someone answered. "Do you have sod in stock and is it living? I have a long drive and don't want to waste time or gas...Let me check he tells me. "Yes, we have lots of sod." So I attach the trailer drive 45 min and buy the sod. Then when I go to put it in my trailer I see that it's all dead...actually moldy. I go in and ask for my money back and am told that I need to go inside and wait in line. When the assistant manager, NATHAN, asks me what I want I tell him what has happened....and you know what he says? He doesn't apologize and tell me I should not have been treated that way and what can they do for me. Instead he says in a rude and condescending manner: "Do you want your money back?" I tell you. I continue to give this store my business and it continues to be typical corporate crap, low training for employees on how to be observant and walk up and help a customer. Today was the last straw. I have 3 cylinders and deadbolts purchased at Lowes and want to have them re-keyed. Mark recites the Corporate Policy, they have to be purchased there, which they were, but several years ago. He says it has to be in the last 30 days. Nice policy Lowes! Did you think that getting customers into your store may cause them to buy other items while there? (Furnace Filters, Humidifier filters, tools, hardware etc.?) Most times when I go into this store, it's easy to spot 2, 3, or more employees standing around jawing, but not one comes up to ask if they can help you find what your looking for. I had store credit of $230.77. they denied me to use the credit because my driver's license changed to colorado from texas. I was moving & building my house & purchasing at Lowe's daily. I spent over $250k there in all. they sent me through hoops for over a year, in an attempt to steal this petty amount of 230 in "store credit". corporate headquarters played me against the local store, and vise versa. its an understatement to say that this corporation is unprofessional, dishonest, greedy, disorganized, understaffed, petty, selfish, arrogant, and sneaky. that is the business model these days, this behavior seems to be successful, but without corporate loyalists at the employee & customer level, Lowe's would vaporize in a short time. building my house I got to know several employees as personal friends, with whom I associate outside of work. all had shocking stories to tell, as well as plans to quit, as soon as they could find other work. there were also corporate loyalists employees who clung to lowe's for dear life for income, & those loyalists have always been quite belligerent to customers. I realize this is a requirement of the corporation, & I forgive the employees. 10 years ago an operation like this would have had 10 times as many employees & that would make it a professional operation capable of fulfilling its obligations. Folks, the oligarchic predicament of today is extreme. I have read that the inequality in the u.s. today, is more extreme than the pharos & slaves of ancient Egypt. we need to get their attention. I needed large moving boxes and checked Lowe's Reno store and found that there were 189 in stock. However, when I got there, the bay for these boxes was empty. Customer Service confirmed that there were 189 remaining in stock and called for service in isle 2. No one showed up. I returned to Customer Service. They announced for service on isle 2. No one showed up again. I wandered around and found a clerk. Told him the problem. We then spent about 20 minutes checking the tops of isles to find the missing inventory. The clerk finally determined that the reported inventory was wrong. What a monumental waste of time. What a disorganized store. read more

I was on hold for over 5 minutes the first time and the last time for over 8 minutes without anyone except a recording either telling me how to check order status & history online or they're working on answering the call. At 10 minutes a guy finally answered & said he didn't know if they had sleds in stock then said nope he didn't think he'd seen any. Poor customer service from start to finish. Free pad and installation for flooring over $699. Too good to be true. It is like calling dial a prayer to call the Lowe's. Email and personal response is non existent. I had two measurements. The second was due that I needed 25 square feet less carpeting. The second measurement was 20 square feet greater than the first. No one seems to know things and the measurement system does not discuss seem location. You will need 12 weeks minimum to get a 450 square foot carpet. Their free installation but they have other fees of $700. No one to talk to or respond to your questions. Find a local merchant rather than a big box store read more

We hired to Lowes to install new flooring in our entire house. I'm currently 9 months pregnant so time is of the essence, and when I started this project with them, I was more than physically able to finish it myself if need be. Now I am certainly not. I've been waiting for months to get information on the install, not a word from Lowes. I've called, emailed, even called the installation partner who called the manager on our behalf. We had already done one room ourselves, with flooring sold exclusively at Lowes, so going with another company was not an option. Finally we gave up and resigned ourselves to doing the install ourselves, and ordered the materials from the Lakewood location, who had no problem placing the order and communicating with us like professionals. This store lost out on over $10K from us because of their incompetence. I won't shop here again. Much easier to go to Breck Building or True Value. read more

I went to buy a 2' x 8 x10 and needed the saw to for it into our car, the associate said the was was down. When I asked for a hand saw, the associate said we can't help you. I asked for a supervisor, he took his time, put on his gloves, and by then we left he never even picked up the phone. I will never shop here ever. You don't care about your customers. After $16,000 spent at this Lowe's in renovation-related expenses, not a single item was delivered without a major issue. And while mistakes happen, the really disheartening part is the lack of empathy or care that the customer service representatives, department managers, and store manager had for the mistakes they made. Below are just a few details, if you care to read. TL;DR - what a horrible experience. I ordered $8,167 in cabinets in the first week of April. Understandably, these took a while to deliver. I was called in mid-June and told that they would be delivered on June 21st, so I scheduled my travel from Houston (where I live) accordingly. I got a call on June 18th after arriving in Colorado that notified me that they could not be delivered until June 30th. I had already planned on having a handyman help me install the week of the 21st, then booked my international travel to Mexico around these cabinets arriving on 6/21. I instead had to have them delivered after I returned, delaying getting cabinets into my home for several weeks and entirely wasting a trip from Houston to Colorado. This further delayed countertops, floors, painting, etc., etc. that I had planned with a handyman. Why would Lowe's give me a delivery date of June 21st if they had no intention of delivering on that date? What sort of remediation does Lowe's have for someone who trusted Lowe's to fulfill their promise of a delivery on 6/21 only to have a month of plans interrupted because of that unfulfilled promise? None that I was made aware of. I ordered $1,849 in countertops. Understandably, these need to be fitted, etc. after the countertops. They scheduled me for templating for 7/27 (remember a full month after I had expected to have cabinets in). I again scheduled my travel around this and scheduled to fly in on 7/26. On 7/25, I received a text message from the template guy saying he'll be there around 2:00 PM. I asked if he meant 7/27, the day that was scheduled. He said, no, he meant 7/26. I told him obviously that won't work. I've called several times over several days. I have left several unreturned messages and the one time that I did reach the rep on 7/26, she proceeded to tell me that she'll check with scheduling and "call you right back". Needless to say, I did not receive a call back. I ordered a $1,075 LG refrigerator that would fit perfectly with the custom cabinets at the very beginning of April. I waited to hear something/anything about delivery. Instead of hearing anything I had to call in mid-May. On the phone, the customer service person couldn't figure anything out about the refrigerator and suggested I come into the store. I stopped in the store, and Sam notified me that the refrigerator that they allowed me to order in April (the one that fits perfectly with the cabinets that were ordered at the same time), was not available from LG and would never be available from LG. "Why would you allow me to buy it then?" I asked. And would they have caught the mistake, or would it require me to wait a month and a half to come in and figure it out myself? If I hadn't come in and just trusted that surely it'll be delivered someday, would it ever have been caught? I doubt it. So Sam suggested a couple alternatives, neither of which will fit well with the cabinets that had already been ordered a month and a half ago. I also asked if they would resolve the issue of the cabinets being ordered to fit the refrigerator and reorder the cabinets in the right size; alas, no that wasn't possible. On to refridgerator #2 (the replacement model), which was ordered in mid-May. It was delivered last Monday (7/19). The individual delivering it put a dent in the stainless steel front door during the delivery. He took a picture and assured me that someone would reach out from Lowe's. I heard nothing and so I called yesterday (seven days after it was dented). I was transferred to a manager who seemed entirely unhappy to help me. She suggested that I call back tomorrow and talk to Sam (which is now today, 7/27). I called and asked for appliances, to only have the phone ring for tens of minutes. So I stopped in. I asked for Sam, who informed me that she couldn't offer a discount if she can't see the dent. I told her that the individual took a picture and put it in the system; did she not have access to that? Alas, it turns out that she does have access to that, but it's in the delivery system. As a customer, why would I care which system it's in? How asinine is that? All I care is that yes, she had access to it, and no, she would not go a couple minutes out of her way to go look at the dent in the other system and come up with a reasonable accommodation for the Lowe's delivery crew messing up the front door of the refrigerator. She then let me know (still without looking at the dent; how infuriating) that she can do $100 or order a new one. I told her to order a new one. She offered $200, and fuming, I just wanted to be done with it. read more

Spending thousands on flooring and receiving the worst customer service ever. Total communication failure, lost my order the first time. I paid 100% of the order up front, the Lowe's delivery folks put my Pergo flooring in the garage and when the installers came they couldn't put the flooring down because it had been in a cold garage. Lowe's response was that their delivery people probably didn't know the floor had to acclimate to room temperature. I have NO idea about the status of my carpeting and my salesperson won't return my calls. Basically Lowe's took my money and are taking no responsibility for installation. This has been going on for 5 weeks. I am waiting to move my furniture into my home until flooring is in so it's an uncomfortable living situation for me. I am in the middle of a total remodel and I definitely will think twice before I spend another dollar at Lowe's. read more

I have written some zingers in the past because the customer service has been diabolical at this Lowes. Today, however, I got terrific service from Joe in Electrical. We were buying ceiling fans, about which I know nothing, and he was able to give us the information we wanted and needed in layman's terms. We left spending more that we had planned and were happy we did. Joe demonstrates total professionalism. If I could figure out how to leave a review for him personally (all 10's) I would but Lowe's site is so bad Bill Gates couldn't figure it out. The online chat help sent me to an Indeed site for a job app!! When I let them know this is not what I needed they said "I am sorry I make you discomfort". I gave up. Worst store ever! Every time we go items ring up incorrectly and the store refuses to honor the prices that are posted on the signs. Most recently we placed an order online so we could pickup the items curbside. When we arrived and called we were told we'd have to come in to pickup the items and they didn't have enough staff to bring them items to us. read more

Horrible everything. Trying to spend thousands of bucks here for flooring. No help - no return phone calls. Finally get help and the process to write up the order made my root canals seem pleasurable. As it turned out, I was WAY over sold on product. Oh, then the installation! What a horror. REALLY crappy workmanship and months of my effort to get it right. Lowe's came out at least three more times to correct problems and finish work. 2-3 months go by and it still isn't right. Big shout out and thanks to Brandon, the employee from Illinois, who went above and beyond to help me!!! Give this man a raise! I went into Lowe's for a specific star screwdriver to make some immediate adjustments to my bike rack. I didn't want anything expensive (I have them at home). We weren't finding any that were the right size and wasn't in a full set. He had some some tools in his truck and was going to lunch so he offered to use his personal tools and made the adjustments to my bike rack. Generally speaking I have had as good an experience at this store as I have had at any big box store. My most recent experience was less than grand. I had pre-ordered a toilet and received a call saying that the toilet was in. I thought "great" this will be easy - a quick in and out. Unfortunately, after checking in and being told that somebody would be up shortly. We walked a bit, took care of some other shopping and retuned to the desk - no toilet. We waited. and waited. about 35 minutes later one of the guys at the desk said that he would get it. He was back in about 3 minutes with a cart and a toilet! Their attitudes were friendly and generally sincere, but the follow through was lacking. read more

I had to call several different Lowe's to find out that this item is no where to be found...why is it still listed online? Ridiculous. No further help was offered. Every time I walk in this store everyone looks like they do not want to be there and I have to run around the store to find anyone to help me. I am very happy to see Lowe's in Summit county. The old hardware store in Silverthorne was horrible, and I was happy to see Lowes come in. if you know what you need and lowes has it in stock, then Lowes is great. if you order things on line to be delivered to the store, that works out ok. however, I have been disappointed 3 out 3 times this year on special order items - doors, appliances, and blinds. you should assume that anything special order is going to get messed up; it will be the wrong color, or the wrong size, or the wrong thing. there is a major issue in this store - let the buyer beware - you need to double and triple check every detail on special order items. also, the accounting department with the credit card or the LAR account is poor at best. you get 5% off, but you will pay for that 5% in frustration or some other mistake. overall, I am happy with this store, but the system will punish you if you do alot of business with them. read more

Avoid this place at any cost. I ordered carpet, tile and appliances with them and had issues with all of this. They really do not know what they are doing. I believe many of the employees try but unfortunately are not given enough training to be useful. The install of of my vinyl plank flooring went so bad that I had to have someone else take over and do it. The range I purchased 2 months ago was discontinued when they went to deliver the appliances then they had one shipped from another store, but that one had a gas leak. I am so fed up with them. Just trying calling them, and you will see that it is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. They are all understaffed and under trained. read more

I think things could of been better and I have had better experiences at other lowes before. We had the Hardwhere department order some part and they simple never showed up. One thing I think is fair to say is that this store did just open at the time a maybe their systems were not all working to together. I just wish someone would of let us know before things went so long with us thinking the parts where on their way. I felt like we where forgotten about and no one wanted to admit the fault. We've been in the store 5 times this week for sundry home repairs including a kitchen faucet and handle replacement. The floor staff must have been distracted because we had to seek out support and then it was grudging provided. I guess with so little competition the customer is an afterthought. I do want to compliment the associate at customer service, she was the only bright spot for this location. Having a store with this selection in the mountains is a plus. Having friendly knowledgeable staff is also a plus. But having a bunch if corporate rules is a bummer and makes me go local any time i can. I came in Lowes to buy one 2 by 4 ft ceiling tile. I quickly found what i needed in a stack, grabbed one and went to checkout. I was told it would be $4 but needs the managers approval because these are normally sold in a set of 8. I told him this was siting on a pile not in a package. The manager said no. Since i only needed 1 I had to buy 8 for $35. I asked that Chris Christenson the general manager be told to give (for free) the next 7 customers a panel. Rules are rules and corporate america works this way. WOW, what great customer service we received from Stella. We went in to just get a toolbox. Decided to just see what bathroom lighting lowes had. Stella was very helpful in suggesting finishes to match our bathroom fixtures we already had. She even took the product out of the box to make sure we would be happy. Reid went above and beyond yesturday in showing us the exact product supplies we need and offered his help to our contractor when he comes in to purchase the exact wood deminsions. I was there just this past Saturday. I ordered a wine fridge over the phone and paid for it the Wednesday before. I told the guy on the phone in appliances that I'd be there to pick it up Saturday. He said ok not a problem. I get there. Had to drive from Denver because they were the only Lowe's store that had this in stock and they weren't doing any deliveries at that time. Anyway I get there and customer service tells me they can't find it and told me to go to the appliances department because they may have it back there. So I do. I ask a guy named Brandon about it and he goes to take a look. He comes back saying he can't find it either and that his manager is looking as well. So I wait .. another guy comes to the desk and starts to put his work vest on and asks me if I have been helped. I replied yes. And told him Brandon was helping me look for a wine fridge. He proceeds to ask me my information so I tell him as he keys it in the computer. He then says I know exactly where that's at because it's in the wrong spot. He goes and gets it for me and helps me load it into my car. I wanna say a big THANK YOU TYLER!! For going above and beyond to help a customer out. read more

Terrible service. Was there last Saturday night 7 pm-ish. Granted, not the "A" team for that day and time, still... No regular shopping cart at entrance (inside and outside) nor the parking lot corrals, I nabbed one from a customer returning his. Impossible to find help on the floor or they are too new to be of assistance. App overstates the (cabinet pulls and knobs) inventory in the store. The women in the paint area was much too snarky for someone so ill-informed. I have 8 income properties and have done almost all the painting and tiling over the past 30 years. From the start... as she walked into the area, I asked if she could assist me. She told me she could but i had to move my cart that was blocking her from going behind the counter. I moved it, I was not aware it was blocking anything but was confused why she needed to be behind a counter to answer my questions. Turns out she assumed I was ready to have her add pigment to stain base. I started asking questions. She was not listening to what I was saying. She would finish my sentences with incorrect assumptions. Amongst many blunders, she proudly pointed to the ONE (misplaced) can of primer for oil paint, though I was using water-based. When I mentioned to her the issue of the app overstating inventory, she explained that it was because a truckload of merchandize was not scanned. ???? If that is so, it would mean the App UNDERstates the inventory. To giver herself a "win" she pointed to the 2 cans of water-based stain primer and snipped that they needed pigment. I explained I was going to do that only if they had everything else I needed such as primer. (They did not). I doubt this is the first time she has displayed this lack of grace doing her job. As I write this, I don't see a review from the man who was yelling at another associate in a different department. He was as frustrated as I was. We passed each other and I told him I also had terrible service. in the end - - - THANK YOU. By not having the cabinet pulls as expected, I ordered from Wayfair for less $$ and better looking. I bought my paint from Summit Paint and Stain on Monday, which I should have done in the first place. thank you Lowe's of Silverthorne for convincing me to not bother in the future. read more

The worst Lowes. One star is generous. The staff is rude and incompetent (except for the appliance guys). We bought blinds and EVERY one was cut wrong! During my many attempts to speak to the manager I was continuously transferred to the wrong departments and even hung up on a few times. Never did get to speak with the manager... ended up calling corporate instead. I was finally given a refund, some of which was supposed to be on a gift card, months later I am still waiting.... unfortunately being the only big store in the area we had to by appliances from them. After not receiving a 20 dollar part I tried to get it refunded and was told "we can't because we don't know you didn't get it." After spending thousands of dollars you would think a 20$ charge would be waved without question. Long story short this Lowes needs serious help, it's amazing corporate hasn't picked up on this yet! read more
