If you aren't looking for it, then you might miss it. Lox, Stocks, & Bagel isn't exactly in a recognizable space, but once you find it, then you're in luck. For starters, the bagels are made fresh daily on site. From sweet to savory to adorned, Lox, Stock & Bagels has pretty much every palate covered. They even make bialys, those Polish delicacies that are a cross between bagel & roll (softer because they're not boiled). Any or all of these offerings can be topped with flavored cream cheese, butter, or other spreads. A bagel on its own can run between $2-3, but when you add a topping or schmear, then you're likely around $5. That may seem a little steep, but the value is pretty outstanding. My foodie adventure buddy loves their jalapeño cheddar bagel, topped with the salmon cream cheese. That is a pretty much a meal and runs just shy of $7, which is pricey but oh so good. Even adding lox, a Jewish bagel tradition, can add up but it's worth that every-so-often treat. Besides, lox is a premium cut from the salmon belly, so the price tracks. Mostly, you can tell that these are bagel artisans at work. The staff really seems to value making the perfect bagel, and the sandwiches and bagel options show just that. The bagels have the right amount of softness with that boiled exterior, and the flavor profiles are distinct. Lastly, the space is not huge but comfortable. Wi-Fi is free and easy, there are plenty of tables, and they support local food needs with donations. The coffee is solid, with local beans roasted by Coffee Plant. Parking is easy and shared with the Safeway lot, and once you find this space, you're pretty much guaranteed to come back.

A top recommendation from our Airbnb host, my brother-in-law, nephew, and I popped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 9am. There was a line, but it moves quickly. The bagels come out warm and chewy and they have a variety from sesame to chocolate chip to blueberry. They have a number of cream cheeses, but no sweet option. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich on sesame was filling. Coming from the East Coast and used to New York City bagels, I found the bagels to be fine. My relatives, coming from small town Washington, loved the bagels. They also offer a full coffee menu. My hazelnut latte was basic. It got the job done, but wouldn't win any awards.

So disappointed with my everything bagel. I wish I had seen it prior to getting home. I drove all the way across town for it. It looks like a plain. Just so weak with seasoning and so disappointed they even sold this "everything" to me. What happened? Why no seasoning?

I look at the menu. Veggie sandwich looks good. Counter person asks me what I want. I say, "Veggie sandwich sesame bagel." They say, "You don't want the veggie sausage?" I say, "Veggie." They say, "Not the sausage?" I say, "I don't know how to make it clearer. It's the one between Smoked turkey and Good and Evil." Counter person goes sour on me and I get the look from staff when I pick up my order.

I didn't go in person but my boss has bought us this twice and these are amazing bagel sandwiches. It's so delicious and so simple and perfect for a workday.

Oh my god the bagel was the best bagel I've ever had by far I got the pork belly egg sandwich and am so giddy just from eating it. An amazing place to just sit and chill my mom just chilled and drank out chai lattes which my mom said was the best she has had as she has had chai from nearly every cafe in eugene that means something.

Tasty bagels! We like to get a half dozen or dozen to take home to enjoy for breakfast. There is a charge for slicing bagels in half for you, and we are usually too cheap to pay for it. Favorite: salt bagel and asiago bagel, bialys are tasty too! Customer service is consistently good. I like that there is a kids table with some toys and coloring items to entertain little ones. Easily accessible bathrooms. So nice to have a tasty bagel spot in South Eugene where the options are more limited!

Aromatic. That's the first thing that wafts through your olfactory. A pleasant and warm sensation just flows through the space. It's amazing. The breakfast bagel sandwich we ordered were tasty in all the right ways. five stars for food. Two things stood out to me and seemed to indicate the quality of this establishment: 1. The line that's wraps around the lobby. 2. The number of people who were greeted by name and then informed: "we still have the _____" or "just 7 more minutes until______." It was certainly nice to see the way the staff greeted and interacted with the locals. It made me wish I lived in the quaint neighborhood that surrounds this strip. The line that curled about the lobby was tough for several reasons: 1. One must uncover where the end of the line begins when you walk in. 2. One must decide on their level of comfortability in communicating the end of the line when other walk in. 3. One must find a spot to stand once they have ordered and are waiting on the bagels. There is a seating area, but it felt like those spots should be reserved for individuals who have their food and want to eat in. Some direction to the madness would have improved my experience.

These bagels are so yummy. Great service and very fast. Egg salad is good and has lots of dill. The salt bagel is really salty, be warned.

Ask the Community - Lox, Stocks & Bagels

Is there a gluten free bagel option?

Not that I know of. I do believe they have salads, though!

What kind of coffee do they serve, and is it any good?

We serve Coffee Plant Roasters, a local company that roasts our coffee for us every week.

This location is small but has some excellent stuff. I only came to get a sandwich but also got a strawberry macaron for my kiddo since she loves them. I got the Foxtrot sandwich, and I have to say it's one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I wasn't sure I'd like the basil-hazelnut pesto--I don't like filberts--but you couldn't actually taste that signature hazelnut flavor. It was also really filling, and I only ate half of it in that sitting. I was really sad when I realized after I left Eugene that I left the second half in my sister's refrigerator. They usually make it with focaccia, but they'd run out the afternoon I stopped in so I chose sourdough instead and you know, I'd probably ask for it on sourdough again instead of the focaccia. An update, since I started this review in April 2026 and hadn't posted it yet as of August 2026 (but will today!): I had the summer BLT and it was delicious. It comes with micro greens as a side by default, but I paid extra for the frites instead. It was a very filling meal, and I'm glad I made it my choice this time! My sister got the fish and chips, which she wasn't as happy with, so next time she'll stick to the steak frites. Service was great. They have some nice quality foods for sale in the place--not a huge bit of merchandise, but a good selection. They also apparently have a happy hour daily from 3-5 with specials. There's a lot of seating, and on the nice days they have quite a few tables outside. Parking is a little trickier. There's retail on the first floor, but a few flors of apartments above, so the parking lot is split in half between the apartments and the restaurants. It took a few minutes and a few spins around the lot (plus checking street availability) but I got lucky with a space. But there's lots of residential streets around so you'll be able to find parking somewhere.
