Loyal Towing is anything but loyal, the young lady was rude, snappy and disrespectful. They damaged my car and refuse to own up to what they did. Once my car was released I noticed my front bumper was loose/pulled away from the car. I brought this to their attention and they claimed it was already like that. The pictures they took proves my bumper wasn't as it was before towing my car. Lupe the manager/owner of this company stated he wasn't doing anything about the damage and it's not his problem and to take him to small claims court. He couldn't have been more helpful even tried to help me diagnose and fix the issue (key wouldn't turn in ignition) although we determined it needed to get to the dealership, he got it there way before 6 and I didn't even have to go with -- he gave them my keys and info saving me a trip and an extra Uber. On Saturday June 11 , I had Loyal put my truck on a flatbed tow truck and was to be delivered to my house from a body shop where it was painted but not finished . My truck was dropped off about a mile from my house I finally found it myself I called and called and called the company I was hung up on four times and spent several hours on hold then I get a call from Dorthey 31 hours after my truck left the body shop she said she was looking into the problem I told her I found my truck after looking most of my sunday I asked her to credit the card used for the tow she said there is nothing she could do about the charge because they didn,t handle the charges I told her that her company dropped the ball and is responsible ! I recommend not to use this tow company very very bad service !! read more

A tow was ordered through AAA and the Hertz rental program. Hertz told AAA that I was not with the vehicle. Firestone had the keys and the truck was to transport the car to another shop. The driver from Loyalty called me asking what was wrong with the car. I explained and he tells me as the owner I need to be there with the car. I explained that the keys are already there I'm not the owner and it's not my Triple A account - it belongs to hurts. He says he can't do a pick up without me there. Then why, did Triple A contract them for this job? However, that is not my biggest gripe. When I told him to forget it I would make other arrangements he said no, what time will you be here and I said 11:30. He responds, "I'll see you at 11:30." I then get a text message at 10:57 Stating that my driver is on the scene. I immediately call the number that the driver the driver called me from and a woman answers the phone. I told her that I made arrangements with the driver to meet me at 11:30. She says my driver never called you my driver came and left. When I get to at 11:15, the Firestone shows me a photo of a the Loyalty Towing truck and said that at 10:40 a tow truck driver came in grabbed the keys went outside then came back in and handed the keys back to him and walked away. When I called the driver back, he asks "who is this....I'm with a customer....I'll call you back..." and I never hear from him again. Either they are the most grossly negligent and poorly run company in the city, or he intentionally set this up so that he could collect the cancelation fee and not have to do any work. Terrible, unprofessional, and, in my opinion, possibly duplicitous service. read more

I called Loyal towing directly and they said the request had been canceled and it would cost $110 dollars for another truck. What a scam. Highly suggest you use another towing company. The owners response was that I was trigger happy when I wrote this review. when all actulaty I was helping a 78 year old lady who was stranded on the side of the road. when I called Loyal towing directly and told them the driver just drove by I was told it would cost $110 for the driver to come back. Called this morning 9/21 and got a quote for a tow in my neighborhood. Called back about 4 hours later to book that same tow and was given a higher priced quote with a dismissive, "we'll who did you talk to?" I got a higher actual price due to a credit card fee that was not previously disclosed and while my Google maps indicated the tow destination was 0.3 miles away, the woman said it was OVER 1/2 mile and subject to MORE fees. The tow operators were great, the folks working the desk either don't care and want to over charge and nickel and dime or just want to get you a quote that only increases. Beware with this company and be prepared for prices to increase after a "professional" quote. read more
