I have to say that Loyall plumbing does a really great job at an honest price. We've had to call them twice since we moved to the AV 5 years ago and they've done an awesome job both times. Most recently we called them on a Friday afternoon for a broken hot water heater, and they came out first thing Saturday morning and had it fixed in no time. The lady who works in the office was extremely helpful over the phone- I had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable. The plumber arrived on time and had the job done quickly... He was a really nice, friendly guy as well. Apparently, when they gave us a quote on the phone they had forgotten to include a $30 charge for some small part- but they stuck to the quoted price and wouldn't let me pay the additional $30 even when I offered. If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend these guys for good, honest work. read more

This company is awesome. We have had serious hit or miss issues with plumbers and were very concerned when we noticed water seeping out from below our kitchen cabinet and couldn't find the leak. Well. Wow. We called Monday at 8 and he was there by 10. It was indeed a leak inside a wall. You really want a competent person when the repair involves cutting into a wall. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and correctly too. Bonus, the cost was reasonable: as a matter of fact we would have paid more! Friendly fellow too! Highly recommended! read more

This company flushed our tankless water heater almost 2 years ago for$55. When I scheduled new appointment last week I was told that price didn't change. When their guy showed up he said that it will cost $120. I've been trying to contact company several times leaving messages to no response. I don't think this is the way to run your company. I am an avid yelp user and usually go based off of reviews. With this company having such high reviews it makes me question where these reviews came from. First I called my home warranty and they dispatched this company. The first initial phone call the lady expresses they are over booked and under staffed and the problem won't be able to be fixed for 1-2 weeks if they can't send someone out that day to fix. Since we both work that wasn't going to work for us so we called our home warranty back. They ended up recommending this company and with the reviews I said let's give them a try. They came out when I was not home and my sister in law was here. The problem with the shower was fixed half way because again they are under staffed and over worked! I call my home warranty the same lady calls me to schedule and appointment for today. Since I had surgery today would've worked. She than expresses to me she has no one that will be able to replace the part all together if it needs a full replacement part that this will take 4-5 hours and she would have to reschedule them to come out in 10 days! Seriously? So you guys fix things half ass because you don't want to hire anymore employees and you express this to your customer and tell you customer their children must go without a shower for 10 days pretty much! This company is so unprofessional on so many different levels I have no idea how they have such good reviews! Home warranty dispatched a different company to come out and replace the components for each of my showers! If you get this company through your home warranty be very weary they rush everything and don't fix things properly because their employees are calling out sick due to the weather or they are short handed! read more

My water heater needed to be replaced and I was given an apppointment over Thanksgiving weekend...which was a pleasant surprise. The time frame was 8 am to 9 am and Matthew arrived promptly at 8 am. He was professional and pleasant while he explained the new water heater functions and maintance. The price range quoted was within my budget and much to my joy, I paid the low end of the price range.
