Most people are on the verge of losing an affordable place to live or knows a few who are staying with friends or family eventually living on the street.Those people are families with children or the elderly and this is a state of emergency and FINALLY government is seeing the crisis and trying to do something about it. The OCHA was always an agency known for their rudeness and condescending behavior.Now their jobs have quadrupled and this may be the way they have to deal with the overload or not being able to do something to fix peoples situations. I am not excusing their demeanor in no way. I can say that most county jobs with huge ongoing caseloads are very stressed and are known for shortening lives.There's years of data on that so try to keep that in mind when dealing with county government they don't have things as easy as some think they do and the consequences of their job is poor health and early demise.They have these great benefits package but few live long enough to enjoy retirement It's ludicrous!My mother was a county employee for 25 years and I witnessed first hand.That being said it is horrible what has been happening to so many people that is a result of many things that are not being done right and how it's fixed is by having the right people in the right places and This is the year every one of us is going to have a chance to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I just walked around the neighborhood HOPING to run into security just to find out where I can go to get my car back. Additionally, they repainted all the houses last year so that they would all match. They painted over the screen door, mailbox, and windows. They broke my mailbox and said that I needed to replace it because it violated their rules, so my landlord had to replace both the screen door and the mailbox to match all the other houses.
