Absolute worst place you can ever step foot into if you're a first time car buyer these guys are money hungry scammers they're textbook car salesmen, they tried screwing me over with a 28% interest rate which is beyond ridiculous and when I didn't agree they had some other guy come in and try to convince me to bite. I decided to leave the place and once I was home I got a call saying they could give me a 18% interest rate. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone and especially not young first time buyers because they will try to play you for a fool with ludicrous interests rates thinking you won't know any better. I needed a work truck, and I couldn't find a good used truck privately. I was scrolling on OfferUp and came across a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with only 101,000 miles at a very good reasonable price. Extremely competitive with private owners price, and I was surprised it was from a dealership. They provided me with service records, clean Carfax showing 2 previous owners, and the truck overall exactly the way it was advertised. I made an appointment to check out the truck, and I came in, drove it, and I decided to make a Cash offer on it. Buying cash they were open about negotiating, and made me a great deal on it. Very pleased, and a great experience. Thank you to Nicolas and the dealer's manager for their time and excellent service. Keep in mind I bought my truck Cash, I've seen people complain when they're buying financed. I can't comment on that, but my best advice is better up your credit score for better rates, or saved up your money and buy cash. As far as buying a used car, is the buyers responsibility to do extensive research on the car you're buying, bring your trusted mechanic over, go over the Carfax, use common sense. Can't blame dealers for selling you a used car, a used car will have its defects from poor previous ownership, if you want a car that won't give you problems, and will come with a good warranty, go buy it new. read more

Made a mistake in buying a car here but oh well, I'm stuck with it due to my impatience. These cars are WAY overpriced (check the Kelley Blue Book value first). They also get you "approved" but realistically not until after you've already made a down payment and spoke to their lender. The lender called me a few days after I bought my vehicle to tell me they still were not sure if I would get approved. The dealership gives you two days to return your vehicle for a $500 restocking fee..but if you made a down payment, they keep it... very shady. With a 678 credit score, I still got an 18% APR.. yes I know, I was impatient because I just wanted this car and should've shopped around. Please learn from my mistake. read more

But then they screened my calls for a few hours while I was heading to the airport to go get the vehicle.
