They provided a loaner vehicle, arranged to have the dent repaired, fixed the AC issue, and even delivered the EV9 back to me while picking up the loaner on the return trip. The staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I am still bummed about the initial condition of the EV9, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood behind the customer experience. Overall, amazing service and a great team. I would just hope the vehicle inspection and delivery prep process improves so future customers don't run into the same issues.

Najwa was my sales consultant, and the interaction initially went well. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, she was informative, and the test drive was straightforward. During the test drive, we discussed the sales process, including some of the practices I prefer to avoid as a customer. I explained that I also work in sales, and we verbally agreed that we would keep the process straightforward and avoid unnecessary sales tactics. After I expressed that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, Najwa explained that another sales consultant would be joining us to finalize the deal. At that point, the price presented to me was approximately $10,000 higher than the price I had seen advertised online. I was told that the difference was due to dealer-added features. I explained that I did not want the additional features and that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle at the advertised price. There was then a lengthy discussion about the pricing. I was told that the additional charges were simply part of the dealership's process. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, Najwa and the other consultant stepped away and returned with a proposal reflecting the original advertised price, without the additional $10,000 in charges. This was the most frustrating part of the experience. If the advertised price could ultimately be presented without the additional charges, it would have been much more effective to provide that pricing from the beginning rather than presenting a substantially higher price and negotiating back to the advertised amount. Afterward, Najwa told me, "I don't know why you're getting upset--you know how sales works." I do understand how sales works, which is why I found the experience particularly disappointing. I understand that dealerships have sales procedures and that salespeople are expected to follow them. However, transparency and consistency in pricing are important, especially when a customer has specifically asked for a straightforward transaction. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase the vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle itself was what brought me in, and the initial interaction was positive, but the way the pricing was presented and handled changed my decision.

It came out…read moreabsolutely amazing that's why I chose to use him for this sentimental restoration of a vintage carousel horse off the original Merry-Go-Round on the Santa Monica Pier. Carlos gave me the idea to paint it black with white feet and a white stripe on its nose. My house is black and white so it seemed like it would be a perfect fit he also knew that it would work well with the colors of the house. He sprayed all but the saddle with an amazing gloss black and hand-painted the feet and face and then his sister Joanna went absolutely bonkers with a free hand acrylic paint. I've attached pictures of my vision with my wife's favorite Swatch watch and she went to work. I am absolutely blown away by the results. You truly have to look through all the pictures to realize how it transformed into something that I can't even describe in words. They made it truly one of the greatest gifts I've ever given my wife and she is over the moon! Could not recommend them more for all of your automotive needs and he gladly takes on special projects like this. The pictures speak for themselves.
