My dad is very thorough when it comes to paperwork; we appreciated the patience when looking over everything and that they didn't pressure us throughout, even though we ended up leaving about an hour after closing. I had an online quote from true car through my employer and they honored that price. We were informed of additional add on options but they didn't force them. All I can say is what a wonderful experience. We were shopping for my daughter's first car and had a questionable experience at the dealership prior to this one.
