I absolutely love it here. From the atmosphere to the quality of work, everything is great. The place (new location by Petco) is massive which I assume is why you aren't hit with the chemical smell that you normally get at smaller salons. I highly recommend their Milk and Honey pedicure. Yes, they use real milk and honey in the foot bath and as part of the massage and it is absolutely divine. I don't know the name of the young gentleman that did my mani/pedi this time but he was so very gentle and careful from start to finish and was just devoted to doing a great job the entire time. My mom also got a pedicure and suffers from chronic ingrown toenails. She was so impressed with how much work was done to try to prevent them in the future. While most of the nail techs don't speak English very well, there is a front desk girl that does. I find this especially helpful over the phone where it's harder to understand a heavier accent. I was there from 5:30-8pm. Had a pedicure which was fine but took forever. Then had a fill, which also took forever. Guy didn't paint the nail tips so they look horrible. He also didn't file them and they're square shaped and the corners are so sharp that I absolutely have to do something about this now. It's that bad. I have been coming here for a couple times now. This last time was a horrible experience. I have never had a painful pedicure anywhere. The technician seemed to be all over the place. She used the drill bit to take take off my no chip, which was fine but also used it to shape and cut cuticles. Numerous times she got my skin and it burned and was very sore to the touch. She went extremely fast and was not soothing at all, very rough. I had a calise on my heel, later found it was bleeding. The reason I choose this place for the environment, cleanliness, different packages for pedicures. Normally I love it here! Been a loyal customer for years now. Never been dissatisfied with my nails, but, the prices have been SO inconsistent. A little different everytime, but these last 2 times I have gone it's been RIDICULOUS. Tell me why my sister and I got basic acrylics, nothing super crazy, and we were charged $188?!?!? So 5 months after my father passed away I finally felt up enough to do something good for myself. I decided to get a pedicure. We called LT nails and they quoted us $40 for a no chip pedicure so we chose to go there. Upon arrival we were told to choose a color. I chose purple and then asked if they could do "chrome purple". He said yes. It was very hard to understand anything since neither one spoke any English. We proceed to get our pedicures. After sitting in the massage pedicure chairs we were handed these menus and told to choose which package we wanted and were also told that the no chip was $15 above any price of the packages. The lowest package was $39. So now the price went from $40 to $54. 30-45 minutes later as he was just about to paint my toe nails he proceeds to tell us that the "chrome" is $10 extra. I said you waited until you were just about to paint the toe nails to tell me this? So now the price goes from $40 to $64. As if this wasn't enough, the finished package was horrible. Sloppy nail cutting and filing. Sloppy painting. AND the toe nails are not even purple. When we proceeded to explain that the toenails were supposed to be purple we were told that they would re-do them. For $15 dollars! We will never set foot in this place again and you shouldn't either. I'm sure there's much more professional places to get a pedicure who don't try to swindle $10 to $15 dollars extra for everything they do. So now I'm stuck with this Fall color that I did not want in the Spring. Thanks LT nails. read more

No appointment. Walked in. Most of the staff was sitting with masks down, nose in their phones... what a welcome! The took my temp... so far so good. But omg the pedicurist! I had to ask him to wear a mask and that the was the beginning of the end. He cut me while trimming my cuticle and then I stopped him and left. I never saw him open the tools. Things didn't seem clean. Before that he kept looking between my legs and I was fully covered (I had a long dress on and I had it pulled up to my knees and tucked between my legs). I decided to try something new and get a dip powder manicure and my tech did a great job! When I asked about the differences between dip and no-chip she had no problem explaining to me. The salon itself is beautiful and right next to their other two new suites. I always make an appointment and this salon doesn't have as many techs as the other location so it's probably a good idea. I also have gotten my eyebrows waxed here a few times as well and they kept the shape of my brows and just cleaned it up! Overall great service and such kind people! I went for the anniversary specials today. I appreciate the business trying to acquire new customers with specials to give it a try. Overall, it was a decent experience. The atmosphere has potential. I think the space is just too big for what they offer. The manicure stations are awkwardly centered in the middle of a huge room. The pedicure chairs in the back are nice. The place overall just leaves a lot to be desired. What caused me to rate this 3/5 stars mostly is that I felt anxiety from the moment I sat down in the manicure chair to the time I got up. There were workers standing around the woman working on me, making comments, talking, laughing, coming, leaving and at one point 4 people standing around her looking down at us. I have no clue if she was new or if they were just conversating, but my social anxiety was through the roof. I would suggest next time, please do not crowd your customers. I went here twice and both times I didn't have a good experience. The first time I went I asked to get a set of fake nails. The guy cut my finger open three times. Most of the nails weren't straight plus had little bubbles. Not worth $60! The second time I went, I got a fill. It was a different lady but she was in a total rush. Messed up several times and had to redo my nails. I wish that she took her time. They aren't smooth and they are lumpy. Got a classic mani & pedi. The nail tech did a good job painting, but rough on my cuticles. They are sore. My pedicure was about 12 minutes from start to finish. The massage chair was pointless because it was worn and I could barely feel anything. The salon has pleasing esthetics but I felt it was dirty. The bowl to soak hands in for mani was filmy. The tech pulled utensils out of a suitcase storage thing. I didn't notice a sanitizing box anywhere for the metal tools. There were dirty towels on the floor. The surfaces for mani stations and drying station were visibly dirty. When I was seated to dry the tech placed me in a chair and my hands dried next to someone's used toe separators that were left behind on the hand drying counter. Also, I requested plastic bags to put over my feet and they told me they didn't have any. I've never been to a salon that doesn't offer that since it's the middle of winter with snow and you can't throw sandals on to leave. read more

While there is beautiful decor and soothing surroundings, my dip manicure was over priced and not done well. During the manicure, the tech was about to start the finishing/activating process when I noted that the color was not uniform and there were a lot of places where there was little color. Reluctantly, she did another coat. However, at the end, most of my nails are not uniformly shiny and have dull, lighter colored spots on them and rough spots as well. It also took so much longer than usual - about 2 hours for the manicure. Then, I was charged $50 for the service which is more than I usually pay other than at a Mario Tricoci type salon.
