WHB now has Sag Harbor's LT Burger also. Located in the center of WHB village the casual sit down take out eatery is in a brand new cool space just built last year. LT drinks and soecials of the day all sounded good but we went with the most popular to start. Grade A turkey burger made on premises and a regular cheddar bacon burger. We tried skinny and waffle fries. Also went for their Grilled Brussel sprouts Lexi and Amanda were super nice and helpful. All around good time here. Glad to have LT in the village. read more

Visited for lunch on a rainy weekday with some coworkers. We sat in the back near the window overlooking a cove of boats and houses. I absolutely hate including things like this in reviews, but the restaurant was freezing, which really took away from the experience for me. The interior is really bright white and orange, which I'm sure looks even better on a sunny day! They have a prime location right on the main road in Westhampton. The burgers were great, but so big, juicy, and messy that they were impossible to eat without a knife and a fork and even then, you just can't keep it together. Someone in my party ordered the wings and a side of fries while everyone else got burgers. When our food arrived, one burger had a hair in it. They took it back and quickly brought out a new one. Overall, the service was alright - we all had to wait quite a while to get drink refills, which didn't make a lot of sense given how empty the restaurant was on a weekday. Unfortunately, the restaurant being SO cold on a rainy day really put a damper on things for me. For the price, I was hoping for better. read more

Wings are awesome!!!!! Prices are expensive. Whatever I knew them going in so it didn't influence my rating but expect to pay a premium price a la carte. People are friendly so had no issues there. However, this is a burger joint. What's the one thing you shouldn't mess up? Burgers!!! What did they mess up on back to back visits? My burger!!!! I order my burger medium rare. Good burgers... orders coming out weren't to correct patrons.. mix up on fries (regular, sweet potato, waffles) to specific burgers.. mine ordered w/cheese came out minus cheese; corrected after. Chaotic serving, acoustics not great but overall good food if your not in a hurry. LT Management could to do better. read more

The burgers were good but we were confused when we asked for a drink and were told there were two drinks to choose from. That was odd but that was fine. The service was not good. Our waiter seemed annoyed and mumbled. It was an awkward experience but the food is tasty. read more

The setting is fun and well designed, staff was professional, however the food is so utterly disgusting. Such low effort of preparation and care, I think they use poor, low quality ingredients, the beef was packed so tightly it was dry burger. Wings were garbage with sauce poured on not even cooked properly or tossed with sauce . Fries were both undercooked and cold . And the price was the final insult . We went to the soft opening and was greeted by a very friendly hostess. The menu looked great with all different choices of hamburger toppings. Choose waffle fries. The shakes were great! LT burger is a great place to eat an amazing cheeseburger while watching a football game. The architecture and general layout of the restaurant is comfortable and well thought out. The burgers are simply amazing. I've had the Kale salad, milkshakes and sweet potato fries and they are exceptional as well. All of the staff are extremely friendly and provide the best service of any restaurant in the Hamptons. read more

We were just strolling Main Street in Westhampton and came across LT Burger decided to try it it is definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time more important we ordered it medium rare and that's how it was cooked be sure to order the deluxe combos because it's the best bang for your buck next time we are going to try the deluxe with the milkshake read more

Decent food but so overpriced it's actually hard to enjoy it because all you can think about is how badly you just got raked for a burger and some string fries. Kale salad with chicken was good until we got to the part of the chicken that was pink and undercooked. Waitress/Hostess told us right off that they were short staffed and food would be coming out slow. Translate that to lower your expectations I guess. $70 for this meal was ridiculous. We didn't have a shake but saw a couple that went out with other orders. $18.00 and the cup looked no larger than 12 oz. overall not worth the price. read more

MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE, RUDE, NASTY, AND SHOULD BE FIRED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant when there are better restaurants in the area compared to this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were the first ones to be in the restaurant and people that came in after us were served and waited on before anyone came over to us. We were waiting patiently however, it took 30 minutes for us to even get attention (after we managed to actually talk to someone) although we were the first family in there. They tried to say that they had a small staff, but they were taking other peoples orders who came in 5-15 minutes after us. It was so bad that a couple arrived after we got into the restaurant and left because they weren't being waited on either before we did. Had to finally walk out because the manager was rude when we finally brought it to her attention. It should also be noted that we may have RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE because two of my family members were the ONLY DARK SKINNED people in the restaurant while everyone who waited on us was of pale skin tone. Makes me wonder if race was a factor in deciding which customers to serve first, considering they were taking orders from everyone else and giving them drinks before we got any service. read more
