Second, I was very disappointed with the quality of the tailoring. The fabric was puckering throughout, there was a tear in the back of the dress, he forgot to add a bustle button (and seemed unfamiliar with anything but the basic bustle style), and he took our internal hooks for the straps even though I'd asked him to keep them. I recommend you look elsewhere, especially because the pricing is too expensive for the low quality work.

Ilove that they come pick up and drop it back off - so convenient. They were so kind and heard all my thoughts about what I was looking for and said they would reach out with any questions. The update: When I first got the quilt back it wasn't what I expected with the material that was used for the patches. But I'm adding this part to speak to Burrell's incredible response and solution. He offered to rework it and was very sincere on making sure I was happy with the finished product. After I found a fabric that was the same material and matched the style better, he redid the patches, sent me pictures before redoing them to make sure it was what I envisioned, and returned my quilt again. I absolutely love it and am just so grateful for how he handled everything. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely contact him for anything I need in the future.
