One of the best Thai Restaurants I've eaten at- and I've eaten at many! I'm looking forward to going back.

Never again. Went in today, they were full but not busy. The hostess was not friendly and seemed annoyed we were there. Told us we had a 10-15 minute wait. We chose to go into the bar instead. We were ignored by the bartender. The servers, the hostess, and the bartender seemed to be taking their time for everything and there were multiple open tables. Eventually, the hostess plopped down two waters and some menus, said the bartender would take our orders and left. We waited and looked over the way too expensive menu. Eventually, after being ignored, we left. Lulu's does well because it is on the river. The service is poor, the food expensive and, on more than one occasion, undercooked. If their location was anywhere else they would already be gone. read more

Had the French dip today. I'm always searching for the best French dip. This might just be it. The AuJus is so important for me for the flavor of the dip. I have never had AuJus that is more like a gravy. Very good and rich flavor. Bread was fresh and lightly toasted, little fat on the meat and sliced very thin. Service was great. Have been the LuLus a few times. I recommend the fish tacos, the fried chicken sandwich and artichoke dip! Service can vary sometimes it has been really good and other times takes longer to get your server and food. Nice in the summer to sit by the water. read more

Always great food! -Don't come here if you want fast food prices. Do come here if you want homemade food that tastes... well... homemade. -Plan on it taking a little longer because it's almost always busy. -Sit outside if you don't like noise. The tables inside are close to other tables, so if you don't want to hear all about "Nancy next door" ask for an outside table. -Always order dessert. That's why the plates are normal portion sizes instead of the normal "let's take this home for three more meals" but we all end up throwing out the reheated mush. - Drink water if you don't want to gripe about how expensive the better than average food tastes. - It's my favorite restaurant. read more

Just moved to the Tri-Cities area and came in for lunch/brunch. First impressions were not great when we were greeted by their hostess, Jen, who by all means was not there to greet us and who did not make eye contact with us while we were trying to get a place to sit. When we were finally called for our seats, we were asked if inside or outside (we had already requested outside), the hostess Jen rolled her eyes. We got to our table and things turned around with our server Heaven. She was fantastic and very informative regarding the menu and explaining the background of Lu Lu's. We ordered 2 Classic Cheeseburgers and 2 Steak Thai Noodle Salad. One salad had the perfect amount of salad dressing and the other way too much dressing. Both of the cheeseburgers were awesome. We enjoyed our food and the patio outside was nice. If it weren't for the hostess Jen, I would rated Lu Lu's a five star. Being a newcomer to the area it was disappointing to have this initial experience at the first place we ate at. read more

Solid dinner spot in Richland. A great location right on the water and walking distance from the Courtyard. Good drink selection. The Lu Lu house beer is good, and I recommend the Merlot with a steak. We had the fried Zucchini appetizer and it was great. The ribeye is the entree I recommend. lulu's has become one of my family's favorite places on the weekends. the atmosphere is good,the food is also good but truly the service we receive from a specific few has made Lulu's our go to restaurant on the weekend. Jeanna and Cassandra have been the most amazing lights to our days since the day we met them. they are always working so hard and have always made us feel at home when we come in. Truly these ladies deserve 5 stars individually. They are fabulous and we love to see them, they make it worth coming in. read more

We came here without a reservation from waiting at another restaurant. The wait was very short and the employees were very nice. Our waitress Scarlet was very nice and very quick. She made sure we always had water and we didn't need anything. Even when we paid she was checking on other tables and got us out in a timely manner. As a former food service employee I know how hard it is to multitask but Scarlet was killing it. The food was phenomenal. I loved the chicken fried steak. They coat it in Panko crumbs and it gets super crisp. I will definitely return to try even more breakfast food!! read more

I respect the right of choice. But this restaurant is advertising that the staff is wearing masks and that there's regular sanitation of tables. I didn't appreciate being laughed at by the hostess when we asked about the mandate. We have really enjoyed coming here in the past, and the food is very good. It's just unfortunate that we are all divided now. I didn't want to bring this up but we just lost our first family member to Covid that lives in Port Orchard, but had just visited the Tri-Cities. My suggestion to the restaurant is just to tell everybody before they come in what's going on, I would've chosen not to come to the restaurant until I felt comfortable. I spent my formative years in this town (the Tri Cities), so I call it my old home. With that being said, this Restraunant bar was not here while I lived here. Lulu's is a fantastic weekend breakfast place. Drinks are prefect and the food is outstanding. The servers listen to your special request. Lu Lu came highly recommended by several folks during our visit to the Tri-City area. The restaurant itself has a nice design and the setting is superb. Wish I could say the same about the food and atmosphere. First off, the staff were not wearing masks despite there being a mask mandate. Our server was kind enough to don one when we asked, but we shouldn't need to ask. She was in the exact age group currently at high risk for infection. And the Tri-City area has a high rate of transmission! We arrived early and chose a table far from anyone else, but as time passed during our meal it became quite crowded. In fact, the back of my chair was one inch from the back of the customer behind me. Trust me, we masked as soon as we could following our meal. And in our dining and wine tasting experiences, this was the sole restaurant not requiring masks and seating with some level of social distancing. But that wasn't my primary disappointment. I ordered an appetizer of an artisan loaf of bread. It was dry and lacked flavor. I also ordered for my entree a beef dip sandwich. The meat was moist and tender but lacked much flavor. The au jus was a thick sauce rather than a broth. I also ordered a salad as my side. I didn't notice the fine print that would have advised me that it came at an up charge of $3.50 and the wait person just threw it in with her pitch making it sound like it was just a regular side. Sadly it looked like they took a bunch of greens from a box of Costco salad mix and added a few onions. In the end I'd say this is a pretentious restaurant providing mediocre food, mediocre service, and one that is willing to put people at risk for a highly contagious and potentially fatal disease...and I ain't talking about ptomaine. read more

I got "stuck" in Pasco on an extended work trip and this place basically became my go to for dinner for the next 7 days. Sure, I explored some of the surrounding areas, but considering I was staying at one of the hotels within walking distance, this place was an easy decision. Friendly staff, great food, great service and you can't beat the patio over the river. Having worked my way through a good chunk of the menu, I honestly can't say I had a bad meal and they have a great selection of beers on tap. I highly recommend the Prime Rib Special if you make it there on the weekend. And whatever you guys do with the potatoes, keep it up. Those are some of the best damn spuds I've ever tasted! I say "stuck" jokingly as the Tri-Cities area is beautiful with a great sense of community. Hoping to be back up your way sometime again soon. read more

Food was average at best. Swiss cheese mushroom burger was good...but was just a burger. Tuna burger didn't taste fresh. Thai beef noodle salad included a ridiculous amount of greens that made it difficult to eat without making a mess of the table. At first I thought they forgot to include the cucumbers and red peppers, but eventually found them under the 16oz of lettuce (literally 4 thin slices of each vs. a pound of greens). I totally agree with an earlier review that the restaurant flaunts not wearing masks. My guess is employees are required NOT to wear masks. Sorry I chose to dine at LuLu's. I did not leave with one reason to go back. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the view was nice and our server was very good ... but did not wear a mask.. read more

We ate at Lulu's last night around 430 October 15, 2021. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the club sandwich. The waiter came back and said they forgot to put in the order for the fish. Received our dinner my fish was hot the fries were very cold and the plate was cold. My husband said his sandwich was really good his fries were cold his plate was cold. Really looked forward to trying this place, especially knowing my father had been there before and said it was fantastic. Also he knows Paul the food mgr too. Not happy about the ribs. They were not a rack or half rack. In fact there were 3 end pieces that are dry on the ends. How is that possible to have 3 end pieces unless they are just buying loose ribs. Definitely never on a BBQ. No smoke, no grill, just booked or baked and sauce. The fried zucchini appetizer was very good. The ribs on the dinner menu, for $23 PASS! Ribs have been boiled or at the least soaked. Meat was not tender, and I'm fact the bones were splintering in my mouth. Some pieces broke off and ended up being embedded in my crowns. Very sweaty, kept touching the rims of our glasses, WE FOUND A PLASTIC TAB IN OUR BRUSSELS SPROUTS! And he was rushing us out. It's only 8:30! Guess we aren't getting another drink or dessert. Warning: Though there is a mask mandate in the state of Washington, absolutely not one staff person had a mask on their face! They had them around their neck but not on their face. One staff person told us that the owner told them to put it on if the customer requested. For this, zero stars! Couple of stars for food Five stars for service. Our server was delightful. Friendly. Helpful But this place should be ashamed for so blatantly ignoring the mask mandate and the health of their customers. read more

This has been a blessing having this restaurant here in the Tri-Cities. I've lived here for about 9 years now and It seemed to lack mom n' pop eateries. We've eaten here so many times I can't even try to count.. We've had large groups and celebrated our anniversary here.. I even order to go dinner and even lunches from time to time..
