Server was slow to greet, and subsequent interactions were slow, as well and borderline dismissive. Ordered Ravioli, of course it was delicious; it always is. Bread sticks finally arrived after the salad's late arrival, which was a mere 2-3 minutes before the entree. Again, the food was outstanding (though the six ravioli were drowning in excessive sauce; they could have used about 3 more ravioli to make the combination more adequately balanced. Nevertheless, the food was good. The service, as contrasted above, lacked much to be desired. I'm hoping the server (Emily) is still green, otherwise she surely represents the weakest link in the chain at this location. Everything I politely requested; butter for the bread, parmesian for the ravioli, beverage refills... all had to be asked for TWICE, including the to-go box! The only thing that showed up promptly was the check. Final thoughts: - Great food - Mediocre, borderline Poor service. ~Tip: 15%, and that was a much contemplated thought on my part. **Will I be back? Probably. The TC was seasoned well..a bit overcooked but the side of broccoli helped. The trio was okay. Definitely better at OG. The lasagna tasted like it wasn't fresh (the bottom of it was a bit dense and almost burnt). The CP had a light breading and the FA's noodles were thinner but tasted fine. For both entrees (no apps or desserts) the total came out to over $50.

We also had a Rochester Red and Yueling beer which was very nice and the prices were not too bad for the beer. I had a Georgia Reuben which they just labeled as a turkey Reuben. It came with chips but I upgraded to fries. I asked for extra crispy fries, but they were extra soggy. The ranch was good. the sandwich was actually good, the bread was crispy and the turkey was nice, but it did taste like something I get at a Coney. It also stated on the menu that the meat was stacked high, and literally it was one layer of meat. A deli would have been more worth it. My husband got their burger which also came with chips. He opted for an even higher upcharge for sweet potato waffle fries. They were good but not worth the amount they charged. The burger was tasty and had a nice char, but paying about $70 for a couple drinks and a couple sandwiches that were not memorable is not ideal. We came with a large group of people and many voiced a similar opinion and did not want to meet here again. I hope Joe's takes note since in order to do well they will need to pull in large parties to sustain their business. For myself, I would meet friends again if they asked, but I would not necessarily bring the family back for a meal.
