Again, they have a great selection of beers. There is also gaming there. The food comes from Rosati's which is next door. Can't go wrong with having some wings, fries and pizza while enjoying drinks with friends. The bartenders make you feel welcomed which is a good reason to return often. The gentleman behind the bar was an absolute gentleman, friendly, professional. The food menu is actually from Rosati's Pizza at the end of the same strip mall, so it's convenient and decent food and open late. They have live music there. Black Lung is one of the best hangouts in Round Lake Beach, away from the beach of course. Has quite a few beers on tap as well as meads. The prices are pretty okay on most things. Came in here recently and we got a few beers. It's about $7 a pint. There's stronger ones that are more expensive but still not that much though. Best one among what I tried was the Cymatics. It's a maltshake IPA. This is supposed to taste malty. Amazingly it has zero lactose. The other one that was a favorite was the Galaxy 503, an IPA that's not too hoppy and has a sweet taste. Also they have mead and smoothies if you want something besides beer. The beer is good but there's a lot more. Has a pretty cool atmosphere. It only has beer and mead so there's no food menu. There sometimes will be food trucks on weekends.

Couple of things surprised me - I was surprised to see so many options at a bar and only 7 reviews on yelp. Highly underrated and under reviewed place. Food - I ate one of the best pizzas in town, the crust was phenomenal. The owner told me the frozen crust gets imported from ITALY. Boars Head meat . So you know it is good stuff. I didn't leave the crust at all finished entire pizza. the toppings were generously added. I will try their fresh cut sandwiches next time. Drinks - Loved my old fashioned and then owner came in and offered me McCallan 17 year to try since I never had one (he didn't even charge me for it). Ambiance - Had so many things to do. FREE POOL tables, electronic darts, slot machines and lot of board games. I did shoot some balls. And was brand new. The owner is planning to get pool league started next year. Will be working towards that next year. Specials - Every day they run specials and every day they have cheap beers too. Easily you could spend few hours keeping yourself entertained.
