I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

They did a nice job I recommend coming and also they called me over and told the man if I lower my top down because you can see hidden dust that's hard to see when it's up. This business is small and simple but after when the service was done I was really satisfied with the quality and value. I got their "Manager's Special" service and this has to be the best wash for your money. My car was dirty from moving and my dog, so much fur, dandruff & trash. Initially I had Kory and Nate come out and they were professional and did a great job. I noticed after the detailing there was a specific spot in the back that had a much more noticeable odor. I read online that introducing moisture to fabric can "reactivate" old smells. I tried to remove it myself but it didn't really work, so I reached out to the company and they sent out another team for a quick spot cleaning on another day free of charge.
