She apologized for the poor communication, which I appreciate--though I'm not sure why the administrative assistant (whose role I assume is to communicate/schedule on behalf of the accountant) is less communicative than the accountant herself? They are very responsive when trying to get your business, but as soon as you pay they disappear off the face of the earth. I have no idea what the status of my tax return is, nor whether the proper returns were even filed. One of the state tax departments reached out to me asking me to pay more and Dimov tax will not even confirm whether they filed that return, nor advise me on what should be done. The "administrative assistant" assigned to my case has not responded to my emails for a week, and when I try to call her it instantly gets sent to voicemail. I'm not sure what kind of people get 5-star treatment here, but it's certainly not everyone. In the past, we've also tried to schedule calls due to difficulty communicating and getting answers over emails, but the staff made it extremely difficult to do so, asked for what our questions were over email, and then gave non-answers to the questions and cancelled the meeting saying that the questions were already answered. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that it was peak tax season when we reached out and hence we had difficulty reaching them, but the pattern is very clear: when they want payment, they will respond; after payment is given, service drops to almost zero. I would highly advise you to stay away from this business.

I happen to live close enough to Lotus Media that it's a short drive to their drop off point. Today (Sunday), I received an email stating that the video tapes have already been processed. Lotus' turnaround on this has been amazing! I provided them with a USB drive to store the digitized videos, and it is being delivered to my home tomorrow (i.e., Monday). Wow - thus far Lotus has been awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product but have been extremely impressed with their service. They quickly explained to me the difference between 3M film and the film that I was looking to get. I felt confident that after a short conversation with multiple staff, the film choice was the right one. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

After the first failed visit, the company did not confirm the hours before using another ATTEMPT AT A GUESSED TIME. When I questioned this, I was told I should have provided the hours or directed them after the first attempt. I hired professionals because this is work they perform regularly--I should not have to tell them to research the location and plan strategically. All four attempts failed, and the service was not worth the cost.
