They are meticulously crafted incorporating, different design elements that increase ventilation. Some of the shirts even have a built-in microfiber cloth on the inside bottom of the shirt to clean your glasses with. The stores are beautifully stocked.... Roomy and well staffed with top-notch individuals. As usual, waiting and continuing to keep my eyes peeled has paid off. Located in the Garden Village shopping center right down the street from where I live, the store is located between Jack's urban eats and Starbucks. Whole Foods is just a couple hops away. The materials and prints are just amazing and their online store is crazy filled with variety.... I picked up six shirts and a belt. All of them uniquely designed of a high-quality and unlike what I was seeing elsewhere in the city/online. Just thrilled to finally get quality clothing off my list! And their work pants! First, the associate who assisted me was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options and helping me make my final selections. Her friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of. Her excellent customer service is one of the main reasons I'm giving this review three stars. When I first walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by other associates, which gave a great initial impression. However, things took a turn when I noticed a manager and another associate staring at me in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. It wasn't just a casual glance--it was the kind of staring that made me feel like they were suspicious of me, as if I was going to steal something. The staring was so persistent that I felt the need to turn around after making my purchase to make it clear that I noticed their behavior. It's disappointing to feel judged or scrutinized as a customer, especially when you're there with honest intentions. While I appreciate the helpfulness of the associate who worked with me and the general friendliness of the initial welcome as well as the cashier that rang up the sale, the unprofessional behavior of the manager and other associate overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit. There is no reason for anyone working in a customer service role to make customers feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Ariat, please consider providing additional training for your staff--particularly your leadership--on how to ensure all customers feel valued and respected; the behavior of the manager and the other associate needs to be addressed.

They still had the dress on clearance that I loved at a different Old Navy. Tried it on and didn't really like it. Super cute, but too "boxy" for me. Lol! Oh well! They still have a bunch of other great clearance items. Plus, their other clothing items great too . Also have a bunch of sweets and goodies to grab in line if you want. And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Currently they are doing "rack "Friday sale. Red tags are an additional 40% off. I found a pair of nice jeans by the brand frame, which is pretty pricey brand and I only paid $38. They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!

I dragged this on for about a week and finally I decided to go in. When we got there we were greeted by a guy who was the coolest guy they could have picked to work there. Not only was he cool but he knew his product, knew how to take care of his customers and he had a great attitude. I explained to him that I didn't get a receipt and he said no problem and was able to pull it up through my vans account order number. They didnt have the original shoe that we went in for but he was so quick to bring us another shoe that was cool and the right actual size. Out visit was cool and now my son wants to work at the Vans store. Thanks for being a good role model to the kids guy who's name I didn't get.
