They're comfortable, my toes can move, and I can already tell I won't be plotting my escape from them halfway through the evening. While I was there I grabbed a strapless bra and even found a formal bag that works better than the clutch I originally planned to carry. Sibyl at checkout was the perfect finishing touch to my morning. Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely helpful. The manager then proceeded to force her opinion on my daughter by telling her to show her, the manager, the outfit as she tried it on. My daughter told me she did not want her opinion but only mine, her father. Totally arrogant. The staff here is horrible and I have never experienced such arbitray and crash rudeness. This is NOT the way to treat customers. I agree with the other 1 and 2 star reviewers. The staff here has no idea how to treat their customers. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please stay away at all costs. The store in my opinion is not very good anyway, and many items are not available in the right sizes. There are plenty of good clothing stores around where the staff is very polite and courteous to their customers. Not this place.
