I had received a jacket from Lucky as a Christmas gift. It wasn't the right fit so I returned it and got a gift card. Since then I have had nothing but issues trying to purchase something from them. 1. I ordered some items with the gift card. I never received a confirmation email. I had to call and they couldn't figure out why I didn't have one. Finally after a lot of back and forth they got me the email. I didn't realize the sizes ran small so they didn't fit (totally fine.) I went in store and returned the items. I was assured it would go back on the gift card. 2. A few weeks later I go in to try clothes on (trying not to repeat the same mistake.) I find something and go to buy it and they say there was only a few dollars on the gift card. It took days for them to figure out why and finally got me the credit. 3. I finally have been able to use this gift card and went to buy 1 final item. It's supposed to ship to the store to be picked up. It says it's delivered. I wait a few days for the email to come in to pick up but nothing comes. I call the store and they don't have it. They tell me to call again the next day. I do and they don't have it. 4. I reach out to the support chat and they say it's delivered. 5. I email their customer service and they tell me it's delivered and to check around my door (it was a store pick up order....) Anyways long story short every time I tried to shop here there is an issue. I'm just giving up! read more

So I've stopped at the store for many years and loved the clothes and love the jeans/attire. In fact every time I've been here the team on-site have been very accommodating super nice and friendly but..not today. Happened to walk in on a Sunday at 5:58 PM by chance...and basically was pushed out of the store..I was not alone either, we both were told the same. Another lady who said wow their customer service is something to be desired, to which I agreed. The guy working tonight on Sunday(5/19) pushing us out the door...obviously has no desire to stay an extra 10 minutes to possibly get commissions or revenue for the store. I've never seen this gentleman here before in the last three years I've shopped, so I'm guessing he might be new. If not he needs refreshing on retail clients. I wasn't planning on staying until 7, I know my size I know what I want. I was just literally looking at buying a last-minute pair of jeans.. Went in to buy my husband some jeans. The girl Who helped me was super annoying and self important and made me feel like she was doing me a favor. When I asked her for the style of jean I was looking for she said oh we don't carry those that's your grandfathers style you have to get those online. This is a very insulting way to treat a customer. she continue to be insulting and unhelpful throughout the exchange. I decided on a pair of jeans and at check out she demanded to get my name phone number and address in order to make the purchase. That is a terrible policy why can't you just purchased something without them knowing Who you are? I left the store they didn't say thank you or anything to me they were very very rude! read more

I wish that I had just passed on today's trip to Lucky. We went in around lunch time today, a Saturday, and the store was totally empty and felt chill. The girl who greeted us was sweet and started to help my wife find some awesome jeans. We were looking at different styles and I decided to ask about shorts, specifically Bermuda length for summer and was pointing a cute pair out to my wife. The girl behind the counter interjected and said "those would look so cute on YOU" (my wife). That really didn't feel good! And I told my wife, yeah. They'd look great on you, not me... and the sales girl completely missed the opportunity to make things right with me. She directed me to these weird super short cut offs and then completely ignored Me- meanwhile they sent my wife to the dressing room and didn't offer me one. Honestly, I felt super self conscious and ashamed of myself all of the sudden. I'm trying to put my finger on exactly how the experience just didn't have to be that way today. I am just a normal person and didn't do or say anything rude. Is it because I'm gay and not as girly as my wife? Such a bad experience. :( read more

I love the Domain, so this was the first place I decided to look for new clothes. I've lost 20+ pounds and I wasn't sure what I was looking for. I asked Rachel for help, she met my needs perfectly and helped my find shorts for someone as petite as I am (5ft). I've never had a better fitting pair of jeans and I wouldn't had I not had help from their awesome employees. This will definitely be the only place I go when I need denim. read more

All of the employees working yesterday afternoon were great but Rachel really went above and beyond helping me with a difficult return where we had some register hiccups. Yesterday was super busy but she still spent time with me, had a great attitude, and got my problem solved as quickly as she could considering the challenges. The other associates were also genuinely attentive to customers (I was there for awhile trying to work out the issue) and there seemed to be a really upbeat, friendly vibe in the whole store. have been looking to buy the perfect pair of jeans and Lucky jeans have always been those expensive, but amazingly comfy jeans ive heard about. Read all the reviews here and i went into the store expecting terrible customer service. Therefore, I was a little shocked when Rachel greeted me and offered to help me. She was so incredibly helpful and nice. I told her I'd never gotten their jeans before so didn't know how to read their sizes(there are 2 numbers instead of 1). What could have been a frustrating 1+ hour shopping turned into a 15-20 minute shopping because she helped me find the perfect cut of jeans in the perfect size. Ended up getting 2 pairs of jeans b/c she found 2 perfect jeans for me! Thank you to Rachel if she ever sees this. read more

We had a great time finding some jeans. I was looking for some jeans for my athletic body type and not a huge fan of the skinny jeans look that I come across when looking for straight fit. Customer service was amazing, felt like a personal stylist in getting the right fit for my jeans. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase and the amount of attention I received. Walked into the store today looking for a pair of boots with 3 other people, said hi, and not one of the 3 employees behind the counter replied to my greeting. They stared at me, and I overheard them laughing and talking about me. I was so fed up I left the store about 5 minutes into being there. As I left, I said goodbye, no reply from anyone, they stared as we left and continued to whisper to one another. It's safe to say I will not be giving Lucky Jeans any business, as this is not the first time I've received awful customer service at one of these stores. read more

So my girlfriend and I came from Houston to Austin for 2 nights. When arriving to the hotel I realized We (not me) had forgotten my "clubbing" clothing. On such a short notice we raced down to this shopping plaza and so happen to walk into Lucky Brand Jeans. I was enthusiastically greeted by Laura as if we were old school buddies, the energy and charisma from her were amazing. Because I'm a guy (and from own experience) I can safely say that trying out jeans is the last thing any guy on the planet wants to do. Laura's customs service was beyond exceptional and it is the essential building block to any successful operation. It's because of employees like Laura that customers ( like myself) will continue to give their business and I will without a doubt shop here again. From a first time shopper but now long term customer... The "lucky" one here is the employer, for the "Brand" that I purchased today was not because of the quality of the "jeans" but because of the quality of the person behind the counter. I had the most wonderful experience at Lucky Brand @ the Domain yesterday. Each one of the sales associates provided exceptional assistance even though I was being helped by one of their associates already. They all worked together and were keen on helping me find the exact fit and styles I was looking for. I can't say enough good things about the three Lucky Brand associates I had the fortune of receiving assistance from yesterday. All were incredibly kind, incredibly helpful and so friendly! When I commended them on their excellent customer service they told me they were a new team at Lucky Brand and were super excited for the good feedback.
