The employees have always been incredibly kind to me, never making me feel out of place, and several of them remember my name when I go back, even if it's been a while. They're the biggest reason I keep going back. The store is well organized, fitting rooms are bright and have a large waiting area for a friend, with a big set of mirrors. They've got decent selection, and change out styles frequently. I love that they usually have a decent amount of clearance at this locations. For the main floor, I do feel like they might have too many categories of things, so not enough options in any one of those categories. For value: always check their website to see if it's cheaper there (it's frequently 40% off or more), and then if it is, price match it in store (which they are happy to do). Other than that, the clearance is usually some great deals, but the normal price on the tag feels high without a sale. Clothing generally holds up - I've got pieces from there that I've been wearing for years.

I was standing in what I thought was the checkout line considering that I have never been to that location before, and the whole entire time that I was waiting 5-7 minutes or so; the male cashier glanced at me multiple times and not once did he let me know that there is an actual checkout line on the other side of the display. (Which mind you, you wouldn't have seen unless you walk to the other side of a display) As soon as the male cashier became available, I walked up to him, he points to the left and tells me that there's a checkout line, which he failed to tell me in advance and services another customer instead. Of course, frustrated and upset, I walked over to the other side of the display and then he calls me up now to check out. At that moment, I told him that he could have been courteous and let me know that there was an actual checkout line instead of telling me last minute. Instead, he gave me a poor excuse for not letting me know. I also explained to him that I was trying to reach way above the shelves that were out of reach and the female employees on the floor also didn't assist or bother to help when I asked them if they had a jacket in a certain size. Instead, the female employee told me all the sizes were out and that was it, so then I asked her if she can move the rack of clothes that she was stocking to be moved aside so I can be closer to be able to grab the jackets from the shelves up high. The male was rude and so was manager of the store, Staci. Staci was extremely unprofessional and rude considering she told me directly that it's a matter of how I speak to the employees, when I was not being rude at all. I was letting them know that if a customer needs assistance, then they should be aware of the situation and be courteous. Once I asked for her name before I left, she told me her name with a smirk and said to go ahead and report her. I hope the GM of this location addresses Staci's terrible behavior as well as her male coworker that also worked at the cash register with her and rectifies this problem. I would advise against visiting this location unless you want to be talked down to. I hope no one has to experience this type of bad behavior and poor customer service from the employees of this location.

I ended up saving about $30 on the purchase through their sale. I opted for store pick up. That may have been a bad idea for my wallet because they have a lot of cute things in store! I was greeted upon entering and helped right away. I asked if I could try the pants on in store prior to leaving and that was not a problem. They set me up in a dressing room quickly. I loved them, so the transaction was pretty much done--quick and easy. Got the final receipt texted to me as I was walking to my car. I told my kids about my great experience and now they want us all to go lol!

That was a negative impression: it apparently stated, the long sleeve tops were 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free,' but when I got to check out, the cashier was charging me at $25 each. For that sale, had she honored it, it should have been spend $25, get 1 free and Not charging me with both items at the same price. I thought that wasn't ethical. I still gave them four stars because I liked some bottom pieces I got and a work sweater top. This would be a thinker for me if I need something again in the future, I'll have my mom shop here for me instead. It's more of her store than me. I should've taken my chances online. First I get greeted as I walk in, the only thing that was done right in my whole visit. There's three workers, two of whom are on their cell phones. I go to the back and look at their leggings. I'm looking for a specific color and ask for help, they state whatever is there is what they have. Okay, moving on. I ask if they have dressing rooms I can try my three items on in. One rep comes while using her cell phone, assumes I'll follow her without looking up or acknowledging me, of course I follow her. She blocks my way into my dressing room stall as she's more worried about texting on her phone to the point where I have to ask her to please move out of my way, then she side steps me and walks away. I'm having a bad experience already. I take pictures of the tags and decide to buy them online. There was no customer service experience that would make it worth me buying in store, literally just people who show up and want to get paid for simply being there. No checking up on you, asking if you need help with anything, no offering of any deals or trying to sell their vip membership. Whoever is in charge of this store obviously didn't hire the correct people that are fitted for this job. Ordered my stuff online and never coming back here. Save yourself the trip.
