My wife wanted to stop by this Lucky Brand store while we were shopping inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. I took her to the store inside Orange outlet mall so she wanted to know if she can exchange items here. When we walked inside the store, they were not busy at all and was very easy to approach. They told us that you can exchange an item here from other Lucky store as long as they have it in the store. We then looked around to see if they carry the same stuff as the outlet but they didn't. read more

I have a soft spot for Lucky Brand, I like their style, it speaks to me on many levels, so I love getting clothes and jewlery from them. Somehow I never shopped at this location before (1st level - Westfield Mall in Sherman Oaks). I was shopping at the one in Studio City but unfortunately they closed it for a while now. This isn't a big store, but it's well stocked, the fitting rooms are clean and easy to use. Customer service is decent. I enjoyed shopping here, I got some belated birthday presents (bracelt, earring and shirts!) and they were on sale! I love it even more! Nice experience for me, so I'll be back to check out what they'll bring next! read more

I come to Lucky Brand to find high-quality jeans and apparel at a reasonable price. They had good deals and promotions for the holiday season so I stopped by to look for high-rise jeans. The store is pretty small and there is a sale section in the back. Melvin helped me to find the size I was looking for, he was nice but I think the service here could be better. I came on 12/24/18 and they had 50% on most of the items. Great deal! read more

The employees at this store are awesome! Several weeks ago I purchased some Lucky Brand jeans at either the Glendale or Pasadena store and the zipper completely fell apart after a couple washings. O.K., no fat jokes. Yelpers like to eat so sue me. Anyway, this happened several months ago too, but I just ended up throwing the jeans away. This time I thought I am just going to call the store because that is just not acceptable. To make a long story short, Lucky Brand does stand behind their merchandise, so if you have a problem just give them a call or bring it in. I met Alana at the Sherman Oaks store about a month ago when I was returning the pair of jeans with the broken zipper. She had located the exact same pair in the size I was looking for, wheras the Glendale and Pasadena stores did not have my size. Yesterday I was in the Westfield Fashion Square and I just thought I'd pop in to check out the sale racks. Do you know Alana remembered my name? No one does that, so it definitely made an impression. Alana is always cheerful and sweet. I have never encountered a pushy salesperson in that store either. This Lucky Brand girl (ahem) will continue to shop at this particular store because they have really cool employees. read more

Terrible customer service. Came in to purchase several gifts, never once was approached by any employee for assistance, and then when a cashier suggested we dump what we had been carrying on the counter - about six items selected for others - he walked away and another employee came, took our stuff without asking, and began to put it all back. When we asked where our items were, the female employee who put the items back gave us attitude and said, oh I put them all back - and turned and walked away! At least the male cashier was apologetic, but we decided to leave our purchases and shop elsewhere. read more

I went into the store on 1-20-2017 to return a product I had purchased online. I called the location ahead of time to confirm they would be able to process my return. The customer service representative that assisted me in store is named (Gigi) as soon as I walk in an advised her I was doing a return her attitude with me completely changed. What upsets me more that she didn't even look at the shoes an she was already telling me they were final sale wait! Not only that she made me wait 30 minutes while she contacted Lucky Brand customer service to confirm if the shoes were final sale. Nowhere on my receipt did it state that the product was final sale and Gigi made it very difficult for me to process my transaction. I do not recommend to shop at this store. read more

This review is for Vicky and Haylee, the sweetest and most attentive sales associates. I was honest when walking in that I was just there to learn my size because a friend invited me to the sample sale (in other words "I'm going to make you restock a bunch of items with no intention of buying anything.") They were quick to make style suggestions and even had a belt waiting in my dressing room when I mentioned that I have a small waist. As my new bffs, they were there waiting to see how every pair fit and offered honest feedback to help me narrow down the best style for my body type. There was no pressure to buy anything but because of the fun evening evening I had, I'll definitely be back. Eh this store is not good, definitely was too small for its inventory and when I was looking at the graphic tees, I could barely see them because they stack different ones on top of each other. The lady working with glasses was super pushy into getting my info and pushing me to get a credit card (she literally asked 4 times). The clothes don't even feel like quality anymore. This is my favorite Lucky Brand store. The people are always nice as soon as you walk in the door. It's one of those stores that you don't feel pressured to buy and they are always there to help you find stuff but know when to leave you alone. They just finished their 40% off the entire store sale...40% off everything is unheard of....but once a year...at just the right time...Lucky does it. I got some smokin deals...so much so I bought two of the same shirt...in any case, these guys and gals are great, can't say enough about them...it's one of those stores I like going in to. There are a lot of stores that go overboard in their help so much so it's annoying and makes me walk out of the store. And if your wondering, no, I don't work there...I just find it helpful to read a good review every once in a while if it's warranted. read more

I personally don't shop from here but my lovely boyfriend does. The jeans they have here are great I need to get me a pair. I've never felt jeans so soft and comfortable. My boy friend loves his jeans and now I know where to go to buy him something he loves. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Not like other stores in this mall. I haven't tried any of their women's jeans but I definitely will soon. The prices are kind of on the high side but the quality of the product is definitely worth it. read more

On December 28, 2019 I went into this store to take advantage of the 50% holiday sale. I got to the register to use my $65 gift card and the Manager Max could not use the full amount. He barely tried to fix the problem so I could use the card and gave me some reason that made no sense saying I'd have to come back later to use the rest of my card another time. His only solution was to put the item on hold and make me come back another day saying the card would work then? This alone was a hassle but when I did come back he completely failed to tell me the sale would be over and the shirt would go up in price! So the shirt I really needed for an event that night was double the original sale price and THE GIFT CARD STILL WOULDN'T WORK. I asked Max why he didn't tell me the sale would be over and to hold something else and he literally shrugged and didn't respond. I walked out empty handed. From there I have been trying to get the gift card redeemed for weeks. Customer Service has not gotten back to me any kind of timely manner. I used to love this store and the holiday sale now I just completely put off by the terrible customer service and overall Lucky Brand experience. read more

Buyer Beware. Do not buy on line. It's not returnable!!! I am a loyal Lucky Brand client. I have ten plus pair of Jeans in my closet. I decided to buys a sale pair of jeans on line. With in minutes of ordering I realized I ordered the wrong size. I called to see if I could change the order. the answer was no. Asked if I can store return. Answer No. I asked to cancel my order. They said yes but could not email a conformation. He said if it comes don't accept it. The jeans showed up. I called Lucky to return them and they said they had to review the request. I asked for a supervisor and Michele said as a one time request I could send them back. I asked for a return label. After a not great conversation I may get a return label in 3 days. Again they will try to send an email conformation in two days. I did insist on the supervisors name and a reference number. Her answers were scripted and repeated. No customer satisfaction concerns on her side. Both the customer reps the supervisor could care less if I ever bought another Lucky item. So different from the brick and mortar Lucky Store. read more
