They do sell baked goods, made in-house, and they were sold out by the time I visited. The pistachio cold foam added the perfect amount of sweetness to the plain latte. The cinnamon in the Cafe de Olla is always my favorite part, and theirs has a good amount. I highly recommend! They are right at the corner, so you won't miss them. Their coffee stand is super cute and welcoming! There is free street parking. They have a couple of benches for folks who are waiting for their drinks. They accept Zelle or Venmo. Depending on your time of arrival, the parking lot can be full but it's cool cuz there's also street parking available. I was able to park in the lot. After walking in I was welcomed and greeted with positive energy from 2 young ladies who I forgot their names but we'll just call them "A" and "C" lol. A guy to my right was sitting next to the window working on his laptop. And two others against the wall sipping their coffees and doing whatever on their phones. A customer was at the register ordering while another customer walked in to stand in line behind me. I let her go in front of me while I took pics and recorded footage. I like the atmosphere and space a lot. It has a very nice decor. Artwork, pictures and murals with history displayed along the walls. Grab and cold drinks available for purchase. Nice music playing that wasn't too loud but just right to complement a chill coffee shop vibe. "A" was friendly and patient as shared with her this was my first visit. As I browsed thru the coffee menu before making my selection I noticed more costumes coming in. I ordered a medium sized Americano which is $3.75 but I requested to add some hazelnut creamer as well as some almond milk which totaled out to $4.75 which was quite exceptional to me. Giving the location, the quality of service and the quality of the coffee. Not to mention to overall experience. I even thru in a $1 tip. I support the business and love the space. It sits on the corner of Washington and Raymond Avenue. While there's one-hour parking on Washington, Raymond seems to offer unlimited parking (other than street cleaning days)--the friendly, helpful barista directed me over there. Inside, it's a tranquil, clean and comfortable environment that mixes contemporary touches with brick industrial vibes. I'm in my cream top era, so I decided to get their Trademark Cream Top Latte, which uses cold brew and house made cream with a hint of brown sugar. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and, all in all, extremely enjoyable. Next time, I might try the Salted Caramel Cream Top Latte. I was warned it was a bit sweeter, but I'd like to see for myself. Wi-Fi seems solid, and there are plenty of outlets (yay!), so this was a great work spot. I've tried the Honey Vanilla Latte and Matcha Latte and both were delicious thanks to the baristas dedicated to making a drink you will enjoy. But this place is so much more than a place to get a coffee. Stepping into Riconcito you can instantly feel the charm and character of an establishment that was built and ran by people who truly love their community. The local art displays, community corner, free clothes rack, and free water chest outside for the senoras walking in the hot summer sun all are testaments to the love put into this cafe. In an industry dominated by stale commercial juggernauts, Riconcito Cafe is the little corner where you can rest and enjoy the community around you.
