My family and I ordered take out from Lucky Fortune the other night and got to try a little bit of a whole lot. I am a sucker for the veggie section, and that is really where all of my favorites were from this order. The garlic eggplant was so tasty. We asked for it not spicy and it came out just perfectly garlicky and flavorful. The eggplant was soft, not chewy at all, and had the most delicious sauce. We also got a dish of veggies and seafood. Loved the scallops and shrimp mixed into the crunchy veggies. The cold sesame noodles were my mom's favorite and had a really yummy sauce. We also got the chicken and broccoli and the fried pork dumplings. The dumplings had a thick, tough skin and were not my favorite, but the meat inside was super flavorful. All in all, a great dinner! I don't understand what all the negativity is about. I've been ordering almost twice a week since i've had a routine appointment in the same strip mall and the food is very very good. It's light, there's a ton of FRESH vegetables and they do a really good job of interpreting thai and chinese. Family owned and great prices-. they can even adapt to GF and lower fat! read more

We had a large order on a Saturday night for pickup. Ordered online which was straightforward. Spicy Szechuan Beef and Thai Mango Chicken & Prawns were particularly good. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai which was delicious. Our group also ordered the Thai style pineapple fried rice, sautéed string beans and fried pork dumplings. All together a very nice spread for the evening before New Year's Eve. This order was filled quickly and came out just as we arrived in the restaurant. Thank you. Couldn't tell the difference between white rice and stir fried rice except for a few extra add ins. General tsos was inedible. All breading, super crunchy and overcooked. Sauce left a strange taste in my mouth. Surprising given the pizza place next door is really great. If you like this Chinese food, try house of wong in bridgewater and compare. Best Chinese in the state. This was unacceptable. Deep fried wings were okay but that's hard to mess up. read more

I ordered a large chicken and broccoli for takeout. It was delicious. The sauce was flavorful. The chicken was tender and the broccoli was cooked just right - not too firm not too soft. The sauce was not greasy. The restaurant was empty at 6pm but it looked clean and uncluttered. The person who answered the phone to take my order was very pleasant and when I met her in person to pick up the food, she was equally as friendly. Based on this experience , I'll be back to try other menu items. read more

The Bok Choy and Tofu, and the Vegetables And tofu are excellent. I like the lightness of the food at Lucky Fortune. I never feel terrible after eating their food, unlike other salty and sticky places. The sauces are more healthy. No guilt ! read more

It used to be the only Chinese delivery option for the Clinton Twp area and when it was under full Lo Fatt Chow management it was much better quality food. In the past year, the quality has gone down and the prices keep going up, including this weird fluctuating delivery fee which changes with every order and isn't explained either up front or when questioned. Portions are large and the food is usually hot, but taste and quality have diminished considerably since early 2015. The Tofu dishes are terrible. Overcooked tofu, undercooked veggies. Their Crab wontons were pretty good but lately have become laden in oil. Noodles are usually pretty good but occasionally too heavy on the sesame oil leaves them greasy and overlooked. Service over the phone is pretty rude and unfriendly. Our family has since switched restaurants to curb our twice monthly Chinese craving. We are much happier spending our money elsewhere. read more

This place is consistently mediocre but there's nothing much better in the Clinton-Lebanon area. However this evening we discovered a small piece of metal buried in the hot and sour soup. At that point the soup was almost finished so we're hoping we didn't swallow any more of it without knowing. So I'd advise using a metal detector before you bite into anything at this place. read more

Dumplings were ok - but a little salty. The other main courses were passable but not something for which I would go out of my way. The dining room never got above 50 degrees, so despite the food arriving hot, it was cold within a few minutes. Although the portions are large, the prices are still significantly higher than other Chinese restaurants in the area. read more

This is the former Lo Fatt Chow now under new ownership. Unfortunately, the recipes have also been changed and what used to be the best Chinese food in the area is now below average. The flavors were very muted, almost nonexistent. While the staff was very pleasant, the food simply does not warrant a return visit. You can find better Chinese food in the area. DON'T TIP FOR DELIVERY! Food was great summer of 2015, but hasn't been the same in a while. I've actually regretted the last two orders. Now I find that they charge a random amount for delivery. When asked, she said it was "about a $1/minute they have to drive from the restaurant. This is not included in your online order price or phone order prices, you don't know the fee until you've been charged. Clinton Twp is a big town, people could be racking up $10 delivery fees and not even be aware of it. Any restaurant that charges a delivery fee should expect that their drivers no longer qualify for gratuity, because we've been charged for the service. Spoke with the restaurant and they're unapologetic and refused to clarify their delivery fees on their website. Feels shady, I can't be bothered going back for the food such as it is anyway. read more

My husband and myself enjoy this place better than the others in Clinton. (The other options I find a bit dirty) Yes the restaurant changed names bc one of the owners had left and would not let the staying owners keep the name. While they did have some difficulties with the recipes during their transition they have corrected it. Their recipes remain the same as when they were under Low Fatt Chow and are NOT greasy. read more

After several average meals here, the latest insult was with 2 recent take-out orders of pad thai. The meals were very dry causing the noodles, vegetables and chicken to be stuck together into a dry and tasteless ball. As a courtesy, I called the restaurant with my feedback (not asking for compensation) and the manager's response was..."we never heard this complaint before". Sooo...let me be the first! Even though they are under new management from Lo Fatt Chow, their Spicy Schezwan Chicken is still my all time favorite. I'm not a huge fan of their soups as they are a bit bland, but I do love their egg rolls. I also really enjoy the Thai options. read more

Very good. We ordered mapo tofu and spicy beef. Both were delicious. Spicy beef came with crunchy veg. I had it with brown rice - feeling healthy :). Hubby loved the mapo tofu. Will come back for more. read more

Ordered Thai Basil Prawns, General Tso Prawns, Steamed mixed vegetables with Tofu along with Scallion Pan cakes, Edamame and some spring rolls for dinner last night, I surprised my college Asian friends with a meal that made everyone happy!
