Ordered a dinner combo, Hot and Spicy Beef. It was neither hot or spicy. Fried rice was bland. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, however. This would have been two stars, but an extra star was lost because they don't take credit cards. Never again.

I don't understand the "their food is greasy" comments. Isn't that why you buy chinese food in the first place? I mean it's almost all fried. If it isn't greasy, would it have any flavor? That said, I didn't find it overly greasy, it was just like chinese food should be. We ordered beef lomein, pork fried rice, and won ton soup. Both the rice and soup were good. I thought they both had the right amount of salt and flavor. Neither were bland. The lomein had almost a slight sweetness to it, but still tasted close to what I would expect. We only got 3 items, but all were good. The trouble I find with many chinese food places is that you find a couple things you really like, but one or two of your regular items don't, so you end up sacrificing. So far, I don't feel that's the case here. I would definitely order again. My usual go to is Tin Tin, but I went here based off a friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did.

General Tso chicken w/ pork fried rice. Food always fresh.

We both gotten the same meal which was the sesame chicken and rice . The chicken was in a different sauce it was in a red sauce which we both think it probably had red 40 dye in it. We were not happy about that and the rice was very blend . I hope this changes for next time. If not I don't think we will return.

The service is always professional, polite, attentive, and friendly. I have never had an order that did not live up to exactly my standards. The owners, excuse me I never got their names, my loss, are lovely and I will miss my favorite delivery man who I understand recently retired. I usually give my order to his son, who speaks to me like an old friend, but tonight I noticed a young lady answered the phone. She was just as friendly as I expected. The son delivered my food. We had a friendly chat, which is very rare especially when you get food delivered these days. . Keep up your higher standards, Hong Kong. Chinese food lovers, especially if you're from New York City, if you haven't tried Hong Kong yet, it's a must. And , it is one of the only local Chinese takeouts that is family run, deliver, and take credit cards. Well done, Hong Kong.

The texture…read morewas squishy and inedible -- literally could not bite a piece off because it was so rubbery. We also got wonton soup. Terrible! The broth was so dark and like gravy. The wontons were tough -- the noodle was very undercooked and the pork inside were almost black and had a putrid taste. I'm not going to complain about an $8 dollar soup due to the inflation, but for the quality, it wasn't worth anything.

Also good of them to have the sauces, spoons & forks and napkins out for customers. Shrimp and broccoli lunch combo, sauce was good and very flavorful, broccoli and carrots were fresh and large. Now the shrimp they went miniature route on them, which is a shame since other places use a size at least same to the broccoli, so lost value on that end of it. Pork fried rice was alright can't say it was leagues above what I could get elsewhere. Fantail shrimp like most places was non crunchy dough heavy breading, was okay. Wonton soup was very good, love the broth and meat fulling, tasted great and really well seasoned. Kudos for making the soup awesome. Now fried chicken was amazing, crispy and tender, never had a problem with fried chicken anywhere abs this place delivers on same good quality.
