My fiance found Lucky Jewelry from a friend while he was trying to create my engagement ring. His mom had given him two diamonds, and he wanted to put them in my ring. He took them in and David helped him create a really beautiful band to hold them. My fiance had a good time with the experience, which surprised me given that jewelry shopping doesn't involve watching too much hockey. After he proposed, we went back in to have it resized. David and his mom were really cool and helpful. They did that in the store while we went to eat lunch. We went back when it was time to get wedding rings. Jake found on he liked, but it seemed small on his hand, so David walked us through having one like it custom made to be a better size. My ring was also hard because my engagement ring is an unusual shape. Would I wear the wedding ring on another finger, or wear each ring by itself at different times? We were half way though the sale when I changed my mind, twice, but David was really understanding about it. Eventually we found the perfect ring, and they were able to resize it in the store for us. Decided to drop by this place after yelping "watch repair" and noticing that this business location was only a few miles away from my home and in a plaza that I am familiar with. Got my $90 seiko (worth $220 brand new) watch resized on 01/30/2013 for a very low price of only $10. Came back on 01/31/2013 for a quick fix on one of my faulty watch pins that kept sliding around. They helped me get this problem fixed for free and it was very fast! The service here was good, fast, and inexpensive compared to other jewelry shops. It's basically the same good work, but for a lower price. I believe the business is family owned, and everyone who works there is very nice, helpful, and pleasant. I felt anxious to leave a review for this great small business due to the extra ordinary service that they provided me. This place definitely needs more recognition for it's great service. read more

We went to Lucky Jewelry to get the resizing "balls" removed from the inside of a ring. Everybody was very helpful and friendly and they did the work right then and there. They even cleaned the ring and polished the inside. Their prices are very fair and you do not feel ripped off like at a mall store. Me and my husband was looking for a earrings for me for our anniversary and we spend a whole day to go to as least 6 jewelry place in Eastrige mall to look for the earring i want ( JC penney, zale, ect..) but none of them have the earring i that i want which is VERY basic in my opinions ( white gold, dangle, without diamond and price is about 150 to 200 something), They either sold out or just doesn't have it. Come here with the wife every now and then for cleaning or last minute gifts. The boss lady is nicest and I could not recommend her more for a mom and pop shop. I love the feeling of her explaining the value of jewelry, the actual quality of the gold and diamonds. She actually takes time to explain the differences of say 14, 18. and 24 carat gold and different cuts of a diamond and I never leave feeling ripped off the way I do at big mall shops. read more

Probably better for jewelry and not for watches. I came here to get some of my watch links removed and it was quick but the guy did a horrible job. He didn't even properly slam down one of the links after he removed two and the metal piece was sticking out of my watch. I was the only one there so he could have at least went over the watch to see if everything was back into place. Also there is a minimum amount to use your debit card. read more
