The fruit cake came with 4, after tax it was around $50 for the four which was a bit pricey. But I wanted to try so I figured it was worth it. My favorite flavors were the Mango Coconut and the pistachio pomegranate. They had a delicious crunch and flavor. Each of the pastries were crunchy and satisfying to bite into. I also got a few macaroons to try. I got the pistachio and birthday cake. The birthday cake was fine but didn't taste like cake to me, but the pistachio had a delicious strong pistachio flavor. The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.

If I had been in town more than 2 days I would have gone more. Price: normally I don't mention this because prices are in the eye of the beholder. Screw-up 2. On BOTH, even though I specified that the first soda was fine. At this point I'm not only irritated, but concerned over the person & dog in the rapidly-warming car. Attendant offers to remake them all over again. Why? She'll just screw them up again. I took what was in front of me (not what I paid for) and left. Several screw-ups, delays, and essentially a minor rip-off. I won't make the mistake of going here & overpaying for screw-ups again, and I suggest you do the same.
