I've never had an issue with this place before, but my last visit was very disappointing. I went in to get my nails (just powder on my natural nails) and a pedicure. While I was there, I decided to get my eyebrows done -- which I never do -- and I made it very clear that I only wanted a clean-up, not to change the shape or make them thin. After she finished, my eyebrows were noticeably thinner, completely opposite of what I asked for. She could see I was upset, but when I went to pay and asked for the total, she suddenly raised the price to $100. She had originally told me my nails would be $40, then changed it to $55, and my pedicure -- which usually costs $35 -- was $40 this time. Even with French tips, the math just didn't add up. I've been coming here for a while and never had problems before, but after this experience -- being overcharged and not listened to -- I won't be returning. read more

I don't understand WHY bc they had like two other people. I got a shellac pedicure which was good BUT MY MANICURE WAS BAD. the shellac isn't even shiny like it's supposed to be it's DULL and bumpy and when brought to the techs attention she simply just put a small coat on it instead of actually trying to FIX IT. Went for a mom daughter day my1st time at this nail salon. My daughter got a full set color powder coffin shape 35.00 ( 30.00 plus 5.00 for the shape). I asked how much the fill would be and she said 18.00. I got a pedicure for 17.00. The next step up pedi is 20.00. They have name brand polishes like OPI. Shellac pedi is an extra 15.00. There was a sign on the door that said specials mon-wed it did not list the specials so not sure what they are . They are open til 8 during the week which is nice for people who work 1st shift because most close at 7 and they are open Sundays 11-6. Overall, I would go there again. read more

My friend introduced me to this place about a year and a half ago, and since then this is the only place I go to. After seeing some reviews, I decided to let people know my feelings on this place. I honestly only do my nails here, and when I do I prefer to go with one of the guys. If they're not available I go with the older ladies. With them, I've never been upset. I let a new young girl do my shellac once and it was disappointing, but other than that time, my expectations were met and even went above. They can do things exactly like the pictures you show them, and I love it. The guys are so funny too. There is a friendly vibe and when I go there late at night, they walk me out because it's pretty shady. It honestly looks really shady from the outside, but it's a diamond in the coal. Their prices are amazing too. The picture of the ombre French nails is a week after getting them done, and it still hasn't moved. The rest are fresh and they all look amazing. read more

She's the owner of the shop and she's super nice and her work is great! Everyone is super nice! You honestly get the best nails and service! Let's start with the location. The place is horrible and broke down. It's so small and you can tell they're not big in hygiene. I went in for a pedicure and came out with an ingrown nail. He didn't know how to trim and shape nail correctly and gave me slanted toe nails shaped almost like a "coffin shape" ALL I SAID WAS TRIM PLEASE. I got a French Manicure, the gentleman that did my nails doesn't know how to properly do nails. He left glue and acrylic under my nails. He shaped my nails wrong and they aren't even. I wouldn't suggest getting a manicure from here. The pedicure was mediocre, I asked the girl not to cut my toe nail and she cut it anyways.
