Black gel manicure

Just in time for Homecoming! My son and I enjoyed ourselves. We showed up a little early and they took us right in. Nails, toes, and eyebrow wax. Thank you Anna and Michael for the wonderful work! Cheers to my co-mom who took her daughter for Homecoming also. It was nice to meet you and visit a bit! Hope the kiddos have a fun and safe evening!

Eyebrows before and after! I have a scar and she did a good job! Eyebrows by Anna

Yeaaa this is more of a 4/5 then 5/5 lol I went one Friday morning at 9 am. The lady did not show up until 9:40! 9:40!! Why did I wait that long you ask? Because I was a hopeful idiot and in desperate need of a pedicure / manicure for an upcoming event. So they open 40 minutes late. I find out there's only 2 staff members. The other 2 were in their country of origin celebrating a wedding (congrats). Anna wasn't there so I ending up seeing another lady who did NOT do a good job on my manicure, initially. By the end of the manicure when she inspected her work she realized she did mess up and went back to redo 2 nails. I'm glad she realized so I didn't have to complain. So this place is short staffed. I think they only really have 3-4 workers normally? I recommend making an appointment. The woman who opened the store 40 minutes late didn't even apologize. I watched as they turned away several customers because they were short staffed. So. Call ahead. Make an appointment and be cautious if you walk in. I do prefer Anna for my manicures.

I appreciated that I was able to call the same day I got the appt because time was tight for us. Services* - luxury pedicures that were $49 each The 2 ladies who oversaw our services were very professional and friendly. They asked if we wanted gel polish but we went ahead with regular polish. Once done, we sat there to let it dry and once ready, we asked them for the salon slippers as we had flip flops with some straps that may have disturbed the polish job. The concerns I had were: - I didn't pay attention if they put a top coat on before they turned on a fan to dry my toes. From my experience, they typically put top coat after the color polish has dried so I'm unsure if my MIL & I received a top coat. - from the pictures, it looks like the lady who did my service didn't clean up around the toenail so there are some polish residues on my skin - services*: I wish they would've communicated in advance that it'll be additional charges to take gel polish off for my MIL. I don't mind paying for the service if it's on their site or menu but it took me by surprise. Overall, I was charged $114 and some change for 2 luxury pedicures ($49) and 1 gel polish removal ($16). I ended up tipping $10 each (so total with tip was $134). Also fyi - I paid with credit card so if there was a credit card fee, I was not told/aware. I really value the staffs friendliness and the salon is SO cute and clean. It truly felt like a relaxing spa while we got our nails done. I hope if you decide to try them out, you have a good experience

I had the teal/emerald chrome nails last month which was great and this is another great one. I also got a terrific relaxing Pedicure from her really nice husband but the leg and foot massage is the best part! A really nice staff that stays busy. The "polish" there really lasts especially the Gels which last at least 5 weeks because then your nails have grown out. I hated to give up my beautiful teal/emerald nails BUT they'll be back.

Living in close proximity to a local nail salon, I had considered it as a potential go-to place for…read moremy manicure needs. With its convenient location, I was excited to finally give it a try. However, after my recent visit, I regret my decision and feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by a woman with long black curly hair who immediately asked, What do you need done? There was no polite greeting or warmth in her tone; instead, she simply informed me that there would be a wait and asked me to take a seat. This initial interaction set a negative tone for my visit, as I had hoped for a more welcoming atmosphere. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was called in for my appointment. I had taken the time to prepare my nails beforehand, ensuring they were cut, trimmed, and cleaned. I requested a basic full set of manicure nails with a pink base in an oval shape. However, the technician applied long, pointy oval nails instead. When I expressed my desire for shorter, oval nails, he responded that achieving this look would be difficult due to the width of my nails. This comment was surprising and disheartening, as I had never encountered such a response in my previous experiences at other nail salons. Despite my reservations, I chose to remain respectful and allowed the technician to continue with the service. I had looked at my nails and thought he had done a decent job. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Once I got to my car, I noticed that the ring finger nail on my left hand was shorter than the corresponding nails on my right hand. This inconsistency raised concerns about the attention to detail in the work performed. Upon returning home, I examined my nails under better lighting and was dismayed to find that they were not only painful but also improperly shaped. The sides of my nails were tender from excessive filing, which added to my dissatisfaction. On my pictures you can tell the sides are not shaped to my nails and the base will be falling off soon. For the service, I paid 50 dollars and included their prices. While the establishment appeared clean and well-maintained, my overall experience left much to be desired. I would not recommend this nail salon to my friends and family based on the terrible service I received. My visit served as a reminder that a convenient location does not always guarantee a positive experience, and I will be seeking a different salon in the future.

They do an amazing job with so much patience and attention to detail. So far, I've worked with Nathan and Jimmy (I believe that's his name--he's the youngest one), and both have been excellent. They really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect, and I never feel rushed. The salon itself is aesthetically beautiful--I absolutely love the pink décor and the cherry blossom tree. It creates such a soothing, calming, and clean environment. The staff is professional, respectful, and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and vary depending on the service. My first visit, I got Gel X nails, and on my second visit, I tried dip nails. Both sets were very pretty, demure, and in natural tones--exactly what I wanted. They also offer a wide variety of nail colors to choose from, as well as services like eyelashes, eyebrows, and waxing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

They still let walk-ins go before me. They sat me in a dirty chair, but it was not as dirty as the one they sat a little girl in next to me. They rushed the toes then tried to cash out. I said I had a toe and nail appointment. The woman at the first seat, who was rushing everyone around, took me. She LOBED bio-gel on me, then drilled 99% of it off to get a regular nail, then rushed through the paint- the nails came out nice, and I said "I wonder what kind of work you would produce if you were not so rushed." Also, had my Apple ear buds in the whole to translating what they were saying and it was exactly like the movies-- talking trash about customers, joking with each other, and talking about who they needed to focus on and who could be rushed. I think it's important the staff know that new technology helps us now understand what they are saying. One really important thing- they do dips and the girl to my right had cut her clients cuticle and still dipped. That dip is then shared. That is a huge health hazard. I don't recommend anyone get dips ever because of stuff like this. But from my own hand gel and pedi catastrophe-- it's on par. Never again. 0/10- run.
