Don't let the plaza that the salon is in fool you! The salon is nice and clean. When I walked in, I felt like I was instantly transported to another location. They had massage chairs, but I was so busy chatting with a friend that I forgot to use it. I'll have to try them out next time I go. This was my first visit to this nail salon and I got the luxury pedicure. It felt amazing! I loved the scrub and lotion they put on my legs, and the hot towels wrapped around my legs felt especially pampering! I also loved the color I picked for my nails. My nail tech was very nice and kind. In general, I felt like she did a good job but I did get nicked on each of my baby toes when she was trimming my nails. I didn't realize it at the time but I did the next morning when I woke up and they were hurting. That's when I looked closer and saw the tiny cuts. Stopped to get a pedicure while visiting Albuquerque. I was pleasantly surprised but the prices, they were very reasonable... especially compared to the prices I pay for a pedicure in Dallas. It was pretty quiet when we walked in. They had cooking on the TV which I found very interesting. No wine or drinks served here, but the nail techs are friendly and do ok work. Personally, I feel as though my pedicure was done too quickly, which you could tell in the quality of the polish job. My toe nails were also cut down way too low. Overall it wasn't the best experience, but definitely not the worst. My feet walked out looking much better than they looked walking in! read more

I got a manicure and a pedicure and the pedicure was fast and over all a good experience. The nails on the other hand are the worst I've ever gotten the nail tech was argumentative rude, and did not do the design that I wanted. I asked for a simple flower design (changed the background color myself) but over all he could not do it . I asked for him to fill in the flower design and he said no and I asked to show him what I wanted and still he didn't do it. Overall this place is a 2/10 no one was talking people were rude. There was a woman behind me asking for a French tip and the guy doing her nails also argued with her. Completely unacceptable behavior !! Will not be returning. And as a person who knows how to do their own nails this is such a disservice to the nail industry. Not to mention I was over charged and paid $105 I was told everything together was going to be $85. I enjoy them a lot, they are super quick and know what you want. They are funny staff members! This was my first time trying this salon. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I got a gel manicure done. During my appointment, I could tell the technician was trying to hurry. I got them done later in the day and they seemed okay upon leaving the salon. The following morning, I noticed the gel nail polish on all of the nails had started to bubble and chip off. I was horrified. I work long hours and do not have the time to get my nails done often, let alone re-done because of the horrendously poor job done the first time. I went back to the salon to ask for a refund. Not only did they refuse, but said they would redo the nails "for no extra charge". I could not believe their audacity. I don't think there could be a worst salon or worst service. Called around 11:30 am on a Sunday to see if they had an appointment for today and was told 12:30 was available. I arrived to a very busy shop (always a good sign!) and waited a short time until Judy showed me to her Pedicure station and got me started with a good soak. She adjusted the massage and then returned shortly to begin my Organic Pedicure. What a pleasant experience! I am heavy set and she was great at working with me and getting into a good position. We then proceeded to the manicure which was equally pleasant. Judy was very professional and it was a basic "men's" service, nothing fancy. I have had services in many shops and in several different states over the years. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back! I came to this place because of the good reviews. I asked for ombré nails, and I wish they just told me they weren't equipped to do ombré. Unlike other nail places that use 2 different shades of acrylic to form an ombré, they used nail polish and a sponge to sponge my nails. I have sponge marks on my nails, and some of them are lumpy. If you just want nails with one color of polish, this may be the place for you. I wish I would of just went to the place I usually go to. read more

Came here as it was recommended but I left incredibly disappointed. They did an AWFUL job with my pedicure. They don't do good callus removal which was unfortunate and they left me with a ton of dead skin just hanging off my feet to the point I see more white dead skin than clear skin. They were going to leave my feet like that until I said something and only then dud they work to remove the dead skin. My technician also clipped me three times while working my cuticles causing me to bleed. All this for a 78.00 trip for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. Not worth it. read more
