Jasmine is the best after searching for the nail shop and person I finally found them !

So first off... once they sat me and filled the foot tub with cold water, they discovered it wouldn't drain. So after sitting there for 15-20 minutes, they finally moved me to another pedicure station. Then, the water they put in was so ice cold so I mentioned it was a little chilly and the lady turned it to scalding hot. I thought my skin was gonna fall off the bone! She was super rushed the whole time and acted like she hated her job and was mad to be working. I kept trying to say nice things and be super friendly. The foot rub was maybe 3 minutes at the most. She didn't ask me if I liked the color or anything. Then at the end I had a coupon on text (because it was my birthday) and that made her even more irritated. She said "someone else will check you out". I felt so awkward and bad the whole time. Like my presence was annoying them. I'll never go back unfortunately. Fancy place, terrible service. read more

My girlfriend and I went to do our nails and it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I signed up for a gel mani /pedi and got Kimberly as the tech. The fact that she didn't speak an English wasn't a big deal. She acted irritated she had to work and was rough with me from the beginning, stabbing and poking my toes and fingers. She argued with the other techs about scraping the bottoms of my feet and didn't look me in the eyes after that request. The massage was minimal and felt very obligatory, not relaxing. Then she did my nails and pulled my arms each time she rotated hands. She stabbed me multiple times with the metal instrument and I still had gunk under my nail beds. She did a very sloppy job on the gel color missing several places and only acted nice to me when she was done. I am not going back until they address all their issues. My friend had a similar experience and after we dropped $200 there we are never going back. My sister got a toe nail infection there too! Please have the health inspectors visit this place. I usually don't give reviews however this one is deserving. If I could give them zero Stars I would this business needs to be reported for bad practices. I went and got a new set of nails received multiple cuts on my hands from her filing the side of the nail I've been doing my nails for over 15 years so this is nothing new I informed her that she was cutting me multiple times it got to the point where I was bleeding. I got my nails done yesterday, and today my fingers are wrapped in Band-Aids. My bill was 300+ which is normal and not relevant but no empathy and the lady who did my nails should not have a license. Cute salon. Visiting ing town and went with my best friend for a relaxing mani/pedi. Disaster for both of us. My friend was stabbed multiple times during both her manicure and pedicure. She said "ouch" involuntarily each time with no acknowledgement from the nail technician. Our skin was filed instead of the nail leaving it raw, red, and tender. My tech was clearly in a hurry and kept jamming my nails with the file. I requested my nails be cut down and they weren't. The polish didn't cover the whole nail. I requested the dip color match the gel on my toes and it wasn't remotely close. The tech stated she would paint the dipped nails in gel to match the toes. She painted them the wrong color. I requested the nail polish painted on to my actual skin be removed. Wasn't removed. Manicure description stated it would come with hot towel. Mine did not, however my friends did. By the end I just wanted it to be over. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years. Worst mani/pedi experience I have ever had. read more

I heard about this place on TikTok and decided to try it as my other usual places were booked / closed. I love how open and big the place is. Good spots for pedicures and manicures. The salon staff were friendly and the nail tech did my nails efficiently and they stayed on for a long time! Definitely recommend this place. read more

I absolutely love this salon. My friend told me about it. I had been having bad nail experiences at other salons so I was on the hunt for a good one. I've had acrylic nails religiously for 12 years now (even during COVID). When I first walked into this salon everything was so bright, clean and welcoming. They offer tea, water and soda during your treatment. I've gone twice and will keep going back. They do amazing nails they're fast and efficient. The quality is still top notch. Their pedicure chairs are so comfy and relaxing almost tempting to fall asleep. I noticed they're very busy that being said their customer service stays amazing throughout the day and during your treatment. They don't try to up sell you into things you don't need. Their prices are excellent! I highly highly recommend this place!!! read more

This is the second time I came in. Totally disappointed I made an appointment. They were really busy. But the person doing my nails was paying attention to everything else. My nails were a medium length and I just wanted a trim. Now I have mixed lengths very short to what I wanted. When I booked it said hot towel basic Mandi. I got some cuticle oil and lotion. He was more concerned with a regular customer and her needs. I don't want to try for the third time. read more

When I sat down for my pedicure and asked for a "regular pedicure", my technician seemed immediately angry. She cut me deeply on my big toe- hard. I didn't say anything but she quickly just cut the rest of my cuticles then started painting, she did not even cut or file my nails at all. When I asked if she would please cut them shorter she literally just touched a file to the end and moved on. I wasn't sure what to even say because I've never had any pedicure where they didn't trim my nails. Afterwards she rubbed a little cuticle oil on my feet and legs and was done. The whole thing took about 5 minutes after waiting almost an hour for our scheduled appointment. She then offered me a "manicure" while my friend's technician finished up, and she treated my fingernails the same way. She cut my pinky and made it bleed. She didn't even file them evenly. I realize I didn't ask for the higher end services but to be treated this way while paying $37+ for the pedicure alone is wild. We came here because of the high rating but we left disappointed. We waited over an hour almost two to be seen, we got the most expensive pedicures they offered because we came from Texas where that was the cheapest price there lol so we were like 'score'. The massage was awful and practically non existent, the nail polish is messed up on my right foot, and the French is different on both of my feet, they charge 25$ extra for gel and 25$ extra for French and then did just a terrible job. We won't be returning! Very disappointed. read more

Really nice place. Felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I like the "Check In" system they have, it's easy if you made an appointment. Was seated right away and offered a beverage. Rude. Unprofessional, my nails came out no where near what they post. Nails were so ugly it was my first and LAST time there. They don't even deserve the whole star i HAD to give them.
