When getting my manicure done, my nail tech was sloppy and removed the "mess" with a paint brush and nail polish remover. Visiting town for a few weeks & stumbled upon this nail salon. I wanted a Gel Mani-Pedi. I was a walk in on a saturday, it did not look busy. Even after reading the reviews I was going to try them out and hope the reviews would prove me wrong. I was wrong, the reviews were correct. After paying $84 not including TIP. They started chipping that same day. It was ridiculous. In Miami, Fl i dont pay more than $75 and that's including tip. Horrible job and the man who was doing my hands was very rushed. I do Not Reccomend coming here. When i asked for a refund they told me they do not do it which is so silly after spending two hours there. read more

I went in Saturday morning right when they opened and even though that a busy day for them they were able to get me in for a mani and pedi! They did such a great job and was quick (but not to quick) with it. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming and they have a good selection of colors for you to choose as well! read more

I wouldn't recommend this nail salon, I'm new to the area thought I was try. Lady said she could take me for a fill, then they had other appointments before my walk in. Used the drill on high, broke my nail, damaged my natural nail for drilling so hard. I left with no polish. Nails are different lengths. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I went and got a full set done and my nails look absolutely terrible. They are very thick and already look two weeks grown out and I got them done yesterday! My nail tech rushed and got them done very fast, they are very very uneven and she burned every single one of my nail. My fingers look swollen and my nails look lumpy and way too thick. I procrastinated getting my nails done for my wedding day. I had planned to go the day before the wedding which was 1/1/21 and when I called to check if they were open that day they told me they were closed for the holiday. I I rushed to go in on 12/31, the same day as my rehearsal dinner about an hour and half before it was to start. They got me in and out quick and did a phenomenal job! Ask for Vo. He is very attentive to your requests, personable, efficient, and creative. He's my new go-to guy when it comes to nails, and he does his best to accommodate client schedules. I get acrylic nails to prevent nail biting, but also can't stand having things on my hands, such as long nails. He makes sure I'm happy with them as he's working. Good communication! They don't wax eyebrows to my knowledge but don't let that stop you from trying them out. read more

Everything was great from the start. No wait at all on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff when I walked in the door. The girl who did my nails was nice. I got a gel manicure. I have zero complaints up until the final steps. On the second coat she started rushing so one of my nails has a part of it where she missed and it's uneven. At the end when they file more, she filed so much underneath my pinky nail that she cut into the skin. Not even 24 hours later and my finger is swollen and sore. The staff is always very friendly! They work quickly but still do a good job. Prices are really great compared to other salons. My only complaint would be sometimes they need more staff. I know staffing a nail salon is difficult because you know when it will get busy. There's been numerous times that the wait is so long, I just leave. What a great find. I'm in town for a wedding and found this place through yelp. It's right down the street from my hotel. I was a walk in about an hour before closing and they gladly took care of me. I was able to walk in and get my nails started right away. The place was clean and the employees were friendly. I had my acrylics taken off & then gel nail polish put on. This was the first time I've gotten gel so I have nothing to really compare to but I do think they look nice. The price wasn't bad but like I said I've never gotten them done, so I have nothing to compare it to. read more

So when I walk into this place it seems ok. Just what you would expect from any nail place. I brought my own polish with me so I didn't have to pick from their limited and date collection of polish. The man that actually did my nails don't speak hardly. Hardly filed my nails. Minimal lazy hand an arm massage. And the worst polish job I have ever seen. Lumpy spots missing polish and polish all over my cuticles that were left hanging loose. After polishing The man tried to escort me I another chair. Took my purse from my hands and when he did that he spilled and broke my nail polish I just bought into the floor, which broke and splattered every where. They did nothing to offer to compensate for my things he broke. Nothing and when I complained they offered to replace it with nothin but their selection of gross used nail polish. I would NEVER go back their again. I will now go home and fix my nail myself. read more
