This is a review of the practice itself and not of any particular doctor. I was given a…read moreprescription by a doctor in this practice and I said clearly that the drug should contain no dyes. The doctor understood this, so I thought I that my directions would be honored. But when I received the drug, it was dyed pink. This exact same drug (in extended release form) did indeed exist in a non-dyed form. But the undyed form had not been requested by the doctor's office. I spent loads of my time trying to get this issue resolved, calling the practice several times, calling the pharmacy, hearing verbatim from the pharmacy the prescription directions called in, and clearly, the prescription was called in incorrectly. All this was extremely frustrating. The "technician" did finally call in the correct prescription AFTER first calling in the incorrect prescription, but the pharmacy said that the drug had been issued, they could not refund the money, and they could not correct the issue with the insurance. In exasperation I finally called the practice manager for Dermatological Care, and the practice manager tried calling the pharmacy but, in the end, seemed to me to want to cover for the practice, saying the prescription was called in correctly. INDEED IT WAS NOT INITIALLY CALLED IN CORRECTLY. In the end, I had to pray for a second prescription (ie, paying twice for the same drug) because the practice refused to take responsibility for its error. Calling in the correct prescription AFTER the original one was issued is not a solution! I will not use this practice again because I do not want to be involved with nor support any practice which will not take responsibility for its own errors. As far as I am concerned, this practice owes me an apology and about $59.00.

She was SO gentle with the filler, a lot of people say it hurts, but I didn't have any pain. She was so careful, she massaged the filler, and my lips look PERFECT. I'm so impressed. She has TONS of options (depending on what brand you want/how you want results to look) and her pricing is extremely fair. I went here to print a poster for a friend's party. I live close but don't frequent this location…read moremuch. The staff was super friendly and extra helpful. They casually walked by as i sat down to start my order at the kiosk and one of them asked what i was printing so she could prepare the printer and then told me there was a coupon i could use and wrote down the code for or me. She also told me how i could get 2 free prints...how awesome! She mentioned to hit the help button at the photo station desk when i was ready for my pics to be printed so I did that and another helpful lady came over and assisted me further. I told her i wanted two frames because there was a sign up that said buy one get one half and she said it was no longer valid but adjusted the price anyway! I left and came back because i needed two cards and i went to another super friendly lady at the checkout and she was very quick efficient and had a great personality. It's nice in times like these that you can still get great customer service once in a while. It doesn't happen often but when it DOES, I like for people to know how much it's appreciated! Mani and pedi took 3 hours. Mentioned how much they've gone downhill, to a family member, who said that she had the same experience with them taking walk-ins during services. I used to really sing their praises, and I am updating my review to show that this is not what it used to be. The service is actually so terrible that I know several people who think it might be some sort of tax shelter. It especially fun that the owner replies to all bad reviews by saying that they can't find record of the customer's visit. She also asked when the original visits were, but then STATED the time frame that it had been, quite specifically. I don't like businesses that are rude to customers AND lie TO AND ABOUT the customers.
