WOW! I didn't remember I went here being so long ago but I went a few days ago and it was also a bad experience. The place is very outdated. The kids pedicure chairs look disgusting and all the fake leather is peeling off. The workers kept switching up to do our nails. One guy comes in from smoking straight to do my sisters nails. He can't speak any English so us trying to explain what we wanted done was a nightmare. He would say yes but shake his head no. He was completely useless! Prices seem to be still made up. Photos of their work are not what they do. My nails were all different shapes and lengths. I even had her change the color she wasn't happy. The color was so pale and hardly noticeable on my nails. As far as the manicure they do it's pathetic and a waste of money. My gel polish has already chipped and looks bad. I hope I don't come here ever again! read more

First time going to My Nail Spa. Great experience! I got a friendly greeting when I entered the salon. It had a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with soothing music and sound playing. The place was very clean and tidy, and they had a lot of colors to select from! I came in with my SIL and we were greeted but rushed through finding a polish also they barley had any color it was a bit disappointing. The place looked very outdated and dirty. We got seated my soak off was horrible I had to explain to them multiple times what I had on and what I wanted which was very frustrating and I was as clear as could be. They just had a cup of acetone and I had to dip my finger and keep them in there which makes no sense and that is not the proper way to take off acrylic and gel my fingers started burning in that and the smell even with them covering it with towels it still was super strong! He rushed through the whole thing he didn't properly take off the acrylic from my natural nail and did a bad job of filling, cuticles and shape! I can't believe this was 40$! Definitely not worth the price.. he seen my nails where tin and brittle so he continued to file aggressively and would look at me every time he would break a nail from the sides or on top a small crack which was annoying. I just wanted it to be over with also they tried separating me and my SIL because she would ask me how it looked and I seen a few flaws that could of easily be fixed with out a problem or an attitude. This is the most disastrous salon I've ever been to. My friend and I came to My Nail Spa hoping to get cute manicures within a reasonable time, this unfortunately did not happen. My friend wanted to get a purple ombrè dip nail. What she received was terrible, it was basically half of the nail purple the other half was white. I wish we had taken a picture. Not only was the nail itself terrible, the service was. As I said before we were there for over 3 hours. While getting our nails done, the technician repeatedly left, answered phone calls ect.. I'm giving two stars because the salon did paint back over the botched ombrè job even though while painting over them they messed up again and had to start over. If I could, I would give a half star. We are usually happy with this salon. I brought my daughter here for a pedi/mani. Usually they use bamboo during pedi which they did not do and then the quality was terrible. It was just yesterday and 4 nails no longer have polish on her fingers and at least two of her toes. I also love coming here because it's easy on the pockets. I went to a few other establishments in the neighborhood and their prices were much higher with lower customer satisfaction. At My Nail Spa, only $47 for gel mani and classic pedi! With a regular pedi comes a refreshing sugar scrub massage and hot bamboo massage which feels heavenly after long days at work! We came into the salon and we made an appointment at 11, masks were required because of Covid. But that is the only precautions they are taking, no appointments before hand, there is not a limit of people who can come In. They do not even clean the pedicure chairs after we sat in them so god knows if they cleaned them before. After we got the pedicure we waited over an hour to get our hands done. Keep in mind we made an appointment and other people without them were taken before us. The main lady made us feel so stupid and they rushed the entire time. They do not even have a book to show how much things cost they just make it up on the spot. My nails were cut short and god my pedicure is not to be talked about. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But waiting hours when a appointment was already made is ridiculous. read more

Pedi was great, but gel fill in was painful and I could feel everything the guy was doing with the electric files. He also kept looking everywhere else besides my nails and kept soliciting products to me like fish! I have been going there for a while... each time I go they jerk up the prices on their own (I guess to take out extra tip) I went today and I was very unhappy. My wait time was close to an hour and a half, when I sat down they started doing whatever they wanted to do. I had to tell the to change the shape. They are always pushy to add all this stuff to the bill. I wanted regular nail polish and they always push me to get gel or dip. They always push eyebrow waxing.. they are extremely money hungry. My daughter brought me here as this is where she gets her pedis done. I opted for a full set of acrylic nails, worst experience ever. My tech was rude, did a horrid job, I was very upset. The owner came over to 'fix' my nails, she kept telling me "I'll make them right". I guess that was her right and not mine as I told her repeatedly they are too short, my nails are the same length, I wanted them longer. She proceeded to tell me I can't make them longer, I said then start over, she refused, still charged me and they all broke within TWO DAYS. Just dont go here. We have been here numerous times. Each time is getting worse. A total of three switches of technicians happened while I getting my nails done. They cut me several times. I got a French manicure that looks awful. Not smooth. You can see the color I had on before underneath that they didn't get off all the way. My nails are roughly filed and are scratching me. Lots of clear polish dried on my fingers and left there. No lotion or hand massage - I guess they just forgot or werent paying attention? Just a simple polish manicure, not gel, took an hour and a half. The lady who did my nails spend so much time stopping to make phone calls and answer calls on her personal phone. i just got a deluxe pedicure here ($27) and it was excellent! i never got the man's name who worked with me but he looked to be in his 30s. he treated me with such care- making sure the water & towels weren't too hot, being cautious of cuts on my legs, etc. i feel as if i would've even been pleased with a regular pedicure ($22). definitely recommend! read more
