if only i lived in vegas... NOMd: - tonkotsu w. karaage. super filling and flavorful. the broth wasn't too oily or taste too instant ramen-y - beef donburi. solid. sweet but heavy. my mom liked it a lot and beasted the whole thing. service, etc: food came out really fast and our waiter was chefs kiss.
Found this spot while walking nearby. Luckily we were seated right away because it was getting busy. Its a smaller restaurant but feels homey. The menu was not complicated. There's a few soup dishes and rice dishes and appetizers . I ordered their yokozuna ramen with combos of 3 meat, porkbelky, chicken kaarange and goyza with option pork broth. The broth was savory and flavorful. The other orders were the Oyako Donburi rice bowl ( chicken with white onion and scrambled eggs) and the miso flavor ramen soup. The miso soup was good however the rice plate was ok. It was bland and felt like it's missing flavors. I also had the jpop soju, it was light and was not too sweet. Overall, a great place get some ramen.
Came here for brunch. The staff were very friendly and kind. They checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal. The interior is pretty narrow and small, but charming. I got the karaage ramen with the shoyu (soy sauce) broth. I've never had fried chicken in ramen before, so it was definitely very interesting. The serving is pretty big. I got the spicy on the side and they give you a lot, so if you're ordering with another person you could probably share one "spicy on the side" with them. The spicy on the side is pretty good and actually very spicy. I was worried the chicken would get soggy and lead to a texture nightmare, but I found that even when wet the chicken was still a little crispy and had a nice texture. The chicken had a good flavor and was tender as well. The noodles are chewy (good thing) and yummy. The broth isn't anything special and was a little bland. I thought the corn and spinach were interesting additions and complimented the dish nicely. I didn't like the egg. It's plain and the texture was kinda chalky which took me aback. Overall solid ramen bowl and ramen joint!! Karaage bowl is a must try.

Make sure to add your name to the waiting list. Simple decor. The restaurant is cozy yet can only accommodate small parties 1-6 ppl. No restroom inside, but a public one close to Giordano's. My wife and I were still full from a late lunch, so we shared a bowl. *Pork Belly Chashu Ramen (Tonkotsu Pork Broth) + extra noodles (+$3). "Ramen comes with noodles, corn, spinach, green onion, ginger, nori seaweed, half a boiled egg (4/5). Their broths are chicken-based. While it doesn't have the dark richness and fattiness made from pork bones, it still was flavorful and hit the spot. The pork chashu was tender and the noodles were the thinner egg noodles. Support your local business.

After seeing Ramen-Ya pop up on a TikTok roundup of must-try spots in Las Vegas, I knew I had to check it out. After a long drive into the city, I was craving something comforting--and this place absolutely delivered. Located in a pretty busy area, it's a popular spot and the dining space is on the smaller side, so we had about a 10-minute wait. Totally worth it. Once seated, we were able to order quickly and the food came out soon after. I went with the Kaarage Chicken Ramen, which comes with noodles, corn, spinach, green onion, nori, and half a boiled egg, all in a rich chicken broth and topped with crispy Kaarage pieces. I ordered it extra spicy (because I love the burn ) and it was everything I hoped for. The broth was packed with flavor, and the chicken was perfectly crispy and tender. Definitely the right choice! Our server was kind, attentive, and on top of everything, which made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Vegas--this spot is a must for any ramen lover.
Yes! Go! Worth the wait! We stumbled upon this area on our first time in Vegas. It was chilly and when I see a ramen restaurant, I cannot turn it down. There were a ton of people waiting outside. This place is very small, but they do get people in and out. The staff is friendly. We did wait about 45 mins to get a table. Once we got in there the service was fast and the food came out fast and hot. The pork in the ramen fell apart and was so tender. The broth was spot on. It was priced well compared to other spots nearby. When I ordered the Thai tea, I didn't know it would come in a can, however it was delish!
We stopped in at Ramen Ya and were immediately welcomed and seated. Our wait after we ordered was very short. Our meal was EXCELLENT. Great tasting and filling. Everything tasted fresh and full flavored. The vibe in the place was upbeat and friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ramen Ya!
I came here as a party of three on a late Sunday night - we were seated right away. Ordered two ramen bowls, it was definitely filling. The food was great. Along with the service, always checked up - made sure we had everything we needed, waters were always filled. I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in town!
No one has mentioned the awesome 80's music! I love it! Great little spot. I came for an early dinner by myself. Easy to get to from The Horseshoe, right outside in a little strip of retailers. I ordered the Yokozuna Ramen in Tonkatsu broth. So good! Pork belly, Fried chicken, delish broth and gyoza. A lot of food!! I also had the house sake, cold. Great service (had to wait a few minutes outside after putting my name on the list.) Decent spot. Very easy.

Went here Friday after getting off my plane and settling into the horseshoe hotel. This restaurant is right beside the horseshoe hotel after you take the escalator up, walk across the bridge, and then take the escalator down into the area of food and shops. Immediately seated upon entering as there were only a few other people inside. I would say service was quick and simple. No complaints. I decided to order the yokozuna supreme, this came with four meats: beef, fried chicken, pork, and also dumplings (8/10). It was a very big portion, seasoned, and filling. I wish I would've been more hungry because I barely could finish my entire bowl. I only didn't like the fried chicken that came in the ramen because since it was inside the broth, it became really soggy and that texture is gross to me. I see myself eating here again, probably more closely to nighttime. I think because I was just coming from the airport and checking into my hotel; it was just too hot outside for me to fully digest and enjoy hot Ramen. Thankfully, I was able to pack it up to go, but I would just come back later in the night when it's not so hot out. My overall rate of experience : 8.5/10 read more

Ramen-Ya was such a great surprise in the middle of the Strip. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork belly was tender and melt-in-your-mouth good. The spicy miso ramen had just the right amount of heat, and the portions were generous enough to leave you completely satisfied. The restaurant itself is small and cozy, giving it a true ramen-shop feel. Service was fast and friendly, which makes it a perfect quick stop between exploring casinos or shopping. Plus, the prices are surprisingly affordable for the Strip, making it one of the best value meals in the area. We were walking the strip looking for something to eat and we came across this little restaurant with other different stalls selling food as well. It was a little busy because it was cold and raining and it was a Saturday afternoon. We got seated within 5 mins. So many options to choose from. Pricing is pretty decent. Food was great!!! All food made fresh and service was great !! Portion size is good enough for two people in my opinion. The oyako donburi, was my fave !! Definitely coming back read more

Was crusing during the cold weather on Friday and need something hot and stumble upon this ramen spot. It's located by the Horseshoe hotel on the lower floor (can take the monorail here and like 10 min walk or so) This ramen shop is located along with other eateries like taco shop and other eateries. No outside food or drinks btw. Menu is simple with appetizers and variety of ramen and additional add ons. Soda is can but water is free and refillable. Order the miso ramen and that's it. Be warned of coming here before closing because it does tend to get busy. Service was excellent. The miso ramen was flavorful and hit the spot during the cold weather. Overall, recommend on trying if in the mood for something cheap and hot or remedy from the cold read more

Stopped for some late night eats after walking the strip. At 9p on a Tuesday night there was a line - a good sign. Had the Yokozuna with spicy miso - just enough heat that got your lips tingling. The gyoza was a little lost in this dish but the pork was fantastic. An overall great ramen bowl for a great price for Vegas. Do pass on this place across the strip from the Bellagio. read more
We were feeling some ramen, and ordered from here for pick up. I had the spicy Pork Belly Chashu Tonkotsu ramen. The broth was good and flavorful, but there was barely any meat. I'm not sure if there's a difference when dining in, but the portion for the price could've been better. $18 for ramen and $1 extra for to-go. read more
Decent ramen spot on the Strip. There was a short wait, but we got in earlier than expected. I got the spicy miso ramen which was decent & enjoyable, especially for a $20 meal close to my hotel. I ordered a Thai tea which I was expecting to be somewhat fresh, but it came in a can. Oh well. Our server was very friendly. Stopped by to grab lunch for my group at Ramen-Ya. The plaza where this restaurant is located is a great spot for those that don't want to spend a lot of money on meals while still having the opportunity to try quality food. There is dine in but the area is a little small. I ordered the Ramen with Pork Chashu and Spicy Tonkotu. The bowl was really flavorful, my only complaint was that there was not a lot of meat, overall the price was reasonable when compared to other places to grab food on the strip. read more
We had to go ramen I had the combo spicy. It did not disappoint. It was delish the pork belly was flavorful and tender. The chicken is fried and they gave it on side which was perfect bc it didn't loose the crunch. Loved it. Service can't speak to since ordered to go. Ambience is cut small with seating. read more
What a find on the Vegas Strip! After the Puff the Magic Dragon show, we were starving and came across this place on our way back to PH. We were instantly sat and tended to. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She quickly took our drink order and asked if we needed more time, which we did. When we were ready, she was also. She quickly came over and our son ordered the Yokozuna Ramen (Miso) while we opted for the Yokozuna Ramen (Tonkotsu - Spicy). The food arrived in a reasonable time despite being late and busy. It was hot, fresh, and a large portion. Our son is obsessed with anything ramen, so he is easy to please, but he just thought his was good, not great. However, ours was excellent. It was some of the best we have had. It had the perfect amount of spice, not overpowering but enough to let you know it was definitely there. Plenty of all 3 meats, noodles, broth, and other ingredients. We are visiting Vegas again in February when the temps will be much cooler, so we are looking forward to grabbing another tasty bowl. read more
Located on the north part of the foot stalls just west of the new Horseshoe casino (former Bally's) and a short walk across the foot bridge from Bellagio, this little ramen shop delivers a solid bowl of ramen (but they also have rice bowls). It's a casual place (no outside food or drinks please) and usually is fast to sit a small party (though anything larger than 4 may take a little time). I typically get the chasu pork in the tonkatsu broth (and I add a piece of Kaarage - because fried chicken). This is usually enough to get me pretty satiated. I like this place because the service is always fast and pleasant and the food is good (and reasonably priced for Vegas). read more

The ramen broth was very clean and rich in flavor -- absolutely delicious. It wasn't heavy at all, and I enjoyed every bite. The staff was also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. They also served umeshu (Japanese plum wine), and I highly recommend adding some ice -- it makes it smoother and very refreshing. I'm really happy to have a Japanese-style ramen spot on the Vegas Strip, and I'll definitely come back again the next time I'm in Las Vegas. read more
My husband and I came upon this restaurant years ago when walking through the Grand Bazaar shops next to the Horseshoe Casino. I can't believe this is my first review. I can't tell you how many times we've eaten here. We always order the same thing: Yokozuna Ramen. It comes with pork belly, chicken karaage, and gyoza. There are two pieces of all of these items, along with eggs and seaweed. We add extra noodles and broccoli, and share one bowl. It's more than enough for both of us. I'm not sure how they do it, but the chicken karaage stays crispy in the broth for a long time. We ordered spicy broth. Unfortunately, it wasn't spicy. I could tell they didn't add any spice at all, but it was still delicious. If you are in Las Vegas and looking for good ramen, make sure to try this place out! read more
I know it seems crazy to want ramen during 100F heat wave (though it was 86F by the time we ate there). But soup on a hot day can actually be pretty yummy and get your body temp used to the heat. We got chicken gyoza, veggie ramen, and miso ramen. My miso ramen came with pork, chicken karaage, and gyoza. It was very comforting! I also found the greens to not be bitter, which was nice. The only problem I had was that the egg was very hard boiled. It would've been nice if it was soft boiled. But overall the miso was comforting, not overly salty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. My mom's veggie ramen was perfect for her dietary restrictions. She appreciated the amount of veggies and that the broth also wasn't too salty. The gyoza were good, but I wish they gave us a lemon wedge instead of a slice. I couldn't squeeze any juice out of it. Service was friendly for the most part. They may have been short staffed and it didn't help that there was an issue with their ticketing system. But we weren't in a rush so we didn't mind the wait. The space is narrow, but there is an area that can accommodate maybe a group of 6 at the max. Otherwise, this place is probably best for parties of 2. And there are A LOT of signs. They must deal with many inebriated patrons or maybe just people being people. There are signs not to open the windows, not to bring outside food, to sign up on the wait list etc. So be sure to read everything when you enter. I think the total was around $50, which is really good for 2 people at a place on the strip. I would come back here again if I was craving ramen. read more

Ramen-Ya is short for Ramen Katana-Ya. Located in one of the rows of the Grand Bazaar shops (with other more reasonably priced eateries and souvenir shops) on the strip, next to the Horeshoe Casino. I stopped in for lunch the other day and ordered what I would consider their kitchen sink Ramen, the "Yokozuna Supreme", which is a large bowl probably enough for 2 people to share (with an additional appetizer), or a really hungry person to finish. It includes a sampling of all their protein toppings (fried chicken karaage, pork chasu/belly slices, thin beef slices, gyoza, and boiled egg with some sprigs of spinach leaves, green onions, corn, and a small square of dried seaweed). Though the online menu notes a spicy miso broth, you can modify this to another broth base and spiciness level. I also ordered a hot oolong tea, which came in a to-go cup. The ramen was tasty and noodles were cooked to slightly past al dente. I enjoyed all the toppings, but I think I would ask for the fried chicken and gyoza toppings to be on the side, so that the batter doesn't get too soggy before I have time to finish them. The fried chicken pieces I received were juicy pieces of white meat. The gyoza had a very finely minced filling texture of meat and veggies/cabbage/onions - so this wasn'tmy favorite of the protein toppings. The egg was also overcooked and hard-boiled, instead of cooked to a medium consistency with a semi-gooey yolk (typical of other ramen venues). The thin beef slices were marinated in teriyaki and similar to that of Korean bulgogi. And the pork chasu/belly slices were very good and tender. I would definitely come back but likely only get the fried chicken, pork chasu, and/or beef toppings for the ramen. Tea was also nice and they topped it off with more hot water so that I could take it with me. read more

Located right in the central of the strip, decided to check out this ramen spot which was nearby our hotel because the bf and I were craving something soupy! There was only a 5min wait when we arrived but this place does get pack. We both ordered the Tonkatsu pork belly chashu ramen! It was a pretty standard bowl of tonkatsu ramen, flavorful. I've had better but it got the job done! If you're not in the mood for ramen, they also got curry and rice bowls! Staff were very kind and attentive! read more
Stopped by on a cold, rainy day. Doesn't happen often! Our party of 2 was seated right away. We got Pork Belly Tonkotsu Ramen (spicy), and it was awesome. Such a random thing, but they gave us giant cups of complementary water, which is unheard of on the strip. I said, "the water alone would cost us $20!!" The service was efficient and the workers were kind. The ramen was awesome!! Definitely a place I would go again, and refer others as well. read more
Perhaps I should have read thru the Yelp reviews a bit more to understand what I was getting into.. I'm at this point convinced that anyone giving this place good reviews on their food have not had any decent ramen in their life... For a place on the strip, you would assume most people eating here are visitors from out of town that would have had good ramen before and that they would have at least a better foundation to compare this too. The day was hot and for whatever reason my original lunch plans fell thru because of timing issues.. being close to the Bazaar, I was a bit curious about this place.. saw the high ratings on yelp, and just ended up coming in to order. Food came out pretty quickly and I can't complain much about the service.. but geez.. when they brought my ramen out and saw just the hard boiled egg.. so overcooked that you can easily see the green sulfuric ring around the yolk... that was an immediate red flag.. it was also cold.. a cold.. overcooked.. hard boiled egg.. in my ramen.. I ordered the tonkatsu broth and it tasted so watered down and didn't have any richness I would've expected. The gyoza was subpar, and was tossed into my bowl along with the karaage which made them both pretty mushy and soft. The flavor of the Karaage was good at the very least, as well as the chashu itself.. the noodle itself was ok.. nothing special.. Also, I'm not familiar with any ramen that would normally come with pickled ginger.. that was a little weird. Yea.. would not recommend and should've done a bit more research. Was too hopeful and left disappointed. read more
Stumbled upon this place while walking and exploring. Wasn't too busy when we came here but had to join the waitlist and waited maybe 20 mins or so. It was bearable waiting outside since the misters were on. This was around 7pm on a Monday early June. Food was great I liked the toppings already in the ramen but just wished the egg was closer to soft boiled. Broth had a lot of flavor and it really hit the spot since I was craving soup. Small little place doesn't hold a lot of people. But service was great as my water kept getting refilled without me asking. read more
We always see this place being pretty busy but never tried until now. We went in and there was no line. There were two tables in the back open. These were tables big enough for 4 people and it was just us two. So the waiter told us to put our name on the waitlist and go wait outside. A group of 4 came and they were seated. Like what? I mean I would understand if there was a line, but there was no line. That was kind of messed up. Whatever, we waited 10mins and got seated. I ordered the Chasu Ramen Tonkotsu with spicy, which is extra $$. The broth was ok, flavor was not strong, a bit on the salty side. The chasu was very thin and small. Additionally it wasn't even spicy at all. Would I return? Probably not. read more
While on a night or by myself in Vegas, I felt los on where to eat. Found this place in the Bazaar off of the strip, and it was pleasant. Wait was about 25 minutes, but once inside, the service was nice and fast. The place is small and narrow, but they have a good menu. I got the takoyski, which were delicious, and the lemon & sea salt ramen. I honestly don't know how I feel about it too well. Broth was OK but was not a huge fan of the chicken. If ever back, I'd try a different type. read more

Does anyone know where this is located?
It's in The Grand Bazaar Shops, which is the shopping center right in front of Bally's (corner of Flamingo Rd and The Strip).
Can we make reservations?
Pretty sure you cannot. It's a fairly small shop, but the turnover is pretty quick, so you shouldn't be waiting long (if there is a wait).
