The following day, they became tender and I noticed a crust appearing under my nails. The following day, they began to puss and bleed. After getting the gel polish taken off, a bruised and infected nail was revealed. I went to urgent care and they put me on strong antibiotics for a staph infection caused by uncleaned tools or improperly cured gel. It has been 2 weeks since this debacle and I am still in a great deal of pain, and won't be able to get my nails done for the foreseeable future (for medical reasons and out of sheer fear of this happening again). The store refused to take responsibly when I told them about what was happening and insisted it was my body having an allergic reaction to the polish, not them. If you need your nails done, go anywhere else but here.
