Very good experience with my pedicure. Came in to get help with my neglected feet ahead of an event where my toes will be on display during very hot weather. I asked the young lady who was helping me to assist with my big toe nail that was growing inward and of she could help lift and trim it. It has been bothering me. She took good care of me and did a fantastic job at getting everything handled. I selected the Bella Pedicure with gel nail polish #115. This comes with all the features of a Signature pedicure, sea salt scrub, warm lotion massage, cooling gel and then hot towel during the polishing. I love the parrafin wax whenever possible. Efficient and thorough service. My feet feel and look like I'm sandal and event ready. Grateful for this being available for walk in service.

This was my first visit to Lucky Star Nails & Spa, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Helen did my pedicure, and she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and made my feet feel refreshed and beautiful. Long did my ombré nails, and they came out gorgeous! The shape, color blend, and attention to detail were exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the salon was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It's not easy finding a new nail salon you can trust on the first visit, but they definitely earned a loyal customer today. I left feeling pampered, confident, and in love with my nails and toes. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The manicurist, Anna, did a very sloppy job. The quality of my manicure was unacceptable, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. Throughout my appointment, I felt that my concerns were ignored, and the interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. I spent my hard-earned money expecting professional service, but the results were terrible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon or booking with Anna. There are plenty of other nail salons that value their customers and take pride in their work. Save yourself the time, and frustration by going somewhere else. In my opinion, the salon should address the customer service issues I experienced because interactions like this can seriously damage a business's reputation. I've also heard similar complaints from other people about this rude and disrespectful manicurist-Anna, although I can only speak to my own experience. read more

There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

Instead of discussing it or offering options, the nail tech immediately shook her head and said "no, too busy," implying it would take too long. I was willing to wait and pay for the service (and tip), but after sitting there another 20 minutes, the owner herself looked at my design and said it would take too long. She even exaggerated that if she did my nails, they'd be there until 9pm--despite the salon closing at 7 and my appointment being at 5. The owner also asked if I had a simpler backup design I'd be willing to do. I didn't--I came in for a specific birthday set. At that point, I decided to leave. What was supposed to be a fun girls day turned into a frustrating experience, and my sister also chose not to get her service because of how things were handled. I understand being busy, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. If certain designs can't be accommodated, that should be communicated clearly when booking--not after the customer arrives and waits.

Do not sit in table # 1 I think they may have a shortage in acrylic he does the nails so paper thin within a few days they all just break even when you're just combining your hair. I went three times in one month to redo my nails then my daughters nails and I just had it make sure he puts enough acrylic when he does your nails because you'll be back the next following day. Love this place! Has been my favorite nail salon since who knows when. I see Long (the guy at the end). He is amazing and in high demand BUT he always makes time for me. I am extra and always do something out of his comfort zone and he is always up for the challenge. My nails are flawless every time and i am ruff with them and they stay on pretty well.
