Not good. I have a young grandchild who paints nails better than this place. My husband had our Service Dog with him at another place in the shopping center so my cousin and I decided to try this place out while my husband and another cousin took care of business elsewhere. Instant Hair & Nails did NOT do what they agreed to do with us, they were deceitful with us for they did NOT do the job for the price they had agreed to up front (they told us they have a Veterans Discount just to get us in, then didn't give one. I don't think they even know what a Veteran is.) Psalm 101:7: No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house. They did NOT do the job within the time they said they would. While we were there, we noticed the place was grossly dirty. When I went to write this review, I noticed this business isn't even claimed on Yelp. That tells me the owners Don & Teresa Chew don't care what the public thinks about them. For all that, we DON'T recommend them. We WON'T be back. read more

Got a mani pedi done here and it was just ok. I have a corner of my toe nail that becomes ingrown and the woman working on my pedicure simply acted like it wasn't there, and left it bare with no gel polish or anything so I had to file out the edge at home which was a bummer. She also didn't leave my toe nails even. I asked for a gel french tip on my natural nails and the tips are incredibly uneven and are chipping in random spots after only a week. She also nipped me on my nail bed and I was bleeding, which she didn't acknowledge at all. I work in an office environment so I don't think my lifestyle is what made these nails not last through a single week. I paid $75 without counting the tip for the gel mani pedi and yeah, I don't think I'll be going again. The couple who run the business are very nice, but the price to quality ratio is just not there. read more

i believe a womans nails are sacred and beautiful, long or short, acrylic or natural. they should be treated with respect and love. i personality dont trust my nails with anyone but i decided to get my nails done with someone new. i asked to not file my nails or cut but the woman insisted and filed my nails way too short for my liking not just that but a few of them are unevenly done. the gel nail polish is so thin its already started to peel off and in the nails that havent started the peel off are lumpy and unevenly painted. read more

The salon I normally go to was closed so I took a chance here. I asked for a gel pedicure and left with crooked, too-short, jagged nails. I figured I could just go home and file what I could. About an hour after leaving the salon, one of the nail's polish popped off entirely. I called to ask for a refund (because why would I even bother getting it fixed at this point if all the nails are doomed anyway?), and was told they don't do refunds but they could fix it. Ya know, on Sundays it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a pedicure in sparks?? We gave up looking, then on our way to the grocery store to pick up a few things... A little neon "open" sign was lit up! My guy and I both wanted to get pedicures so he ran in to see if we could get in or get an appointment... They were able to get us in together right away! Yay us! It's not some fancy place with expensive decor, but they are spa pedicures. Don and Theresa, the owners, did our pedicures. They have been there 20 years!! They were SO SWEET! I love nice people! This is a small family salon, their son was there doing brows. Anyhoo... Such a nice couple, OPEN SUNDAYS, and great pedicure for a fair price $30!! They are very sweet and happy people. Horrible place and horrible service. Once you walk in the hospitality is terrible. The place is super dirty. And you sk for something and they provide you something else and rob you of your money. The manicure she gave. My nails were not even after that. All she did was put some vaseline on it n just rub that over. No proper filing or trimming or even a proper massage. Once done, my nails looked worse than how it was when I walked in. Totally dissatisfied with the place and the service. And yet paid full money. Will never go back to this place. read more

Just went out for a daughter/mother day and saw this little hole in the wall salon. Atmosphere was welcoming and the owners, I assume, we're friendly and wonderful. Mom was super happy with her pedi, massage almost out her to sleep lol. Good prices and would come back again! read more

The sloppiest French tips I've ever seen. Place seemed sketchy as it is. My regular nail salon was closed and took a chance here. My nails shouldn't hurt after getting them done and my thumb is throbbing since yesterday. More than half my nails are jagged, crooked or shaped weird. 30$ was too much for such a terrible job. The moment I walked in they just stared at me until I told them what I wanted. No greeting or anything. Definitely not going back. read more

Eyebrows are very important , I only let him do my eyebrows because he actually does a really good job for them . He has a little Place next to pizza plus they do nails hair and eyebrows . But my fave is eyebrows highly recommend them here read more

i have never written a yelp review in my entire life and i have never been so disappointed with a nail salon. i went in there and showed the lady the reference pic and made sure my phone was on and showing the whole time. she cut the hell out of my fingers then cut my nail before even asking the length i wanted mind you they were SHORT and i wanted them way longer but i just went with it because i didn't want to be rude she then painted them a different color than i asked for and did a whole different design than i wanted they were TERRIBLE it looked like a child did my nails after that i went to my car and cried then went back in and she told me she couldn't give me a refund or redo the nails. she then made a huge deal about removing the nails and she did still I DIDNT GET A REFUND. i paid for nails she removed 5 mins later and she didn't even have human decency to redo them or even give me my money back. if i could give 0 stars i would. extremely rude and unsanitary as well. read more

My wife mentioned to me if I can write a review for her from this place. She went to get her nails here about a month ago. I believe the lady's name was Theresa. We got there early for her appointment Theresa got there late the guy told my wife to take a seat she said she noticed the nail desk she was in was super dirty with other people's nails on the sides, she thought the lady would clean right when she got there but she did not! When she got there she started to get some tools and started working on her nails. My wife wanted to leave because the place was just very dirty but gave this lady a chance since she was very nice and she had already started on her nails. When she was done my wife noticed they were not the best, they had bumps and she missed to put some color on her side of her nails. She was like ok I mean I do get what I pay for because the guy that works there had told her they would charge $18 for a manicure on her natural nails. When Theresa was done she told my wife it was $30 , my wife felt really upset by her service since her nails were not good at all for 30 dollars and this was a simple nude color on her nails. My wife asked politely, why so much?Theresa, said because she had polish on her nails and she had to take it off?????? And my wife also mentioned her nails were not even and she missed color on her nails.... This is ridiculous! My wife paid her with no problem but she said she will never come back to this place again, mostly to the fact that this place is super dirty with other people nails laying on the counters every where , dust, she even thinks she didn't disinfect the tools she used on her she's worried about that. Also not to mention she left her nails super thin like paper it seemed like she did not know how to take off the polish she took it off with a thick filer and the filer machine and it's causing my wife a lot of pain. I watched videos on professionals on how to take it off and they did it so much different then how this lady did it. These people are very nice people at this place but we are just letting you people know maybe it was just our experience but it was ridiculous. Thank you. read more
