The lanes are usually in good shape, the staff has always been friendly enough, and it's a fun place to spend a few hours with family or friends. That said, the biggest issue every time we visit is the temperature inside. It always seems uncomfortably warm, and it feels like the air conditioning either isn't working properly or just can't keep up. When you're bowling and moving around, the heat becomes pretty noticeable and takes away from the overall experience. The atmosphere is fun, and there's plenty to do, but I really wish they would address the AC situation. A cooler, more comfortable environment would make a huge difference and would probably have us staying longer. Overall, it's a good spot for a night out, but be prepared for it to be warmer inside than you'd expect. read more

The drinks were subpar and I, unfortunately, had a very rude experience with the lane attendant (dismissive, rushed me off the lane after faiing to clean up during our reservation). It was clear that she did not want to be at work that evening. I brought it to the manager's attention, who tried to resolve it. I ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl. It left a bit to be desired. It came with Jasmine Rice, which was underdone and a bit hard. The Bowl also had black beans, Romaine, Pineapple Salsa, and chicken. The pineapple salsa was just okay. Would've loved more pineapple and the sweetness didn't quite taste like pineapple, but regular sugar. The chicken needed a bit more Chipotle for the flavor to come through. Lets just say, there are other options go choose from on the menu. Choose one of those please. The Service: From the front desk/shoe attendants to the table hosts, every was so super nice!!! This is my 2nd time here and shockingly it wasn't bad at all. The service was friendly and quick. The lanes and the place itself were pretty clean. They do have specials depending on the time and day you come. I think they have an unlimited bowling for $25 on certain days. We arrived on a day where the only special was the 3rd game is half price. So we played 3 games and in total it came out to be around 75 dollars together along with the shoe rental. Definitely was a little pricy in my opinion but when you're having fun it doesn't really matter. I can't speak about their food because I will never order food from a bowling alley. For food and drinks we had the option of buffalo wings, fries, pizza, funnel cake fries any choice of a fountain drink. I had a customer issue from two weeks ago. I had my bachelors/ bachelorette party at the 925 Bunker Hill location. I was overcharged by the waitress (Valentina). When I called in to talk to a manager, (Heaven) she said she was going to upscale this to her GM for 3/4/2026. It has now been two weeks since I went in on 3/2/2026 with absolutely no follow up. I called into reservation services today to get someone to talk to because guest services hangs up on you after you sit on hold for 3+ minutes. Hopefully I can get this resolved and I have my receipt as well. A server can't just tell you something is this price and pay you out for a totally separate price. The manager will try to say maybe she misworded the charge. But you can't confuse $28 with $50 read more

I booked a couple of lanes to have a "friends day" a few days ago. Booking online to reserve the lanes is a little confusing. I wanted to reserve lanes but I wasn't sure who was coming. There's no way to reserve multiple lanes without adding the max number of guests (and paying for all). It's possible I may have been confused, but I spoke to someone on the phone and they stated the same, so I only booked one lane. The person I spoke with let me know they usually keep lanes open next to a single booking in case more people show up. Needless to say, that didn't happen lol. The lane next to us ended up getting booked. Kevin, one of the managers, helped us out with all of our needs once our party arrived. I let him know the situation and He was very accommodating! He wasn't stressed out at all and kept a smile on his face as he figured out how to move our lanes to accommodate more people. The food was good, music was dope, and we got the chance to play a lot of arcade games after we bowled! Also, this used to be a different company. The cardholder -- the person who made the reservation -- was physically present with the same card on file. Every box was checked. There was no confusion. No discrepancy. And yet, we were denied the lanes we had booked in advance. The reason? According to Mark, there were "suspicious circumstances." He refused to elaborate, refused to look us in the eye, and refused to treat us like paying customers. Instead, he treated us like criminals -- accusing us of trying to scam the business. There was no basis for this. No justification. Just thinly veiled prejudice that felt all too familiar. It's hard to describe the quiet hurt of being turned away in front of your friends, knowing full well that if our skin color had been different, this likely wouldn't have happened. It's harder still to explain the shame that doesn't belong to you, but is forced on you anyway. This wasn't just about bowling. It was about being made to feel unwelcome, unwanted, and unworthy -- in a place we came to spend our money and our time in good faith. I hope no one else has to experience what we did. No one should have to carry the weight of someone else's bias on what was supposed to be a night of joy. We went on a random Thursday and it happened to be their rebranding event (previously they were Bowler) so they had complimentary hors d'ourves and non alcoholic drinks.
