1. Batting cages were shut down. Nothing I seen on the website stating it was closed. 2. It was expensive for bowling. $26 a person for two games????? 3. Lane 17 right side of the bumpers wouldn't go up. 4. They moved us to lane 18. Right side bumper also broken. 5. They moved us to lane 31. Left bumper goes up about 2" only. Finally said oh well and let the kids bowl. 6. It was 100 degrees outside and I swear the heater was on. Had to ask for the fans to be turned on. 7. 90% of the fans in the place were in winter mode. Saturday manager: Jay Watched as he and two other employees stood behind the service desk talking and actively ignoring the phones. A common occurrence as I am a league bowler as well! We had a need to get a ball that was stuck in the middle of the gutter at birthday party. When I confronted him about answering the phone the conversation moved to customer service and the phones. As I was walking away he made rude comments which I ignored as I didn't want to create a scene and embarrass the people I was with at the birthday party! The other staff was very courteous but Jay needs some customer service training and to understand that customers only call the front desk for service on the lanes. read more

Bowling alleys have changed since the 70s and 80s. Here's all that is good. The arcade is actually pretty cool. They have a good selection of games that will keep the kids occupied if bowling isn't there thing. The bar is pretty good. The signature cocktails are way too sweet. So if that's not your thing stick to classic cocktails or jack and coke. The bowling lanes are really nice and the equipment is maintained. I didn't see any screens malfunctioning which is a win. The staff that takes your order and brings food, etc to your table is short staffed but really friendly so give them some grace. We had a really good time. The pizza is crap so avoid that. We tried some of the other food options like the fish tacos and they weren't bad. Not great but not terrible. They hit right in the middle. We would go again. read more

I came in to bowl with my daughter and my niece earlier today and had the worst experience with the servers. I was already there for about an hour and the female server with the purple hair, and the male server with curly hair and a hat just smiled and walked past about 5 times without trying to take any orders or ask if we needed anything. On the other hand, server name Giselle is great she gave the best customer service and was so polite and nice. read more

The overall how the event planning was disappointed. Our lanes were not ready at check in time. They had to clean up the area for food as food was ready and waited over 30 min. My additional add on food came out faster than the packet. The host only check on us more frequent towards the end of packet. The add on people of 5 cos more as much as the birthday packet it's left. In addition, knowing we had on people, they didn't give us the additional arcade cards and didn't add on more food. They literally provided the same amount of food. I made the best of it and try not to show my disappointment expression. I am sad to say, I will not be using their service again. read more

I lived in Manteca for many years, and didn't realize that we had such a great bowling alley next to us. I pass it up because the outside is not very pleasing to the eye and thought the inside would be just the same, but I recently took my granddaughter there and was pleasantly surprised by everything. Not only was it really clean inside the service was excellent. We ordered the strawberry salad, and the cauliflower, buffalo, and shared the cookie ice cream dessert, which was amazing. Our server, Makarios, was amazing. He was very attentive to everything. He left us wanting to come back again. My granddaughter had a great time and we were just talking about how nice he was.. The service at the bar lacks as they talk too much and ignore you. It wouldn't be as big a deal but when you are bowling league, you can't be waiting forever. Also, it's hot as heck in there! They need to fix the AC for lanes 1-20!!! They also need to have lights on for league bowlers to practice as we need to see the markers. read more

if you enjoy bowling in a league, Lucky Strike aka: Bowlero is definitely not the place for you. West Lanes in Stockton or Yosemite lanes in Modesto may be a better fit. They are much more accommodating. There is no comparison. For league bowlers. Especially if you like to practice during the week. Lucky Strike in Manteca refuses to turn on overhead lighting for league bowlers so it's impossible to see your marks. I would not be surprised if they eliminate league bowling all together, which may be a blessing if they don't make some changes. It continues to decline for those of us that enjoy being in a League. They just recently permanently closed down the pro shop so if you need just the basics, tape, powder, ball cleaner, glove or any other accessory your out of luck. Not sure who thought that was a great idea? I'm in two leagues there now but next winter league I'm headed elsewhere. The price of sodas, beers and cocktails are outrageous compared to the other two houses. The Air Conditioner cannot keep up, its like a sweat box in the summer. Their understaffed when it comes to keeping up with equipment malfunctions or resetting pins. Constantly having to change lanes in the middle of a 3 game series. Since Bowlero took over League Play has pretty much been put on back burner. Very disappointing. Lots of previous patrons especially league bowlers have gone elsewhere. I believe at the Lucky strike in Brentwood and thought I could use my membership here at the one in Manteca but when they use my member's card number, it doesn't come up in their system and on a Sunday at 3:30. It cost $12 a game to bowl which is ridiculous. read more

Attended the Lucky Launch Party. Great vibes and customer service. Although there was a long line it went by smooth, fast, and everyone was nice. Extremely disappointed with their customer service...or lack there of. Multiple open lanes and was placed on a wait list. We were the first name on the wait list. Waited for one hour before our text message that our lane was ready. Unbeknownst to us they sent that message out to multiple parties at once. Waited in the "check-in" line, no cashier, long line formed behind us. The cashier at the "check-out" lane helped a guest and a second line of anxious customers began forming line to check in. The staff was checking in people that were crowding the desk and not in any organized fashion whatsoever ever. When I asked if there was a clerk at the station for the "check-in" line, the reply was "no, sorry you will have to get back in line to check in". Everyone that was behind us began rushing to get in line, again. I was the first in line and the staff knew that and made no effort to acknowledge that our party was waiting in line first. Service is subpar and will not be back. I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating. read more
