It was a fun event at the launch party at Lucky strike in Manteca! Great DJ, fun atmosphere and pretty decent food for the price!

Amazing service from the staff, specifically Dave. We came with our daughters and they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure they had the best time. Thank you so much to the staff at Lucky Strike, we will definitely be back for birthday parties & all the rest!

Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place…read moreand how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

The customer service was top notch, and the children loved the food. They had a lot of fun bowling and playing games together. My hostess Deja( spelling) was excellent, and the manager & assistant manager as well. They came to check in on our party to make sure we were taken care of. They take care of EVERYTHING!!! Great job Bowlero

Northern Lights Arcade - PLINKO game (The Price is Right) inside Northern Lights Arcade, Great Wolf Lodge. I was shocked it only gives one PLINKO chip, per turn.

We had so much fun playing at the Northern Lights Arcade, inside Great Wolf Lodge (Manteca, CA). We…read morewere told by staff the arcade is 24/7. However, the posted hours are different. Not sure which one is correct. A clarification would be nice. We were a little disappointed that the PLINKO game only gives one PLINKO chip to play per turn. You have to get it to slide through the middle to earn more chips to play with. Sadly, we did not. We only earned 30 and 50 tickets each time we played. The jackpot is earned by landing in the "B" at the bottom. We mostly earned tickets by playing Pop the Lock, my son has played this before at another arcade (D&B). So, he is pretty good at it. He won the jackpot twice. At Northern Lights Arcade you can keep playing for extra tokens/paw points, but it will not give you the jackpot (only 100 tickets). So, it does not seem worth it. However, you can decide for yourself! :) We also played The Wizard of Oz coin pushing/card collecting game. We built up quite a nice, little pile of cards, plus red and green coins. However, at the end of the night (close to 10:00pm) they are supposed to reset it. It wasn't even 8:00pm and we were still playing other games, they reset the machine. It makes it a lot harder to win. :( They have some cute prizes for thousands of tickets. I forgot to take photo inside the prize area. They had a Playstation light that has the quintessential shapes of the controller (square, circle, triangle and X). It was 9,000 tickets. We did not have that much, although we were close. We opted to save our tickets and go home with a few fruit punch Tootsie Rolls.

Some of the best games are missing like Connect 4 Hoops or an actual basketball versus game with a normal rim rather than a plastic 3 foot wide rim. 2. There are basically no classic arcade games like Rampage, Street Fighter II, or NBA Jam which would add a lot of value. 3. The ticketing system still uses paper tickets. 4. Expensive.

I asked for pizzas to be put in and ready around 5:45. It wasn't until 6:15 that I received my pizzas. I ordered an extra pizza and it was delivered to the other party and wasn't caught until I asked our attendant. 2. All of the attractions were closed with the exception of the go karts and the 3-D theater. We had the 6 attractions included in our party package. When I spoke to the lead regarding my frustrations she claimed that all attractions were open earlier in the day. It doesn't help when you have a party later in the day. My party went out to the boats and there was no attendant. When asked about the bumper cars, we were told they do not work and there was no staff to help with that attraction. It would have been nice to know that the attractions were going to be closed 3.The lead refused to give me her name when asked and was very rude towards me. 4. The floor and the back counter were disgusting when we arrived for a party. There was frosting all on the counter. Our attendant was nice and I did not feel out the questionnaire truthfully and regards to cleanliness. She was occupied with the other party which required me to seek her out for refills/wristbands/etc.

I spoke with Sarb, and he was very helpful. He told me they still had availability for our event, which was a relief. What impressed me the most was that they offered us time to set up before the event started. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready, making it easy to get everything organized. Since we were working with kids, we didn't use the throwing axe area, but we did enjoy some exciting laser tag. you could bring your own water and cake or cupcakes, but you needed to buy your food from them. They used Mountain Mike's pizza for food orders, which was located off Robinhood. There was a bit of confusion among the workers because some understood the rules differently than others. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. The laser tag room was amazing! It had two stories and was really well put together. Honestly, I can't explain how fun it was--you just have to see it for yourself! The kids had a blast playing there, and believe me, it's definitely a workout! They got to play four different games, so there was always something new to try. When you first arrive, you need to sign some waivers and set up your account. They take a picture of you, which goes up on a big screen at the end of your game, showing your score. Everyone was excited to see who had the most points! The atmosphere was lively, and everyone was laughing and cheering. It was a great way to spend the day, and I can't wait to go back again. If you're looking for fun and excitement, this place is a must-visit!

I know the world is pricey today but just seemed a little high to me.. my daughter who is 4 immediately was upset because the sounds were too loud and ended up not playing at all but we weren't able to get refunded and were told this from the beginning but we decided to give it a go.. oh well lol Like I said the staff was very nice to me and my kids but I really don't see us going back again.. maybe for a birthday party if it's worth it..

We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.

They have games where you can play for tickets if you want, and they have games that you can play just for the fun of it. My favorite is the carnival-style water shooter game, where you compete against someone to see who can fill up the tank with a water gun first. The prizes are pretty much what you would expect from an arcade. It's geared towards kids, so they obviously have prizes for kids, but you can still get candy or other little trinkets that are alright. All in all, I love coming here. The only criticism I have is the location, but that's not really the arcade's fault. It's located in a dead/dying mall, so there's no good food. Maybe Charlies Sandwiches but thats it. You can't pause playing and just grab a quick bite to eat. You have to leave the mall and then come back. But if they relocated somewhere else, the rent might be more expensive, so I don't blame the arcade for its location. It's just something you have to keep in mind when visiting.
