They have an amazing Sunday special for $14.65, which includes shoe rental and 2.5 hours of bowling. Just keep in mind that you need a minimum of 3 players and must arrive before 7 PM to take advantage of the deal. We ordered the loaded fries and lemon pepper chicken wings, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and I loved the variety of music they played throughout the evening--Spanish, rap, old school, reggae, and more. I recently moved to the area and completely fell in love with this bowling alley. I'll definitely be coming back.

There are weekly specials, Sunday it's $14.95 minimum 3 or more persons per lane, with shoes included until closing time. That is not a bad deal at all! The inside of this establishment is very old, the flooring, furniture and colors definitely show their age. There a small bar area, with some high tops and seats, however, I found their drink price are over priced! $21 for a double Tito's and cranberry, seems outrageous for this area. Service was ok, we met a friendly young woman at the bar and cracked some jokes with her. Probably not a bowling alley that I would come back to, not anytime soon. But if you're looking for some games and cheap definitely come here on a Sunday after 7 PM. You'll basically get unlimited bowling until closing for about $15 a person.

**updated to two stars since corporate called me to not only apologize but also make it crystal…read moreclear the AG Bowling shop is not under AMF and is a 3rd party vendor under their roof. Still would not recommend as no one inherently knows they're not the same thing. AG Bowling and their treatment of customers is a direct reflection of AMF being under the same roof. AMF, raise your customer service standards and hold everyone accountable. You do not get a free pass for being a 3rd party vendor. We've been going here for 3 years. Today is our last day coming. Specifically because of the rude, bald man in the ball shop. He lacks basic human communication skills, he has ZERO customer service training and he acts like he has to spit shine the balls himself. My husband's ball was absolutely destroyed by the ball return on lane 10 today. I went to the front to complain, which I NEVER do, but this has never happened to us. I told her that I wanted to bring it to their attention, as well as check if they offer some sort of polishing service. Not for free, not comped, just a service offered, period. I was going to pay to have my husbands ball polished. The woman was beyond kind, took me seriously, apologized and then brought me over to the little ball office where the bald man works. As soon as the woman explained what happened, he immediately denied it happened and accused me of lying. He said the scratch marks were old cause they were black. The ball kept returning to us blacker and blacker and my husband kept having to clean his ball between throws. This polishing act obviously will make the grease fill the new scratch marks. That's when we started to notice more. It ended up getting stuck for the third and final time. It came back with 7 new scratches and a glob of like tar or oil. At this point we knew it was the ball return doing this and not us just noticing old scratch marks. It was absolutely asinine that this rude bald man said we made it up. We didn't make anything up, we're normal people who like to bowl. I explained this and he said "well why didn't you bring it as soon as you noticed?" We did... that's what this conversation is. If I brought it with 1 scratch mark, you'd deny it and call me a liar. If I came with more, like I am now, you'll deny it and call me a liar. It's obvious it's your equipment. Ironically my husband bought all 3 of his balls from this rude bald man. All we wanted was acknowledgement that it happened, and to polish the ball. Again, not for free. This entire negative interaction was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Let's practice for next time: "Hey I'm sorry that happened. I'll gladly take it, it just might take 2 weeks due to the damage. It costs x amount. Next time, if you happen to notice earlier, bring it to us asap, so it doesn't get worse." Super easy, but you'd have to have the brain cells and the capacity to do so, right? This guy is a Neanderthal and could never. He was rude, reluctant, abrasive, defensive and condescending. He shouldn't work with people, or interact with the public in any capacity for that matter. I wouldn't recommend this shop in any capacity, and I wouldn't interact with this rude bald man if I had a gun to my head. If you decide to bowl here, use their balls and let those get ruined without responsibility or care.

I took my son to Wow Alley, during off-peak hours. The atmosphere is bright, modern, contemporary,…read moreoverall pleasant, And very clean. There is a narrow Passageway that connects the wow factory to the bowling alley. However we used the official entrance to the bowling alley. There are approximately 12 lanes I believe, six separated by a nice bar area with seating flanked by another six. There was a wide selection of balls of all weights and width of finger holes. There was also a handicapped Lane. There are nice tables around the seating area, as well as electronic bumpers optional on all lanes. My favorite part of this particular bowling alley apart from the friendly helpful staff, is the fact that you can ahead of time, reserve lanes for your party by time and for how long you think you will be there.

So last night My friend and I and his two kids decided to try this place out for the first time,…read moreand to say we had a bad experience is putting it extremely light on my part. First of all it's not a "real" bowling alley it's pins on a string that reset being pulled up and down, the lanes are smaller and very tightly together, not my favorite personally, I like the sound and feel of real pins, but that wasn't what made it a bad experience, we were there so the kids could have fun. So we get there right before 9 on a Saturday night, nobody is on the front counter or "bar" to help us out get a lane, waited about 5 minutes and someone showed up, asked us if we had reservations for a lane, told them no we just walked in, he got us a lane, we decided to play for 2 hour since 1 might just be to fast for the kids to enjoy themselves. This was probably the most expensive bowling alley I've ever been to, they charged me $100 for 4 people with shoes, and when I told him one was a 5 year old kid, it didn't matter because the price was the same. Fine we paid and got assigned a lane. We get to the lane and the machine to put the bowlers name is not working, wouldn't let us edit it, it when we asked for help another girl that worked there just handed me a piece of paper and told me to write the names In order and she'll do it from the computer on the desk... Uhmm ok. So after we played our first game we decided to get some snacks and drinks, went over to the counter to ask if I could get a menu, the girl told me that the kitchen was closed, I looked at my watch it was about 9:45, said that the kitchen closes at 10 and they are no longer making any food.... now remember it's Saturday night! Ok.. that was annoying specially since everybody likes to snack at bowling alleys, walked over to the bar, nobody there. Waited... looked around... nothing! Probably could've gotten drinks myself and no one would've cared. Came back to my lane... sorry they are all closed. Started playing our second game. In the middle of our game, the lights came on fully bright as to tell us they were about to close and this was about 10:15, the girl from the counter was walking around collecting balls and just totally making us feel uncomfortable as we played, it felt like they were trying to get us to leave so they can close and go about their business. So I asked her can you please dim the lights, we're in the middle of our game. To which I get, I'm sorry we have to start cleaning up, that is what made our experience a really terrible one. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are a lot of better bowling alleys out there that are nowhere near as overpriced as this place. Zero costumer service, and Zero fun experience. Last time me and my friends set foot on this place. ***STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE READING THIS***
