Where do I even start? In need of a date out of the house and on a budget? Look no further! I love coming here with my boyfriend. We usually go to the location off 84. We tried this location out recently and absolutely loved it. It's spacious and had a lot of lanes open despite bowling leagues being there. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They took our Groupon with no problem. Can't beat two hours of unlimited bowling with shoe rentals included! They also have deals for days throughout the week for all ages. The place looks great and it was very clean overall. I will definitely be coming back to this location again soon!

Bowlero it's always a great idea for a team building event or to hang out with friends ! Clean and it's always fun with great food, appetizers to choose from ! We order a big platter and a pitcher to share ! It's not too busy in the weekdays !

Super fun place! Staff was nice and friendly, but the waiter for the lanes was super slow so we had to get our own drinks from the bar. Also when we cashed out we were overcharged $5 but I don't think the guy knew how to put in the promo code so we left it alone. The lanes are nice, well kept, and there are music videos and things to watch. Bathrooms were horrible. I do not recommend using them if at all possible. But I know that's difficult. Just saying.

Recently brought my niece here to go bowling with a friend. We had so much fun bowling. The service was great and the entire experience was pretty smooth. I was skeptical about the food but to my surprise it was very good. Definitely recommend for a fun evening out!

Bye bye Sawgrass lanes hello Bowlero. I haven't been bowling since the Pandemic. My family and I decided to by Tuesday night for a couple games. They had a special buy two games get the third one free. We had fun. We ordered food and drinks. The sweet chili wings was so good we had three orders- our waitress recommended and she was spot on. We had a pepperoni pizza and the garlic crust took the pizza to another level. I had two round of blue Long Island this drink is not to be played with.

They have so many classic games and others we never heard of along with gaming console systems. There is food and drinks too and some vending toy machines. Looking forward to returning for more gaming entertainment.

The place is dark with blacklights and cool murals of cartoon, anime and VG characters on the wall. There are specialty slushies you can get. There is alcohol. They have an old gamer staple: Bawls The cover charge is 15 dollars per hour which is awesome. You can definitely spend a whole day in there easily and not break the bank. I loved the variety of the cabinets. Theres traditional and modded cabinets with tons of oldschool games to play. Beat em ups, fighting, racing, hunting, DDR, rythm games, console games like gamecube in the front. They even have a sailormoon S beat em up. Im a hardcore sailor moon fan so it was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean. There is one big flaw with this place. Many of the games I played had buttons that would stick so I was unable to play them. Games in particular are the Spiderman beat-em-up in the second room, the DJ rythm game (not sure what its called. The one in japanese), the other rythm music game in the cornor of the second room, metal slug X, melty blood. The sailormoon game also. Oh and the L.A. shooting game with the guns doesnt have any rumble on them. The cabinets that have a ton of games in them are cool but the buttons arent mapped to each game. If you play a fighting game that has 6 buttons and theres a bunch of combination moves you can do with all those buttons but only 4 of those buttons are programmed to the game, you cant do the moves and theres no point in playing it. To get the full experience out of this arcade, I would suggest the owner go through each cabinet and set up every game to where the buttons can correctly do what they are supposed to do. There is no point having a million games if you cant play any of them because of broken buttons and mapping issues. It needs weekly maintenance. I understand that kids can be really rough with the buttons but if you dont fix the buttons then whats the point of having the games there if you cant play them? Its really easy to map the buttons. That would fix half of the problems. My fiancee said it best "its like playing cup and ball without the string. And you have to keep picking the ball up off of the ground. " Huge potential for this place. It could be 5 stars with maintennence. I see the vision.

Owned by Jonathan Demare, Arcade Time Entertainment has been open for three years and operates a small chain of arcades in Jacksonville, Wellington, and The Falls Miami. They hope to expand to 39 locations by 2027. My generation grew up in arcades. As home entertainment systems evolved more people stayed home to play games but nostalgia has brought the arcade back reinventing it for a new generation. Some of the other Arcade Time Entertainment locations have a restaurant but this one is just games. This arcade is brighter and cleaner than the ones I remember from my youth. Games here include arcade games, virtual reality and motion simulation. In a back room is the retro games I grew up on like Pac Man and Donkey Kong. Cards start at $20 for 400 credits and go up to $250 for $7,000 credits and special game pricing. Arcade Time welcomes birthday parties and camp groups. It is nice to see an all ages entertainment option has been added to the mall. Oh and if you are still looking for Victoria's Secret it has been relocated further down in the same hallway as the Old Navy.

It took us a few minutes to figure out our bearings inside because the sales counter is deep inside the business - but once we found where we were supposed to be we were met with friendly staff who helped us out. There was one hole that was a challenge - I'd say a 1/4 of our time was spent trying to sink this hole. Every 30 minutes they play a round of trivia for prizes - it was dead when we started so the kids made bank with goofy prizes. The blacklight made all the decor stand out and is just generally fun. I enjoyed reading the play on word characters across the walls. For additional money you can play in their arcade area, enjoy air hockey, or take a chance at the laser maze.

It's very dirty, and I don't just mean germs, but there is so much trash everywhere (floor, inside the jungle, under and behind all of the arcade games). Last time I went, I spent an hour walking around the whole place picking up trash. The water fountains have mold. The bathrooms never have toilet paper. Half of the arcade games don't work and the ones that do steal your money oftentimes. The inflatables are ripped in so many places with leaking air and are taped up wi the bandages. Water bottles are not even allowed so we have to go up to the counter every time we are thirsty and ask for our water bottles. The TVs are not on for the grown ups and the WiFi is lousy. The staff act like they don't care about their job and the extent of their cleaning is walking around with a broom once every now and then. I would love to see this place completely renovated, updated, deep cleaned and restored with NEW inflatables and arcade games like Mario Kart. I would not recommend coming here. Will I return? Unfortunately, because my kids like it.

Still would not recommend as no one inherently knows they're not the same thing. AG Bowling and their treatment of customers is a direct reflection of AMF being under the same roof. AMF, raise your customer service standards and hold everyone accountable. You do not get a free pass for being a 3rd party vendor. We've been going here for 3 years. Today is our last day coming. Specifically because of the rude, bald man in the ball shop. He lacks basic human communication skills, he has ZERO customer service training and he acts like he has to spit shine the balls himself. My husband's ball was absolutely destroyed by the ball return on lane 10 today. I went to the front to complain, which I NEVER do, but this has never happened to us. I told her that I wanted to bring it to their attention, as well as check if they offer some sort of polishing service. Not for free, not comped, just a service offered, period. I was going to pay to have my husbands ball polished. The woman was beyond kind, took me seriously, apologized and then brought me over to the little ball office where the bald man works. As soon as the woman explained what happened, he immediately denied it happened and accused me of lying. He said the scratch marks were old cause they were black. The ball kept returning to us blacker and blacker and my husband kept having to clean his ball between throws. This polishing act obviously will make the grease fill the new scratch marks. That's when we started to notice more. It ended up getting stuck for the third and final time. It came back with 7 new scratches and a glob of like tar or oil. At this point we knew it was the ball return doing this and not us just noticing old scratch marks. It was absolutely asinine that this rude bald man said we made it up. We didn't make anything up, we're normal people who like to bowl. I explained this and he said "well why didn't you bring it as soon as you noticed?" We did... that's what this conversation is. If I brought it with 1 scratch mark, you'd deny it and call me a liar. If I came with more, like I am now, you'll deny it and call me a liar. It's obvious it's your equipment. Ironically my husband bought all 3 of his balls from this rude bald man. All we wanted was acknowledgement that it happened, and to polish the ball. Again, not for free. This entire negative interaction was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Let's practice for next time: "Hey I'm sorry that happened. I'll gladly take it, it just might take 2 weeks due to the damage. It costs x amount. Next time, if you happen to notice earlier, bring it to us asap, so it doesn't get worse." Super easy, but you'd have to have the brain cells and the capacity to do so, right? This guy is a Neanderthal and could never. He was rude, reluctant, abrasive, defensive and condescending. He shouldn't work with people, or interact with the public in any capacity for that matter. I wouldn't recommend this shop in any capacity, and I wouldn't interact with this rude bald man if I had a gun to my head. If you decide to bowl here, use their balls and let those get ruined without responsibility or care.
