Horrible disorganized place. Went with a bunch of kids had to go to desk 4 times . Had to just throw a ball down lane to get thing to reset and then asked guy to add a game or two for the little kids. You would think spending $200 between bowling ,shoe rentals, food and games and a broken lane that needed technical assistance would be enough that they would say 'sure' no biggie. However this was a big deal because the owner of the place apparently does not have enough confidence in his employees to allow them to make that decision. Won't be going back to this place anymore. I've come here many times over the last 15 or so years. This is my favorite place to bowl. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a lot of lanes. The atmosphere is always lively and fun. The lanes are good, meaning, they're smooth and playable. Some places I've gone have had bad, bumpy, uneven lanes. They have pool tables, arcade games, a good food and drink selection and the bartenders always make good drinks. I always take advantage of their specials and reserve my lane online in advance. I definitely recommend giving them a shot if you're looking to go bowling. read more

Where do I even start? In need of a date out of the house and on a budget? Look no further! I love coming here with my boyfriend. We usually go to the location off 84. We tried this location out recently and absolutely loved it. It's spacious and had a lot of lanes open despite bowling leagues being there. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They took our Groupon with no problem. Can't beat two hours of unlimited bowling with shoe rentals included! They also have deals for days throughout the week for all ages. Also when we cashed out we were overcharged $5 but I don't think the guy knew how to put in the promo code so we left it alone. The lanes are nice, well kept, and there are music videos and things to watch. Bathrooms were horrible. I do not recommend using them if at all possible. But I know that's difficult. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures. This place is massive. Can accommodate a lot of people. The staff is very friendly and really nice. They just want people to have fun. They have a huge arcade in the middle. The only downside is the food. It was just okay. The pizza was not good lol but it's a bowling place. Bye bye Sawgrass lanes hello Bowlero. I haven't been bowling since the Pandemic. My family and I decided to by Tuesday night for a couple games. They had a special buy two games get the third one free. We had fun. We ordered food and drinks. The sweet chili wings was so good we had three orders- our waitress recommended and she was spot on. I always go here to bowl . It is so fun and better to go at night , especially on Fridays because they bring down the lights and turn the music up . There's food too , but the food is alright . This used to be sawgrass lanes but for some time already it was changed to bowlero. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. The lanes kept malfunctioning, and when we brought it to their attention, they acted like it was a bother. We barely got to enjoy our time bowling because things were constantly breaking or not working properly. To make it worse, they refused to give us a refund or even offer a discount for the inconvenience. The food was disgusting--definitely not worth the high prices they charge. Overall, the whole visit was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend going to this Bowlero Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else that values their customers. read more

We took our 10 year old niece out to Bowlero to have her first experience bowling. The bowling alley itself is awesome. We met Joey who got us all set to have a great time bowling. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The alley is clean and shoes were like new and super comfortable. The lanes are well maintained, lots of bowling balls to choose from and the set up is easy to understand so you can keep track of the scores. It even has different themes to choose from which makes it fun for kids and even the food was good. They even have a small Arcade area. So we bought a package that offered $5 per card to have our niece to enjoy Arcade games after bowling. I want to say this establishment is awesome. Highly recommend, but we just had a little experience that I felt needed to be mentioned. Sorry for the length but details are important. Now for the most part the day was amazing until we went to the Arcade area. We went to reload my nieces arcade card with more points so she can enjoy some more games. We followed the instructions where to put the card to reload and we insert money...easy peasy. In went our money but when we checked the points none showed up. Hmmmm?? So we asked one of the server staff who we could talk to about this and they pointed us to a gentlemen at the desk. He is the manager and I think his name was Wegman (not sure). We patiently wait on line to speak with him and we walk up and tell him what happened. We were not yelling and speaking in normal tones...and being respectful of his time. Now I will totally give someone a "pass" on having a bad day, but OMG this man was so aggressive. Annoyed from the moment we said we lost money. Now, just some context...my husband & I have been in customer service industry for a long time and it has always been our thinking even if you may not agree with the customer, the customer's needs are important. You should listen and be empathetic. The Manager came out from behind the counter in a huff and stormed over to the machine. He brings up the screen on the machine and says NO you couldn't have put anything in here. These are ALL the transactions. So we again politely said well the machine took our money but no points. It has to be in there?He even opened the door and took the money box walked away and came back and said again NO the money was not in here. At this point my husband and I assured him the money was accepted by the machine and not sure why it didn't show there. The Manager slams the door to the machine and walked away shaking his head. My niece was asking why is that man so angry and why would he think we would lie about what happened. I told her life is too short to be like that and we will just chalk this one up as a loss. Not worth dealing with such disgust and anger for customer. Really sad. Never once did we come at this person or act aggressive...we treat people as we want to be treated. Honestly, it was about the experience for my niece. It was not worth having anymore conversations with this Manager or to make a scene about this lost money...not worth it. We plan to take my niece to another place with Arcade and hope no issues. LOL. Special thanks to Tio for his kindness and understanding and to listening to us. He couldn't do anything but just the fact he cared enough to listen means the world. People like Tio are why we know there are still good people in the world. PLEASE VISIT this establishment because for the most part you will have a great time and experience. Would have given a five had it not been for this unfortunate situation. read more
