Walked into the arcade. Cool vibe. I thought it was small but there are two other rooms with a ton…read moreof games. The place is dark with blacklights and cool murals of cartoon, anime and VG characters on the wall. There are specialty slushies you can get. There is alcohol. They have an old gamer staple: Bawls The cover charge is 15 dollars per hour which is awesome. You can definitely spend a whole day in there easily and not break the bank. I loved the variety of the cabinets. Theres traditional and modded cabinets with tons of oldschool games to play. Beat em ups, fighting, racing, hunting, DDR, rythm games, console games like gamecube in the front. They even have a sailormoon S beat em up. Im a hardcore sailor moon fan so it was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean. There is one big flaw with this place. Many of the games I played had buttons that would stick so I was unable to play them. Games in particular are the Spiderman beat-em-up in the second room, the DJ rythm game (not sure what its called. The one in japanese), the other rythm music game in the cornor of the second room, metal slug X, melty blood. The sailormoon game also. Oh and the L.A. shooting game with the guns doesnt have any rumble on them. The cabinets that have a ton of games in them are cool but the buttons arent mapped to each game. If you play a fighting game that has 6 buttons and theres a bunch of combination moves you can do with all those buttons but only 4 of those buttons are programmed to the game, you cant do the moves and theres no point in playing it. To get the full experience out of this arcade, I would suggest the owner go through each cabinet and set up every game to where the buttons can correctly do what they are supposed to do. There is no point having a million games if you cant play any of them because of broken buttons and mapping issues. It needs weekly maintenance. I understand that kids can be really rough with the buttons but if you dont fix the buttons then whats the point of having the games there if you cant play them? Its really easy to map the buttons. That would fix half of the problems. My fiancee said it best "its like playing cup and ball without the string. And you have to keep picking the ball up off of the ground. " Huge potential for this place. It could be 5 stars with maintennence. I see the vision.

So many games and so many rooms. The place is much bigger when you first walk in. We arrived and…read morewere instantly greeted with all the details with a friendly staff member. They have so many classic games and others we never heard of along with gaming console systems. There is food and drinks too and some vending toy machines. The location is a nondescript strip mall that could use some more signage. There is plenty of parking. They also have space for parties in the way back room. Looking forward to returning for more gaming entertainment.

Bowlero is a really nice bowling alley, but damn, they are at shady as hell level with how they do…read morebusiness. We recently got some free bowling passes due to an unfixable lane malfunction when we last went to bowl. A few weeks later I decided to go by to use the free passes with my kids. When I arrived, I told them I had the free passes and that we wanted to bowl. They then told me I couldn't use the passes by themselves and that I would have to buy a package of 3 games and shoes and that I'd get a "free" $5 arcade card for each kid. The total? It would be $80 for my 2 kids to bowl. EIGHTY DOLLARS FOR 2 KIDS TO BOWL. And that apparently included a discount off of the regular price, in lieu of actually getting the free game I was supposed to get with the pass. Very shady business practices. I absolutely won't be back, I don't care how cool the lanes are.

Went bowling last night with some friends. I haven't been here in years but was happy to see it…read morerevamped and updated. It cost $40 per person to play 3 games with a shoe rental and a $5 arcade card. I haven't been bowling in a while but $40 a person seemed steep. Maybe it's just inflation and they're all like that? Who knows. We got settled in our lane and got our shoes on. We then ordered the beer tower of 100 ounces which was another $40 but that price was justifiable (An automatic 18% gratuity was added on the bill fyi. )The arcade card only got us a few games but it was a good time. I got my butt whooped in basketball Anywho we enjoyed ourselves but was exhausted by the 3rd round. It's nice inside and the perfect place to go if you want to bowl. We debated other spots but we would of had to park further away, walk there and probably join a waitlist..

**updated to two stars since corporate called me to not only apologize but also make it crystal…read moreclear the AG Bowling shop is not under AMF and is a 3rd party vendor under their roof. Still would not recommend as no one inherently knows they're not the same thing. AG Bowling and their treatment of customers is a direct reflection of AMF being under the same roof. AMF, raise your customer service standards and hold everyone accountable. You do not get a free pass for being a 3rd party vendor. We've been going here for 3 years. Today is our last day coming. Specifically because of the rude, bald man in the ball shop. He lacks basic human communication skills, he has ZERO customer service training and he acts like he has to spit shine the balls himself. My husband's ball was absolutely destroyed by the ball return on lane 10 today. I went to the front to complain, which I NEVER do, but this has never happened to us. I told her that I wanted to bring it to their attention, as well as check if they offer some sort of polishing service. Not for free, not comped, just a service offered, period. I was going to pay to have my husbands ball polished. The woman was beyond kind, took me seriously, apologized and then brought me over to the little ball office where the bald man works. As soon as the woman explained what happened, he immediately denied it happened and accused me of lying. He said the scratch marks were old cause they were black. The ball kept returning to us blacker and blacker and my husband kept having to clean his ball between throws. This polishing act obviously will make the grease fill the new scratch marks. That's when we started to notice more. It ended up getting stuck for the third and final time. It came back with 7 new scratches and a glob of like tar or oil. At this point we knew it was the ball return doing this and not us just noticing old scratch marks. It was absolutely asinine that this rude bald man said we made it up. We didn't make anything up, we're normal people who like to bowl. I explained this and he said "well why didn't you bring it as soon as you noticed?" We did... that's what this conversation is. If I brought it with 1 scratch mark, you'd deny it and call me a liar. If I came with more, like I am now, you'll deny it and call me a liar. It's obvious it's your equipment. Ironically my husband bought all 3 of his balls from this rude bald man. All we wanted was acknowledgement that it happened, and to polish the ball. Again, not for free. This entire negative interaction was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Let's practice for next time: "Hey I'm sorry that happened. I'll gladly take it, it just might take 2 weeks due to the damage. It costs x amount. Next time, if you happen to notice earlier, bring it to us asap, so it doesn't get worse." Super easy, but you'd have to have the brain cells and the capacity to do so, right? This guy is a Neanderthal and could never. He was rude, reluctant, abrasive, defensive and condescending. He shouldn't work with people, or interact with the public in any capacity for that matter. I wouldn't recommend this shop in any capacity, and I wouldn't interact with this rude bald man if I had a gun to my head. If you decide to bowl here, use their balls and let those get ruined without responsibility or care.

We also got some of their large alcoholic drinks to share which were pretty sweet. It would've been nice to have more options, but I think they only had two specialities for the share size.
