The box was torn on all 4 corners and taped up. The cord looked 10 years old and the velcro strap on it was all frayed. The pc didn't come in a box and looked old. It had scratches all over it. They put their company sticker on top to cover up deep scratches in the metal. I called 4 times and left 2 messages . They never answered or returned my messages. I even emailed them twice and sent them pics. They never responded back. Obviously they don't deliver what they promise and could care less about you after you've received your order . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The floor is very sticky all over the place. The fast service place never acknowledged is standing at the counter for 10min. We went to the sit down restaurant and service was slow there. The food was just okay and the kids meal doesn't come with a drink. Also pizza comes with "fruit" it was 4 orange slices and my niece didn't even eat oranges.

I watched a mother trying to aid her child who had just had an accident. (peed at the front steps of the first play area) This mother asked not one, but THREE staff members for either napkins or some sort of wipe to clean her child and the play area up. Why did the staff find it appropriate to stand behind the front desk giggling in this mother's face about her child peeing? Not only did they not help this mother get any form of paper towels, but they felt the need to also gossip about this to the other staff members that passed by... the only person I saw actually attempt to clean the area in a timely manner was a young man in a blue and red flannel. Luckily I had some baby wipes on me and was able to give these to the mother to clean her child up. I am severely disappointed with today's staff and I hope the manger at minimum speaks with them about their unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

You don't see the physical tickets anymore so the whole experience just isn't the same. I wish they would bring back their old games, token and ticket experience, otherwise the game room isn't worth it imo.
