They had no problem fixing it and brought me a new dish without any hassle. That says a lot about their commitment to good service. They do still sell some bottled and canned alcoholic beverages, but a very limited variety. They also no longer have the shelves of packaged food for sale. They now have one tiny shelf with a limited variety of dry ramen. The new layout makes it feel much more like a take out sub shop style venue. I tried the pho, which was my first time...I usually get a banh mi...and they had an unusual option...Pho with ramen noddles instead of the traditional rice noodles. It was delicious! The broth was flavorful, the meat, herbs and bean sprouts were fresh, and the ramen noodles were great in Pho!
