I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, after multiple disappointing experiences, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Several expensive pieces of clothing were returned to us noticeably shrunk and permanently damaged. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the inconsistency in their cleaning process--some garments are apparently sent to a third party for cleaning, while others are cleaned in-house, with no transparency about how that decision is made. Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of accountability. Despite being given multiple opportunities to make things right, Bonded Cleaners never offered reimbursement, compensation, or any meaningful resolution for the damage to our clothing. Their only proposed solution was to have us bring the damaged garments back so they could attempt a stretching process. Once clothing has already been shrunk, that is not an acceptable remedy for expensive items, nor does it restore them to their original condition. We expected far better customer service from a business we had supported so consistently, and unfortunately, after giving them numerous opportunities to make things right, we can no longer recommend them.
