My favorite dry cleaner around! Friendly service with that small neighborhood feel. Have been using K's Custom Cleaners for years and even under new ownership the quality isn't changed at all. We take our business casual clothes here regularly so I couldn't think of anyone better to handle some precious items. After my mother passed away, I found some vintage dresses and her wedding gown in a cedar lined chest. Despite the age of the fabric and in some cases, stains, the dresses came out better than I could have hoped. Sorry now I didn't take any before pictures. I highly recommend them for even special clothing items. They took excellent care of her dresses. I have even used them for alterations. Great prices on cleaning services! I have been using this dry cleaner for the last year. The owner/Manager is very friendly and has taken the time to know me on a first name basis. Generally my dry cleaning consists of some dress shirts and occasionally pants. They always give a receipt and have never lost or damaged any of my clothing. Also, the clothes are cleaned in a timely manner with no delays. Also, on certain days of the week a seamstress is on location and on several occasions has measured and hemmed my sons pants and patched up rips. Don't go here. They ruined my new pair of pants that I only wore once then I had them dry cleaned here. Now they have a bleach stain. When I went back to ask them about it the employee said he remembered these pants & said that stain was already there. Which is a lie. Also, a shirt that I brought there at the same time was stained also. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I think they got my pants mixed up and attempted to alter them, cleaned them, and then gave them back to me. I didn't notice the damage until weeks later. It's a mistake than can be fixed, but an inconvenience for sure. read more

This place is the worst! I took a Free People high necked sundress in to have a slip sewn in because it was pretty sheer. The lady seemed to understand what I wanted. I got a call later that that day for my waist measurement. I said no I don't want the slip to start there I want it to start under my arms, so I went back and they measured around my chest. When I went to pick it up the next week I was horrified! My dress was now a skirt! WTF??!! I asked the man what happened!? He said they did what I wanted. I said no, I asked for a slip sewn into the dress. He kept arguing with me saying that's not what I said. Who does that with a customer? I asked for money to replace the dress $98.00) didn't get a clear answer about that. To get to the point I picked up my now skirt, took it back to the store and the owner gave me another dress since I shop there all the time. Stay away from this place, they don't do professional tailoring, don't listen to their customers and don't understand English. They are not the sweet Korean owners who used to own. I had been going to this cleaners for 2 1/2 years....mostly without incident. The service what you would expect and the pricing was on average. However this past fall I took in 3 short sleeve casual button up shirts that I had purchased from Nordstrom at a price tag of $75 each. Upon pick up I was told they didn't have them. I argued the fact that I did indeed drop them off however since I did not pay closer attention to my slips that I get, I had no proof. So out I went to repurchase the shirts. Two-three weeks later I go to pick up my dry cleaning....and low and behold...my shirts magically appeared. The gentleman at the counter, the same as before, suddenly spoke or understood very little English and kept saying "you have me the wrong information". Simply ludicrous and an obvious attempt to get out of the situation. I explained that I had repurchased the shirts and wanted to get remunerated since this was clearly their mistake. Again, his knowledge to speak or understand English as he kept repeating that I have him the wrong information. Frustrated, I left and vowed to keep track of my receipts and reconcile each time. A couple months passed when I took in 5 items, kept my receipt and went to pick them up. Since the first incident both he and I counted the items and went without incident. However this time when I got home with my 5 items and began to put them away, I noticed that two of the 5 items were not mine. I wish I had took a photo of the receipt however I did call the number on the ticket but it was out of service. I knew what was missing, two pair of dress slacks. I took the items back and said that he obviously gave me the wrong items and I wanted my two pair of dress slacks. He was busy so I simply said, we will discuss this in a few days when I returned. Again he acted like his English was non existent and kept saying in broken English..."you look your home". I repeated that why would I do that because he had them. So I stopped and repeated the situation and said that he gave me 5 items, which is what I dropped off but he gave me someone else's 2 items. I left and went back and his immediate words to me were..."you find your home?" So I had had enough and told him that I got screwed over once from him and it wasn't happening again. I clearly had my ticket, picked up the 5 items but 2 were not mine. He then proceeds to tell me that he gave me 7 items and That I did get my 5 items. Wait....WHAT????? I was going to have none of that and he and I argued....however he had no leg to stand on. My frustration grew at the immoral and unethical business practice that, how said he was the owner, displayed. At what point was this "business owner" going to admit that yes a mistake was made...obviously because he had given me someone else's uniform (it looked to be law enforcement of some kind). Now I had told him that I wasn't upset over the lost two pair of slacks, I was upset over his blatant immoral and unethical business practices. His response was ..."look at you and how you speak". Again...WHAT???!!! So for those doing business with this location , please be careful and 100% keep your receipts and check each item upon check out. While you may not have had an issue YET, when you do chances are his same business practices will shine through. So be careful. I exercised my rights and am no longer doing business there (and never will again) and have taken my $200 or so monthly average elsewhere. I have learned my lesson and will always reconcile my dry cleaning pickups. read more
