WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My wife dropped off our dog to get him groomed and was told that the cost would be $55. When I went to pick up my dog the price was suddenly $70 without notification. Not even a text or quick message to say there was any reason to increase the price. I told the owner I did not want to pay so much more because we were not notified ahead of time. She would not budge. BAD BAD BAD Then when my wife called later to find out why the huge difference in price the owner said "...don't come back" WTF??!! What kind of business owner does that? She became rude to the point that she hung up on my wife. THE RUDEST BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE EVER MET! -- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! -------- after seeing the LIES from Jenny, the business owner below, I just have to say that it doesn't matter what her lies are about my dog, who is well cared for, the issue is that you don't just arbitrarily raise pricing on a customer without notifying them first. I was very worried about coming mostly because my dog (almost two year old sib. Husky), is not used to being bathed by others. My dog was very nervous and to be honest, so was I. But I came in and Carolina, who was front desk, was super sweet and welcoming. At that moment, I knew the my dog would be in good hands.Also, the price, to me, was such a steal! We use to take them to petco/petsmart thats closer to our house but I hated leaving them for a long time because they would just be sitting in cages. I had my dog groomed at Luckys one time for $100 with a 10% discount for cash. The second time two months later I was going to return after clarifying the $100 I had paid previously I have to drive some distance to this location (30 minutes)for grooming and wanted to be sure of the same price as 2 months earlier. It was agreed after discussion and I made the appointment. When I arrived there was a homeless person raging around the front door. I finally parked at Carl's Jr.next-door. The owner came out because of the homeless issue. She told me that she would only groom the dog for $133. My dog is clean and very well kept and is 12 years old. She argued with her front desk person as that was not what was agreed. She apparently thought she had a captive audience as I had driven so far. I do not recommend this business and hopefully this review will discourage some innocent customer of being taken advantage of in the manner she tried with me. read more

Horrible! I asked for a sanitary cut, they didn't cut anything!!! I called in and they dared to lie to me so stupidly they did big they can't really do it cause it's irritating for the dog - wtf?! Are u kidding me, I paid for it and it's better so it's cleaned for the dog! My poor lil girl, when she saw me in the window she ran to me, u don't wanna know what these guys did to her! I brought her to the groomer on Montana and she was happy there, not scared like over there!! Unfortunately they had no opening otherwise I would have never gone tho these scammers!! Never again! I can't say enough about this place and about Max. I am very picky about where I take my dog as I have had some bad experiences in the past. I have been to Max twice and he really knows what he is doing. He listens to detail and does exactly what you ask. At previous groomers my dog would spend about 4-5 hours on site, and spend half the time sitting in a cage. At Lucky's it usually takes around 1 hour to an hour and a half. The salon is very clean and well maintained. The quality of service is outstanding and the price is relatively cheap compared to most groomers. I highly recommend Lucky's and Max. read more

Can't say enough positive things about these groomers! They didn't butcher my long haired Dachshund's haircut. He looks soooooo adorable. They know what they are doing and they are great at it. They helped me figure out how to groom my Ernie to look cute and also keep him cool while maintaining great hygiene (As we all know that long hair dogs get dingle berries in the hair near their butt and pee on their tummies) but also don't want them looking like they've just been "buzzed". Ernie goes in looking like a dirty matted fur ball and comes out looking like a show dog EVERY TIME! Price is great.
