It's super nice and they are very friendly and do a great job. I love their chairs and their prices. I would go back again and again. I went here for the first time and I am torn between a bad review and a Bad review and a good one. They were incredibly busy for a week day morning and I only waited about 30 seconds. I got a mani/pedi. The lady doing the pedi did a mediocre job. I paid extra for a deluxe and I feel like I did not get it. When I went home there was still dry skin on my feet that I easily removed myself. The lady that did the mani talked me into gel polish since it lasts longer. Once she had me sold she filed my nails, painted them, then have me some lotion for me to rub on my hands. She also talked to the pedi lady the whole time taking breaks to prop herself up on my leg while she socialized. I am satisfied with the paint job and no wait times and they were friendly during the brief interactions I had. I went in for a full set of regular $20 acrylic nails. A young lady named Mia was my nail tech. First off: she was Extremely RUDE in trying to convince me to purchase the gel set of nails. When i asked about the CND gel nails that were on the price board posted. She just handed me a book of nail gel tips and said pick color here. BUT NO, I am asking to see your CND brand polishes. NONE ARE OFFERED! This is false advertising & people beware!!!! Thats when Mia went in full vietnamese speaking mode & blasted me to her fellow co-workers. Everyone was looking at me including the other customers! I feel so violated & asked Mia was there a problem because clearly she is talking about me. Mia then said she was referring to food cooking in back. I'm like whatever Mia but you could refer directly to me if there is a problem with me asking a question. The only place I go to for my nails. They always take care of you and make sure there's an excellent service each time. Usually I have to been just going to Kim however each nail tech provides excellent service. I like the gel nails and they try new fun things. I've only got nails done from here but I know they provide waxing and other services has while. It's nice to have the massage chairs too! read more

I've been to this shop two times. One time for eyebrows and one time for gel nails and a pedicure. On both occasions no one bothered to speak or even acknowledge me as i stood there waiting. The wait both times was extremely long. They do great eyebrows but nails not so much. My nails had grown out by the end of the first week and my toe nail polish started to chip before two weeks was up. My gel nails were also very thick. I won't be going back. read more

Your staff embarrassing Patrons for coming in for cuticles that require extra service or a pedicure deluxe requiring extra care do not deserve to be reprimanded by your staff. If we could trim our cuticles and do our own pedicures you would be out of business. Your staff should not be allowed to talk about patrons and ridicule them. read more

I had to get a pedicure quickly. I was leaving on vacation the next morning and I wasn't able to get in to my regular salon. So I looked up on Yelp. There were mixed reviews for this Nail Salon. But really I just didn't have another alternative. I made an appointment for 5:30 I specifically said I can't wait around, so if I make this appointment I won't have to wait correct? She assured me I wouldn't. I get there and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes while people who didn't have appointments went right in front of me. I was getting the jello pedicure the second to most expensive pedicure. She put me in the chair and I sat there for A HALF HOUR! Finally I said something. I had waited a total of 50 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedicure. You are supposed to get a long message with this pedicure and a hot rock message too. In total she massaged me ( with the scrubs, gels, hot rocks, etc) a grand total of 5-7 minutes. I was astounded. I couldn't believe it was over. I told Lucy and she turned around and didn't say one thing to me. I would NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Awesome spot. Clean, inviting, the staff is friendly, and they do a great job. I have only had pedicures so far (I like the gel polish on my toe nails...it lasts a loooong time). But they have done a great job every time. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into a chair. However, I always go during the week. I've heard weekends are very busy, so just keep that in mind. Yes, the techs do prefer to be paid their tips in cash, but you can pay for the actual services by debit or credit card. I've been going to Lucy Nails for almost 20 years! Yes 20 years! For as long as I've been going I've gone to one nail tech. (I've tried others but have not been pleased.) I had a scheduled appointment at 6pm I called to let them know I'm running 10 minutes behind (I never rush as they are NEVER ready for me). I get to the salon at 6:08 pm and my nail tech is doing someone else. Therefore, they tell me to soak my nails to expedite the process. It's now after 7 and Ms. Kim tells me some else has to do my nails. This is not acceptable as I explained to her, I've been coming almost 20 years and no one else has done my nails. Several of the other techs explained to me that for some reason she (Ms. Kim) didn't want my my person to do my nails! I am highly upset and will no longer patronize this nail salon after my 20 year relationship. Luckily my nail tech agreed to do my nails apparently against the wishes of the owner! What kind of customer service is this after being a loyal customer for such a long period of time? What's even more disappointing is that the owner assumed I would SETTLE for someone else since my nails were gone! Avoid this salon as they get you in, tell you it's a few minutes, allow you to soak your feet and/or nails, but you are sometimes waiting an hour or more to have services rendered. DISAPPOINTED! Im new to the nail salon world and have been going to different places to find the perfect fit. I came to this salon because they came highly recommended by my friend who has been going there for over 7 years. She made us both an appointment to come in at the same time. I came first and they said they couldn't find my appointment. Then I pointed out my friends name and said she made an appointment for both of us. They were really busy and once I told her that she took me right away which I appreciated. She helped me pick out a color, was very upfront with the pricing of what I was getting and let me know when I wanted different things if it was going to be extra or not. Now the quality of the nails were amazing. It's only been one day so I can't say how well the gel polish lasts but it's definitely worth not having to wait for drying time. I have some very minor issues with the way they were painted but nothing that wouldn't stop me from making this my permanent nail salon. My first experience at this place was great and it might've been because my friend recommended me but overall worth it. read more

I had been going to them for a few years and to be honest, they're aren't the best. They don't know how to do nail designs...they just aren't good at it. So, I had to just start getting a basic fill-in with a regular nail color...and I shouldn't have to do that! Whenever I would make a nail appointment, I still had to wait an additional 20-30mins which defeats the purpose of making an appt. They'll rush through your nails and I've gotten burned by them a few times when getting a wax. There had been times where I felt as if they over charged me also. I now go to Luxe Nail Bar in Tucker, and they're MUCH better!! read more
