We got 2 Half Garlic Bread! It was that good!
Mayu D.

Don't get scared! The restaurant may look dark inside and no one may be seated, but you will have a great time! Food is really good, too! Ambiance -3/5. It looks like a charming old town Italian restaurant. Service - 4/5, very attentive and warm. Food - 4/5. The chef used to be a baker apparently. Their garlic bread is so scrumptious. Their calamari in tomato sauce and carbonara were pretty good. The tagliatelle with wild mushrooms were very tasty. Their house wine, Chianti and Sauvignon Blanc were both good, too! We'd definitely come back here again even though this is middle of nowhere.

Food is really great! Ingredients are super fresh and can tell it is all from scratch cooking. The chef/owner is very friendly and served me personally on a slow night. Need more people to come here to support this business!! It is so nice and quiet to relax and have a good meal here. Brought my mom here from out of town. She loved it.

Tiramisu

We came for a spontaneous weekday dinner since the power at home out for hours. This place is cute little gem in Redmond Ridge. They were understaffed but still provided good service with great food. I had the eggplant parmigiana, which was delicious! The mushroom ravioli had a milder flavor but I still enjoyed it. We had tiramisu for dessert, simply divine. Overall, I'd come back. Happy eating!

Fettuccini

Perhaps I had high expectations given all the five star reviews I have seen on yelp. First of all the service is excellent. The food is okay. For example fettuccine was definitely over cooked far from Al dente. The salad was also just okay and was similar to what you find in a box at a convenient store. The grilled chicken in the pasta was also okay. The bread was a bit oily.

Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Really cute new Italian place on the Eastside! The ambiance inside is very rustic and cozy, making this a great place for date night. I tried the Mushroom Ravioli and it was both tasty and filling. The dishes are definitely a bit overpriced for what they are, but not outrageous.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday at 6:30. There were many tables already filled. It's a small restaurant trying to be elegant. There are white table cloths which usually is a reason I don't pick a restaurant because the prices are higher and yes they are. It's a nice meal if you want something special but if you go out often it's too pricey. The food is delicious. The service is adequate. The complimentary bread is to die for- it has a olive oil wetness with the right amount of garlic I guess. I could eat a basket of that by myself! We had ordered the spinach tortellini and the pear/gorgonzola ravioli which is pictured here. This dish was very good. The spinach tortellini was okay but wouldn't order it again. My neighbor ordered the eggplant parmigiana. He said ir was good. It wasn't breaded so that was different. Yes, I recommend this place.

Restaurant says they're open at 11... nope. Tried to call. Answering machine is full and won't allow message to be left. Restaurant is dark and nobody here

Pork carnitas

This was my first time here. We decided to try it for Cinco de Mayo. When we arrived, the place had three tables of people. When we were leaving, they had quite a few waiting for a table. The menu, while not as expansive as some Mexican restaurants, had a good variety of dishes. I chose the pork carnitas and my husband had the shrimp burrito. I tried the beans and rice first. I was struck by the flavors I tasted. I even remarked to my husband that it was delicious. I tried each individually and discerned that the main flavor profile came from the rice. It was delicious. Then I tried the pork. It was crispy, juicy, and tasted authentic. My husband's burrito was very tasty. It was filled with prawns, not tiny shrimp. The red sauce was flavorful, not overly spicy. It was extremely well-cooked. The salsa and chips were good. The chips could have been warm. We usually need to order pico de gallo as most of the salsas are too spicy. This was roasted so lots of flavor and the spice hit the front of your tongue and then tapered off. It was very good. My raspberry margarita was amazing. I'm not a drinker but ordered this on a whim. It had a lot of alcohol but you couldn't really taste it. The drink was my favorite part. I will have another one the next time I go. They also serve breakfast which I will need to try. My only hesitancy in giving a 5-star review, besides the cold chips, is that the service was slightly slower than I like. We got our food quickly but to get our bill or to get our take-home boxes took longer than normal.

Not particularly good and much too expensive. Garlic bread was fine but everything else wasn't stellar.

We ordered the Tortini del melenzane (baked eggplant dish) and rigatoni zii Teresa (pesto cream pasta). The rigatoni was cooked to a nice al dente and had good flavor. The creamy pesto was very tasty and the artichokes and mushrooms were cooked well. The baked eggplant was a little underwhelming but seasoned enough. For dessert we shared the New York style cheesecake which sadly did disappoint. The red sauce drizzled tasted artificial and the cheesecake itself was so so. Edit: we came back a second time because we wanted to try some of the other dishes. I enjoyed my gnocchi. It was very light and had a savory cheesy tomato sauce. My chicken parm arrived soggy with a flavorless tomato sauce, and the vegetable soup was overcooked to the point of being mushy. In speaking with friends who dine here more often, the consensus seems to be that while the menu is extensive, you have to be very selective with what you order. However, if a restaurant chooses to offer a large menu, the quality should be consistent across the board. Given how poorly these staples were executed, I won't be returning.

New menu tonight, first the Panzela (most likely mispelled this) was delicious, a medley of vegs and croutons in a pesto was great and probably the best of the night honestly. 4.5 Stars. The chicken smelled, and looked great, but was just too chicken "breasty" if you know what I mean. Just a bit bland and plain, needed a bit more salt. The skin was well cooked and you do need to wait just a tad longer for the prep on this. It is a solid dish but nothing special. Could I eat it multiple times, probably, great protein. 3.5 Stars. King Salmon and the prep around it was very nicely done. Fresh, healthy, clean, buttttttt overcooked. Asked for medium rare plus and the moment I saw the char I knew it would be overcooked. While still good, it just had too much orange if you know what I mean and not enough delicate touch to it. If done right, definitely could see myself ordering this often. But it was disappointing to have my salmon overcooked. 3.5 Stars. I think this is a very quaint, nice ambiance, neighborhood restaurant. Not a destination restaurant though. Sorry. The service and the potential however makes it promising.

And honestly, I'd even rate Olive Garden a few notches above this place, and that's saying something. At least the food there is consistently decent, they give you free bread, free soup, and free salad. And the prices are significantly cheaper and service is better.
