My husband and son used there machine and today we see double charges and all these other charges on both our bank accounts! I really wanted do stick with this place, they know how to cut hair well. Unfortunately made the mistake of missing an appointment. Even though I called an apologized it was all downhill from there. They "forgot" I made an appointment 3 times in a row then watched them fight over who had to cut my hair. You would've thought I cursed someone out. Shit happens man.. moving on. Been coming here for some months now. Recommended to me by a friend. They always get down on haircuts and you leave satisfied. Great pricing for guys. Always a friendly staff and welcoming. They recently moved to this location and in my opinion it's an upgrade and the staff love the new spot. Parking is a little tough but if you park around the corner you will be fine. My first time at this place I called three days before and set an appointment with Luis I showed up early Luis wasn't there I understand things happen he showed up 15 minutes late I was ok with that he was unprofessional I was uncomfortable with his vibe he seemed a little bothered about five minutes later a young man comes in with his boy for a haircut Luis asked the young man do you have an appointment the young man replied I didn't know it was by appointment Luis said it's ok just stay I'll take you next just give me time a couple of minutes later and older man with a cane walks in and Luis hollers do you have an appointment in Spanish the man said no I don't have one Luis automatically replied in a rude way we're not taking any walk-ins right now call next time I don't understand why he was rude to the older man but treated the other young man with his boy differently that older man in a cane is someone's father or grandfather treat people with respect no matter how much of a bad day you're having just remember someone out there has it worse than you hope you're good Luis stay positive brother read more

Be very careful when they tell you to make an appointment but don't tell you about the $5 fee for doing so until they are done and charge you! Jorge has been very nice but, I don't like the way Teresa waited until the end to tell me about the fee. Especially when I had gone earlier in the day to reserve a time for my son's haircut. I have never been charged for an appointment before so this fee was kind of shocking....I will be speaking to Jorge later about this situation. read more

So I rate them 5 stars cause they'll take care of you, what ever hairstyle u need, whether it's last min or not, just give em a call and find out if you can show up and get a haircut or so.. they will listen to what u need or what type of hairstyle you are looking for and will take care of you! I know the owners of the barber shop. It was my first time going about a month ago, so forgive me on my late review. So I had Mr. Urbina cut my hair and I was specific with the way I wanted it. He was beyond on what I expected and exceeded my expectations, He did an incredible job on my hair with the slight fade I requested as well as my top hair growth with only trips to even it out. It was worth the wait, and I can say I have found my official barber shop and will continue to go. I plan to schedule an appointment before the Thanksgiving break! I have been taking my son to Luis Barbershop for 6 years now and my brothers and dad having been getting their cuts there as well for the same amount of time. Amazing service and amazing cuts is all I have to say. All 3 barbers are great and take their time. Have not been disappointed once in the last 6 years. The wait is long if you don't have an appointment. I believe they see appointments only on Saturday's, and M-F the wait can be up to 2 hours without an appointment. I usually call in ahead of time and they write my name down and they call me 15 mins before our turn so I won't have to wait all that time in the barbershop! This place is always packed and that means it must have done a fantastic job. The barbers really do take their time to perfect your hair so that you will be satisfied with your choice of style. I usually show them a pic of the style that I want and they just happily comply. If you want to avoid the wait , just tell them your name and phone number and they will call you when your turn is coming up next. Or just pay 5 bucks for an appointment. Pricing is affordable. I have been getting my haircut with Jorge for nearly seventeen years. He takes his time with each of his customers and I have never received anywhere close to the same quality haircut. I am in the military so I only come to his shop maybe twice a year. I make sure that when I first get here I stop by to get a haircut and the same the day before I leave .
